Yard House

My husband and I went for a date night. We waited a couple minutes to be seated. We waited a few minutes once seated to have the waitress take our drink orders. When she returned, we ordered an appetizer. After that she didn’t return to check until well after the appetizer arrived. The cheese curd appetizer was delicious and am sure the food would have been, if the service was better.

Our first time tonight. We ordered the 20oz steak. It had zero flavor and tons of fat. My hubbie ordered a smokey bourbon that tasted awful. We definitely were not happy with our experience. The atmosphere and our server were amazing, though. It's just not the best food, unfortunately.

We went for a party, but arrived early so we sat at the bar. The place was busy, but the bar staff seemed completely unengaged. They mostly looked miserable. I felt bad for them, but they also took too long to serve us. We paid and tipped as if nothing was off and then went to the party that was seated. The waitstaff for the party was great. The bar was awful. Never seen bartenders walk so slow and hate their jobs so much. Great selection and maybe a worry that bartenders are not getting paid enough?

Very clean, staff is so friendly and attentive, and the food is delicious. What more could you want? !

Nice beer menu, decent food selection and food quality is pretty good.
Server this time was kinda spacey and did not pay attention to drink orders, getting multiple wrong. Previous experience good service so may be an aberration this time.

Thus restaurant is a 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Atmosphere, service and food was amazing.

Service was great, however the food was average at best as it was not near as good as the menu picture or description.

Used to love this place. But in the past 6 months, service has become non-existent. I sat at the bar and was actively ignored by all female bartenders. Couldn't order food or drinks if my hair was on fire. All wore grumpy "I hate my job faces" the entire time. Food was seriously overcooked and bland.

I ordered the Truffle Cheeseburger to-go. I ordered medium well with a side of french fries. When I got my burger I was disappointed. The burger was cooked well done and it being cooked on a grill top the grilled taste made it worst. The bun was tough. Hard and almost stall. The fries I thought was fresh seemed to been under a light to keep heat on them from getting cold. They was awful. The guy who took my order was real professional and helpful. Gave great service. Spent $18.67 on a burger I thought would be great. Should of just went to “cookout” instead…

I really enjoyed Yard House. It was my first time there. I had the Cobb salad. I love a good fresh salad. The service was good also. Yard House did not disappoint. I will be back

Just avg. Burger very over cooked. Not what I expected. For the money not worth it. Save yourself the headache and just go to Fuddruckers, at least you know what value you’ll get for your money.

Place was empty. Six people at the bar so we thought service would be fast. Bartenders Philip and Jess IGNORED us for over FIVE minutes. Philip chatting with customers and Jess unloading and putting away glasses. No apology for our wait and a very dismissive attitude. When we finally got our menus I was already very disappointed. We were in too much of a hurry to ask to speak to a manager. Shameful.

The restaurant has a LOT of beers on tap. Some of them are not on the menu and they should be.
Overall, the restaurant was very clean and they sanitized each table and seat after each customer left.
The ahi tuna app was good yet it needs a side of wasabi. That green stuff in the soy dressing barely tasted like anything. The fish tacos were very good yet they forgot to put on the sauce that came with it. It was still perfectly cooked. Crispy on the outside and moist on the inside.
My salad had way too much dressing on it. Ask for it on the side if you don't want it swimming in it. Overall it was my first time there and enjoyed everything.
The server, Beverly K was rocking it. She answered all our questions and also I took her suggestions. Great job.

Went there because another restaurant in the area had a long wait and because members of our party had multiple good experiences with Yard House in San Antonio.

On the basis of this first experience, I wouldn't go back, certainly not to this location. Some of the lunch entrees were good, others not so much. The street tacos were lukewarm at best, as was the rice accompanying them. The gluten-free bun on another entree was moldy. We told the server about that, expecting that the charge for the bun would be comped. Nope.

If they were slammed, there might have been an excuse. But perhaps this is why tables were readily available here and not nearby.

We pass through Greenville quite a lot. We'll be looking for other restaurants in the future.

I've been to one before but only for beer.

Let's start there. The beer is way overpriced. Yes, they have 100+ choices. But I dont think I've ever seen a pint or 23 ounce pour cost so much. I had a black cherry cider which was good.

The appetizers we got were fried mac n cheese and cheese curds. I liked the cheese curds better, but they sure win for portion control. Both were good.

Nashville hot chicken was my entree. Very good. Nice spice. Good sweet potato pancakes though again, a quite small pat of butter needed to be bigger.
I'd definitely recommend this entree.

Wife got lobster and shrimp agnoli. Shed also get it again.

Service was good. Friendly and knowledgeable.

Yard House is great. The food and service are always top-notch. It can be a bit crowded at times and traffic/parking can be somewhat of a nightmare depending on the time of day but that doesn't take away too much from the overall experience here.

Been here twice, both times there was quite a wait for the food, but everything was good. No complaints on the food or drinks. Staff is very friendly. Would visit a lot more often if the prices were a bit lower for some of the items.

I love the food and the beer selection is unparalleled! Get a growler to go and happy times are assured after. I have to say the tomato bisque is some of the best I've ever had. Oh, and the dragon's milk stout is worth it's weight in gold.

Great place to have food and watch the game. Food was pretty good. I had the Poke bowl which was good, however the hard rice cake at the bottem was a little weird. Beer selection was a hit. The menu was a little overwhelming.

Service was quick and very personable. Probably the most friendliest service we have had in awhile. In all clean and friendly place.

Love the Yard House. Amazing beer selection and food is always good. Best time to go is happy hour, 4-6. Half priced apps and drink discounts!

Went specifically for their anniversary IPA, Liquid Compass, which was a collab with Stone Brewery, my fave brewery, and Aviation American Gin. Service was great, as always, and while the IPA didn’t quite live up to my expectations, I would buy it, again.

Friendly staff, big selection of vegan options, loads of beer.pretty solid place. Also, one of the few places open after it snowed. Thanks to the staff who trekked in today.

This was our first time at yard house and it was better than we expected. We had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich, roasted turkey club and a Jameson Moscow mule for under $40 which isn’t bad for lunch. The food and drinks, as well as the service, were excellent. The food is priced decently but the drinks seemed a little pricey. Will definitely be back again!

Our group enjoyed lunch here The staff was accommodating and helpful. Everyone enjoyed their meal and would come.back again.

We were initially told that one of the lunch items was unavailable, however, seeing our disappointment, the server double checked and we were able to get our original selection.

Huge beer selection. Pricey all around menu. Old lipstick on my wife's wine glass was a tad much. Service was above average though.

Great food big portions lobster garlic pasta is delicious however I had to send it back once because the noodles didnt seem cooked nice outdoors seating for summer nights prompt and courteous service huge menu overall a lovely establishment

The place itself is very clean and has a trendy vibe to it, with fun and funky art on different walls. It has easy access to the highway, and there is plenty of free parking. Building was clean, fresh-looking and had a nice patio setup outside that had multiple televisions. Their beer selection is INSANE. Whatever your preference, it's there. The food was DELICIOUS; I ordered the Lobster & Shrimp Agnolotti and it was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. I had the Mini Peach Apple Cobbler, and it was very good also. Without a doubt, worth EVERY penny! Five stars ALL the way!

Visiting family for Thanksgiving and our family decided to go to the Yard House for drinks and appetizers. They were the best I have ever had. Service was excellent. Highly recommend this restaurant in Greenville, SC.
