Walmart in Easley discriminates against the Elderly & Black people. The store manager is a sloppy mess. Please do not ever shop here! The delivery service they offer is suspect at best. They are rip-off artists & hate Black people. They also hate me because I’m gay too!

Really busy today

Went in for two things. Lots of people today, I don't know if that's usually the case for this location. Very grateful to the associate who took us to the items we needed. Did not venture into the other parts of the store, but what we saw of the medications and H&B section was enough. They need a restock right away

The previous Walmart we went to yesterday was in better shape than this one, but seeing as it's still the holidays we'll see how things go. Self checkout was smooth and easy Thank you for making it so.

Pickup Operation is TERRIBLE at this location: Placed a Walmart pickup order for 5PM. Got to store at 5pm and received a text that they are delayed for 2 hours. The attendant said to come back anytime the next day to pickup the order. My husband went back AGAIN the next morning, waited twenty minutes and nobody came out - so I called and they said, "It's going to be at least 30 more minutes. " DO NOT use Walmart Pickup at this location - it will drive you mad! The last two pickup orders we had, items were missing. Update - waited 30 minutes for my most recent order and received a package of OPEN bacon and an item that was 6 days already past the expiration date with green mold on it.

This walmart is the lowest of the low. You have been forewarned! Stay out! Very intolerant of other cultures! Shoddy services!

Teenagers throwing fruit and brushing them… no one cares here. Talked to a few people. Never had chicken breast or anything I need. I end up going somewhere else every time to get the rest of what I need. I honestly don’t know why I’m still going.

Surprisingly poorly stocked in some departments. Didn't leave with much. Clearly some areas are running better than others.

Out of stock everywhere you look. Never seen such an unorganized mess they have. The quality of walmart has decreased so much.

Ok, this shopping trip I bought a Patty Labelle sweet potato pie. I got home and immediately opened it up to have a piece of pie. There were several cockroaches in the box when I opened the pie box. Needless to say it went outside in the garbage real fast. So beware of buying any bakery items like this that are packaged in a box only!

It was a horrible experience! We did the in store pick up. It took them 45 minutes to come see us after we had talked to seven associates to try to get some help. We even had them page the manager on duty, Theresa. I would not recommend going there. When the manager came to see us finally, she came with an attitude ready to fight. I explained what happened and all she wanted to do is argue and belittle us. She said that we evidently didn't see an email sent to us and that we should have come to the pickup outside. We explained that we checked in on the kiosk and that we had even pushed the help button, and she still continued to blame me. We spoke to 7 people and none of them said anything regarding outside pickup. They dropped the ball, failed at customer service, and still blamed the customer.

Very good Walmart. Some things could be arranged better to make them easier to find, but overall the store was very clean, well managed, and the employees were very friendly and helpful.

Ordered two bags of trail mix for pickup. We checked in at the pickup kiosk, spoke to seven employees, pushed the the help button on the kiosk, had a manager called twice, and waited 45 minutes before we got our order. Apparently pickup is only outside, and we didn't see it on the website. Per Theresa, the manager that finally came, it was our fault that we had to wait. She exhibited such poor customer service, was certainly not empathetic, nor apologetic. No sign was posted anywhere saying we had to pickup outside, and not one associate that we spoke to told us that pickup was outside only. There's a lot of other Walmart stores in the area, I recommend going to one of those.

All Walmarts are pretty much the same, overcrowded & workers are overworked! Not near enough people on registers & I hate having to ring my own items up, but looks as though that's the direction they're going for which I really don't care for!

Nothing was in stock and they barely had any associate to help with anything or to even help check out. Overall the 5 associates that was on the clock where very help.

I wish I could give a better rating to this location as I am not anti Walmart. But it is tiring to constantly have half the groceries I go in for be consistently out of stock. (Every week) This is not new. We have been shopping here for 4 years now and it has not changed. (worsened once grocery pickup started) The staff I have encountered are lovely and try to help. No blame for them. This appears to be more about poor merchandising/department managers.

Crazy guy yelling, screaming, threatening employees. Easley police did nothing. I was ready to hit the floor. I will never go back!

It's difficult enough getting thru the store anytime, but now with people stocking & the employees who are shopping for customers it's ridiculous. (My husband's disable & has to use a riding cart)

It was a terrible experience I did all my shopping went up front to find that there were two cashiers working and a store full of employees but only two cashiers and then the line was like eight deep on each side and no one else would help so I left the basket and walked home without my groceries Walmart stinks

Very stressful, place was super crowded and customers were ruin and unkind. Employes were very pleasant and helpful. It was my fault. Went in the mid afternoon. Generally Im there in the early mornings.

I prefer this Walmart compared to the Easley one. It’s built like a neighborhood market, but comes with everything a super market has. Its always easy to find a parking spot. But there is only one main entrance. It’s just a shame that a lot of items can’t be found there because they have limited space.

I have found as far as Walmart goes, that the store is either with you or against you. The central Walmart seems to be my store, she likes me. However there are other stores out there that do not like me, and that would be easily, powdersville, and Anderson. They all sell the same things they all have similar structure and shelving and displays. But it is the people the employees. Thank you Central for being such wonderful people you make shopping at Walmart easy

I couldnt find a "cone of shame" for the cat. Nor could i find an employee to ask in the area. But i know workers are hard to find right now.

This walmart has way too many empty shelves on a regular basis, never have the groceries I am looking for. The cheese section, deli meat section, and many parts of the freezer section were bare today. I heard someone say and I agree it was like being in a 3rd world country.

The store is very clean and well organized and most of the employees are friendly. The only reason I didn't get five stars is because the lady at the customer service counter Was not friendly.

Sorry I've never been to a Walmart yet where the customer service was good and Management's even worse. I don't shop here unless I absolutely have to and that is not very often

It's a Walmart. You all know it well. Some people are great with customers and some are not that work there. For the most part everything is fresh. They do need to up their, bagged, Kale game. Everytime I get a big bag of Kale it goes bad not long after. Other than that; low prices and they have the cheapest tire service in the area. Every auto service in the town of Louisa wanted over three hundred dollars. I went with 4 brand new, 45,000 mile, douglass brand tires for two hundred and seventy three dollars. No one in Louisa will do that and if there is someone please let me know. 4 star rating because it's Walmart and they killed the little man.

It was sitting at the end of the isle. I had to turn around and go down the other isle just to get items from that isle. As I was leaving the store is when I took the picture

I waited in line for 45 minutes because they only had one (yes one out of what 30 registers) register open at 8: 30pm on a Saturday night. I was told I couldn’t use my coupon for my babies formula at a U Scan so I had to go to the regular register. So my family including my baby waited in the car so I could wait 45 minutes to buy her formula. Walmart Easley is a joke and it’s gotten beyond ridiculous with there customer service!

I wasn't feeling well as my back is all messed up. An older gentleman that was putting up buggies went to the other side of the store and got me a fully charged ride on cart so I could make it to the back and get some Drain-O. God bless you sir!

Absolutely the rudest, most disrespectful and basically untrained, ignorant.personnel ever. Wal Mart needs to do better. HATE having to come there for anything. And, self checkout? You have a dozen people standing around playing. Earn your paycheck.

The floors was overran by towering carts and no one as round to unload them. The shelves where not stocked and trash and spills on the floors. This Walmart has gone down in the last year. When we asked for helping finding some produce that might be in the back we got a rolled eyes and got mocked by the lady when she found help for us.
