I had the best time and will be back the staff went out of the way to get everything we asked for when we needed special things and was great food

The staff was very polite, friendly, and professional. It was always a clean and safe environment. It was well lit up and convenient to shopping center and eateries. Everything functioned properly. I was given a timely appointment. Brief wait on arrival, staff friendly, courteous, professional. Dr Chambers explained everything clearly and gave time to ask my questions.

The staff here was all super friendly! I told them that I was on a budget, and they gave me a $10 coupon from their website, a huge help. They were very fast and skilled, and were honest about what needed to be replaced and what didn’t.

As I was leaving work and getting on the interstate, my tire blew out. Not being familiar with the area, I searched for nearby tire places and came across NTB Tire Center. John at NTB was very helpful over the phone and encouraged me to bring in my car despite it being 10 minutes before closing; luckily, I was only six minutes away. Thanks again to John and the NTB Team for their hard work and dedication

Bought a car from Stivers a week ago and I couldn’t be happier. This dealership is very transparent and down to earth. My salesman was Thomas Sanchez. He was absolutely amazing. I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to help me throughout this process. I went in knowing exactly which car I wanted, he didn’t try to push me to get anything different. He was very attentive to us, made sure we had water and were comfortable. I would drive back to Columbia just to buy a car from him in the future. Everyone I interacted with during the buying process was amazing. They did everything they could to help me get the monthly payment I wanted. I’ve had bad experiences buying from dealerships in the past, but not here. I would give Stiver 6 stars if I could.

Attempted to attend a scheduled event in N Charleston myself and 4 other cars plus a a couple volunteers showed up we waited for hours for no notice of the cancelation

Had a great experience at this location, they took in my car right away for 4 new tires and oil change, my associate Jess was very helpful and kept my updated with every step of the process. The waiting area is very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend
