Walmart Supercenter

Service here is no good. Closes early. Like 15 to 20 mins before they close. They wouldn't let us in. A wasted trip. Cool tho we only live 45 mins away. Why is 0 stars not an option?

Been going to this Walmart on and off for about 3 years now. Since then nothing has changed since the first time I walked in the door. There are always employees standing upfront not working or on their phones with headphones on. The store manager is completely careless of what these workers do. She has done nothing to improve this store or the employees that work here. My mother was in a couple of weeks ago and witnessed the store manager as well as the workers make fun of an older gentlemen after he had a controversial encounter with another employee. I will often times order delivery if I am working and have it left at my house and the Milk that was delivered and had been opened and drank out of? This is by far the worst Walmart in South Carolina and in my opinion has a major issue with the leadership that is currently there.

I called to check the status of my application.let me just say the level of intelligence I got from the random people that kept putting me on hold are at a very low level.so unprofessional and rude.

The man working there by the name of Cameron Kleinosky is a bully, he’s rude, impolite and needs some serious coaching on how to treat people. I have screenshots of some of the things he says to people and it’s extremely unprofessional. I can not believe Walmart promotes this kind of behavior. Cameron Kleinosky should be coached and trained on how to treat people with respect and how not to be rude and drop mean comments. Unprofessional and a horrible asset to the company overall.

Busy as usual at that time of day, however, the cashier's are on their A game most days and the lines move quickly.

Had a whole bunch of air mattresses on the clearance aisle and weren’t even on clearance we waited patiently for the manager to come talk to us she started to get all loud and said she couldn’t change a price when we just wanted to see if it was on clearance cause they had like 15 back there please organize your Walmart we also saw two employees going add it cussing each other out good thing I didn’t have my children with me!

The staff are standing around, doing nothing, shelves aren't stocked and acted bothered if you ask for help. Awful customer service.

This store is an absolute joke anymore. I placed an online order. One pair of pants, for some reason, said delivery was unavailable so I had to come pick them up inside at the kiosk. When I came in to get them, the kiosk is closed and I am told to go to grocery pickup. The app would not let me check in, so I called the # at 2: 52 pm. I was told it would be right out. At 3: 30 pm, I called back to find out why I was still waiting. They put me on hold and did not come back. 5 min later they called me back to tell me that they could not find the order that I was told was ready for pickup. They said that they were looking through totes to find my 1 pair of pants, and were wondering if I wanted them to continue to look. Why would I pay for something, come to pick it up, and then tell you not to find my order? Now, we are at the 45 min mark of waiting, and I still have no order. I have watched 4 different vehicles pull up beside me, pickup huge grocery orders and leave, yet I am still waiting on ONE SINGLE PAIR OF PANTS. This store is absolutely ridiculous

Parkway is a small bar in a strip mall but don't sell it short best hamburgers in town and they have karaoke there as well Nick is very good at what he does and you will have a good time with him will be visiting it again

Stayed while traveling. Made purchases as usual. Was disappointed when cleaned the pineapple.brown inside, threw away. So much for fresh!

Out of a lot of stuff. Shelves empty in places. Hard to find some items. Disappointing. Not likely to return anytime soon.

The shelves have not been fully stocked for months at this store. Not sure if it is lack of product or lack of employees.

I’ve never been to a Walmart pharmacy where they were out of insulin. That is a life-threatening medication to not have in stock. If someone came by and they absolutely needed this refill and they don’t have it that’s someone’s life right there. That’s something that should be kept in stock no matter what. That is beyond poor customer service. If you are running out of a medication available to patients someone’s responsibility there was to re-order that medication before running out.there’s no excuses. This isn’t some special drink in the soda aisle they can just go out of stock. This isn’t some product in the kitchen area where they could just go out of stock.this is medication that you cannot allowed to go out of stock.

The employees are very sweet. I love the short dude with dreadlocks, he's always upbeat and on the move. However, it is still a Walmart, and the biggest problem with that, is that it attracts some of the lowest form of human beings you can even imagine: country boys, hoodrats, mother's of four. Ungodly depravity.

My experience was bad
I took my clients so they could shop
The cashier that was working the electronics department was very RUDE and MEAN
I work with people with disabilities
The cashier wouldn't ring the clients stuff up, she said it was to many items
The client was buying something out of electronics and she could only use the one check for all her stuff
I asked the cashier if she could bring the merchandise to the front she said no.

I started doing curbside pickup during the beginning of the pandemic and I'm very pleased with the service I receive weekly.

They pretty much have everything you need.
But, I hate what they have done to the small business in the area.

They need to up there game in this store they don't never have a new selection on anything but don't get me wrong I go to Walmart for everything

I love every minute shopping at Walmart. Meeting new friends. And you can really chill out and shop at the same time no rushing.

Walmart in Georgetown SC has gone rapidly downhill. At my visit today, 05/06/21, trash was all over the floor at the entrance inside. The whole store was filthy dirty. One employee at the pharmacy openly disrespected a customer. Social distancing must no longer be in effect as people were as close to each other as possible. The store was dirty and barely any shelves had been restocked. Where are any of the cashiers? Do they not have jobs anymore? The lighting in the store is like being in a submarine. They need to get their act together!

Clean store and bathrooms. Employees are helpful and polite. There was a lady who was being rude to an employee but the employee never was rude with her.

Hardly any one else there. Found everything I needed and there were some great clearances.

I have never had to wait to check out. There have always been enough cashiers or self check out. I really like this store

I would give them a higher rating, but it's very hard to find a employee that works in every department I visited
