Walmart Supercenter

They need more registers open when it's busy. We had to wait in an awful long line in self checkout

For over a month now they have not been able to accept returns from a 3rd party (done through the walmart app) if I order from walmart I should be able to return at walmart! Fix it people that is ridiculous

Sorry to say Walmart isn't Walmart anymore what happened to the Supercenter where you had many choices on long isles now all isles r shorten with limit stuff.but prices going up n quantity going down.

Staff has been really nice and helpful. They are redoing some areas and it’s starting to look really nice.

There are no registers anymore with people. You have to bag your own stuff, so shouldn't products be cheaper?

Both Cashier's in the Electronic Department were texting finally got one to help me she passed me off to the other Cashier and while she was ringing me up she wanted the Cashier helping me to stop and help her on her personal phone.

Always a place to find fair prices, if you shop carefully. A little cluttered, a little warmer inside than necessary. Lines are always an issue.

These new carts they got are ridiculously insane. I'm not a short Woman buy I cannot see over my child when she's seated in the cart. Can't put her in the lower art as the walls are too low. Theres a lawsuit waiting to happen when someone runs over another person or a kid checks their skull open falling out. Don't fix things that aren't broken. Classic shopping carts are just fine. No one asked for these stupid things.

My wife shopped at the WalMart on Main St.in Summerville S. C.today. When she went to check out, the prices on some of the items were inflated at the checkout. So much higher than the prices on the shelves. This is ridiculous! This has to stop!

Their pharmacy is the worst anywhere, they would not accept any discount cards on my pain medication and was extremely rude.

It's Walmart. Not much of a staff to speak about. Go in, get what you need and leave.

The experience that I encountered on yesterday was awful. I came to the automotive department at 5: 21pm to purchase a battery and the young man in the back stated that they were closed. I advised him that they close at 6pm and I needed to purchase a battery and to have it installed. He stated that I was able to purchase one, but he wasn't able to install it because it was only him and a trainer and part of Walmart's policy it could not be done. I advised him that I got a jump to be able to get a battery and I was turned away. I got the manager's name which is Ray N.and I will be going to higher authority.

They only had one register open for cash and cigarettes. I guess as well, but they had 20 something self check out.
The only 1 person with a line that went all the way to the back of the store would not suggest if you only have cash or in a hurry.

Pharmacy staff are amazingly good at what they do. The store is also decently organized and stocked. However, the environment around the store is very suspect; your sense of safety is automatically put to the test. If you go to this store, I would urge you to have your head on a swivel, be hyper aware of your surroundings, and if you carry, CARRY! Not the cleanest parking lot, carts are everywhere; quite often, there is always a backed up line to check out!

After having to chase my tail at 2 other locations (Centre Pt & Rivers Ave). The staff here was friendly and treated me like actually didn't mind helping me. The store is a work in progress right now but the ppl are helpful.

Used to shop at this Walmart all the time years back. Came into town taking family around to show them the stores, I deemed good in their new area and I was absolutely embarrassed that I'd described it as "the good walmart" I could not wait to get them out of there. It was trashy, messy, disorganized and all around a horrifying trip. Will never revisit or recommend again.

Utilized the curbside service. Worker prompt and friendly. Great service for various reasons.

Wow I am shocked at the lack of professionalism from the bottom all the way to the top. Especially from Maureen who would not give me her bosses information. She told me she didn't have a boss. Refused to help me load up soil, while 3 employees stood around and watched. Maureen comes out running her mouth with her commebts and is just another person standing by, I am completely shocked someone like this has a job.

This walmart has definitely seen a decline in appearance, service, variety and small town charm.

First of all i normally dont give bad reviews. I havent been inside the Supercenter in a while and boy was I disappointed! Walmart is not like it use to be. Alot of items were not priced or they were out. The lines were so long. And only 2 registers open. Even self checkout lines were long (not that I would use those anyway). With such a big franchise, you would just think they would be better than what they have become.

Update: we has to go back tonthe superheated to pick up something. They had rearranged most of the store and it looks like they are trying to improve its looks and functionality. There still were things not priced correctly but they had several check out lines that were run with employees.
