Jayshun (the cart pusher) helped me find band-aids made this experience a 10/10 if you see him definitely buy him a drink I won’t forget this time coming to Walmart
Stood in line for 30-40 minutes waiting to check out, turns out the lane is cash only. Considering there was no signage until you got to the self checkout (where there was only one station), I asked to be moved to the front of another line or be checked out somewhere else. Associates were unwilling to do anything about it when I asked.
Went to Walmart around 9am on Thursday, so there was very little foot traffic. All the products I needed were on stock. Breezed through the self checkout. Great Walmart visit.
If you are someone like a DoorDasher or Roadie, do NOT expect any timely customer service. Absolutely horrible, any time of day. Don't even bother clicking on a delivery from these horrible people. They won't even acknowledge that you're there. If I could take away stats, I would. Also, the bathrooms are always, always, ALWAYS in deplorable conditions, with toilet paper (both used and not), blood in the women's bathrooms smeared everywhere. I've gone back days later and the same stuff is sitting there! Do not visit this store. Manager seems to not care one wonk.
Beside weird looking aliens shopping, the service simply is not available. 3 cashier's for over 90 folks online. Not a joke, I left my cart and went to!
Walmart just not the same with the situation going on it's hard to find a lot of things now Costco online or to another store but all in all it's a good clean store
Walmart's experiencing severe problems with their auto center. I bought a battery less than a year ago with a 3-year warranty and it failed and they did not have a replacement in stock. Meanwhile I was stranded in the parking lot.so I requested my money back and they required the return of the battery so I had to take the battery out in the parking lot to get my money back. I had to buy a battery from O'Reilly's and I was stranded at the Walmart store until I could get someone to pick up the battery and bring it to me. They were severely understaffed but to their credit they did give me my money back on the bad battery but I would urge you not to consider having them service anything because it will be a lesson in futility.
So nothing to bad, but not great either. I went to get a new router/modem combo. The storm the other night knocked mine out. So I get up there and find the same exact one I had before. Stand in line waiting my turn to get the guy to come unlock the case so I could get one. He goes over and tries several different keys for it and then tells me that the "other guy" took the right key home with him. You would think there would be a couple of the keys. So that was a waste of 30 minutes. Plus the guy just gave me a look like "what do you want me to do". It wasn't my fault they don't have the right key. They just lost a $200 sale.
This is one of the best stocked and cleanest Walmart that I have ever been to. I usually drive past two Walmart in Greer, SC and one in Taylors, SC just to go to this one which is at least 30 miles one way out of my way to shop at this location. It is like night and day difference in this store. The stocked items have a better variety and they everything just looks neater and cleaner. It seems like the aisles are wider and like the employees are friendlier. The only set back to it is that like other Walmarts they have a ton of check out registers but usually only have two or maybe three of them open so its usually a long line you have to wait in to check out. I have never seen any management staff walking around in the store neither. I am not sure if this is because the management staff don't want to be recognized or what but I like being able to give a compliment for good service or a complaint about bad service to management when I am in a store since I am a paying customer.
It is Wal-Mart what can I say. It is not the best one around. They are out if something and it us a mess most of the time. More employees in the way then anything. Not sure why they have to stock in the middle of the day instead on 3rd. Doesn't seem to make much sense. Only a few employees are really willing to help or go out if the way but a few will.
This is one of the nicest WalMarts that I've been to. The staff was very nice and helpful when I had to return a mattress I bought online. Really clean and organized store.
I was back in the automotive area getting ready to check on some tires for my car but it was a gentleman already speaking to the sale person behind the desk and he said it will a miy, but waited and waited and soon some more people rush to the counter and it was like he had disregard me standing there waiting, but is this the service you are doing now and please hire someone to answer the dare phone no ever pick up
You can find almost anything there. The new plus T R has a all time Fabric person. The minus they do not have very many register open and you have to wait in line for some time. AND a big minus for the Market place on Old Buncombe rd. Has gone on all Self Service. I have watched may times and NEVER clean the register in NEVER Wipe down the check outs.it dirty. I won't shop there!
The Travelers Rest Walmart is always a great place to shop. I don't go there often because of the pandemic but when I need certain things I go. Was amazed at how low the stock was guess they just havnt caught up from Christmas. Still my favorite Walmart!
Well I don’t have any pictures of Walmart but as you know everyone knows what it looks like. You can get almost everything you want at Walmart so I’m camping to just lounge around your house watching TV.
Because i am a senior with bad knees. As usual, no electric carts were available. Then my blood sugar crashed and there was no place to sit. Fortunately, i was able to sit on an empty water pallet and a sweet young man who was stocking the water brought me a bottle of water. After the water and 3 glucose tablets, i was able to make it to the check out even tho i had more shopping to do. Shame on Walmart
Everyone so nice, I have to have a scooter to shop, and if I can't find one, they ask me to have a seat and they help find one. They need more of these. Love Walmart.
As far as walmart's go, this one was actually pretty clean. Also, compared to the 2 I usually hit up this one had half as many associates walking around putting together online orders. Which I appreciate.
Very nice staff. Not too crowded. Had a over all good experience. This walmart had more of a selection of items then all the other ones in this area as well.
I was not satified. Needed tire pressure checked, couldn't get waited on, was told to drive around back and someone would be with me. Waited, then went to back door and couldn't get in. They were taking another customer ahead of me. On top of that had to check myself out.
I was with my grand daughter.checking out at self serve.there was a pile of fecal matter on the floor! It was discussing! The blond older lady said she called for clean but seem up set that I complained! So I went to service counter and told a cashier there and she just made a face and said she can't do anything. I don't know if I want to return.totally unacceptable!
I love Walmart, but management has work to do here. This location is consistently underwhelming. The return line frequently looks like this (see photo), while the checkout lines breeze through in a few mins. They need more people trained to alleviate the long lines. Literally 10+ different parties waiting in line for 20+ minutes. They should shut down a cashier & move them here ASAP. I asked a cashier to call for help, but she wasn’t helpful at all. Just said only a few are trained to do that and didn’t offer to call a manager, even after I requested it. Then, so tried calling the Walmart main phone #, but it just rang and rang. Again, underwhelming. Additionally, restrooms are frequently disgusting, which with small children in tow, isn’t an option. Some say “you get what you pay for” with Walmart, but I doubt corporate believes that, and neither should this stores management.
