The great.not as crowded as most. The good thing.we were directed to what we needed shopping.twice. The bad.floor plan is like no other Walmart I've ever been to.and my wife and I RV full time. Been to Walmarts from Texas to NC to Florida.

Cindy was a great help as well as the guy in electronics. Thank you for all of your help. My son also gave her a laugh or two.

I love shopping at Walmart. And finding clothes on clearance is even better. It's hard to shop for me since I am always loosing weight. So cheap clothes are better so I don't feel so bad when I have to replace them later because they become too big.

Thank you Walmart for providing me this beautiful bouquets at such a great price. They made it difficult to choose from the huge selection of floral arrangements

It's a Walmart. Walmart is falling asleep on being accurate on what they actually have in stock at the store from their website.and there's no one to talk to give you information on why it's not there or if it's coming anytime soon. I went to two different locations easley and pickens and it was the same thing and no employee had the desire to help or care that the website showed that they should have it in stock

It is a smaller store and great to get in and out quickly.
Most times it is sufficient for your needs. The store is clean. Employees went above and beyond to help me find what I are looking for in the Frozen food section.

All of my produce bought was horrible. The cantaloupe tasted like a chemical would smell, the peaches had 0 taste, and tomatoes wasn't even ripe or even near ripe so didn't even purchase.

The best customer service of any of the Walmart’s by far. Kindness and courteous service is guaranteed at this store. And they always have what I need. Thank you.

Some excitement a dude tried to steal a pressure washer about knocked over a really nice vendor (older woman) everybody with Walmart checked to make sure she was ok. No one was hurt and he didn't get the goods The cashier at the garden center was nice.

Excellent service! Special thanks to manager for refunding online purchase and associates who pull inventory, bring it outside in 90 degree weather and load vehicles.

I had a good experience when I was shopping for stuff I needed. Just wish they had a rain jacket for my little girl though.

I have to say I experienced the worst customer service at the service desk. The worker was rude and hateful. It was really uncalled for.

Old stand by. We can always count on our local Arby's. Great food and great value.with a touch of local color. Can't beat it!

This walmart is my most dreaded trip to store everytime! Never enough registers open! Lines always backed up in isles so you have to go around people waiting.

Like any Walmart is has a large parking lot and very busy. But the isle are large and organized that make it easy to shop in a timely manor and find what I need.

Would give more stars if they ever had what you needed. They were out of 4 o the 6 items that I came for. Customer service was good.

Walmart Supercenter on Gentry Memorial Highway in Pickens is a well managed Walmart location that has everything that you need in a Walmart and more. I was impressed how everything was organized and how I was able to find exactly what I was looking for and checkout quickly and efficiently. Navigating Walmart is not always easy, but they made it an enjoyable experience.

The Walmart in Easley never enough supplies not kept clean and most that work there are very rude I've left there with fleas on me due to them allowing dogs service dogs I can deal with family pets no and where I live I don't have pets I found a flea on me after leaving there won't eat nothing out of the food session or that has been made there and let me not forget to say one more time most of the employees are rude if you ask a question you've just run third day only come across a couple of ladies that were nice

Always over crowded and shelf's are not stocked well. I went in for paint the choices are very slim, never a variety of anyone to mix paint. The section is always a disaster.

Smalllllllll store. Maybe the smallest WalMart I’ve ever been to. There’s no shortage on staff that love to follow you around like you stole something. I was here killing some time and was having a terrible experience.until I was on the way to leave and was passing through the deli. There was a young man who I assume worked in that area that got my attention. I stopped and we exchanged pleasantries, he offered assistance to find anything, wished me well and he single handedly turned my entire experience around. I wish I would’ve gotten his name. The rest of the team could learn some customer service from this young man.

Never enough lanes open
I waited 30 min in line and hadn't reached the register.
I had to leave my buggy with an employee because I have a bad back and neck. I was in a lot of pain standing there so long. I had to leave.

Okish. No consistent ordering also they're not very many options for grocery stores in the Pickens area this sounds kind of picky but only place I could get international delight Oreo creamer and they haven't had it now for over a month they also have been completely out of the single wick $1 candles for almost a month now as well. And they also have not stocked any of the McCormick white chicken chili mix in over a month either no consistency.

It would have been better if people didn't have to wear a stupid mask when there is no pandemic or epidemic for that matter. Everybody including myself looked stupid with these mask on.

I LOVE THE CONVENIENCE OF NOT HAVING TO SHOP FOR GROCERIES, I JUST CALL A MAKE AM APPOINTMENTS. THEN I JUST DRIVE UP AND THEY BRING MY ORDER AND PUT IT RIGHT IN MY CAR.
I DON'T EVEN HALF TO GET OUR OF MY CAR.
THE ONLY THING I HATE IS NOW IS I HALF TO PUT THE GROCERIES AWAY. THANK YOU WALMART.

Always get good prices. I won't be back as long as we're required to wear mask. Its ridiculous to make people wear them so the local football team can play come fall season. The mask isn't helping anything.

Curbside pick up service was convenient and order was accurate. The person who brought out my groceries was very friendly, and wearing mask. I was pleased.

The self checkouts are card only. I had four items.i didn't like standing in line for a half hour to be checked out by a cashier.all the self checkouts where empty.

This Walmart is always the most poorly stocked and they NEVER have all the items you go for. Need razor blades? Out. Need mashed taters? Out. Even when I think "oh they have GOT to have this. " NOPE.

Love this store, just the right size. This location has enough selection to satisfy your needs but not entire rows of the same things.get in and out easily.

Has not been 24 hours in a long time. Pickens needs something that is open 24 hours in case a emergency run to a store is needed and now because of the decision NOTHING in Pickens is 24 hours yet again. It was great having a Walmart that was open 24 hours especially for those of us who work late and need to pick up something after work now we don't have that option. Not taking people into consideration

Love it! They offer substitutes if they are out of a specific item, and Walmart covers the difference if it cost more. Walmart even offer an EBT payment option for those that may have disabilities, and you can pay from your vehicle. Only suggestion: Walmart needs to provide rain gear for employees loading groceries in the rain, sometimes during stormy weather.

They had a lot of what I needed despite the shortage with food at this time. The people were friendly and everyone was respecting space and social distancing. I was helped by a cashier that seemed to be taking safer measures and that was reassuring!

Like many people I choose to shop at Walmart because of the prices and the convenience. The variety of choices, particularly in the grocery section, isn't as good as traditional grocers, but that's one of the ways that Walmart keeps prices low. If you want 100 different brands of ice cream go somewhere else.

I'm comparing this store to other Walmarts in this review, not other retailers as all retailers have different approaches and comparing them isn't a valid review.

Access to the Pickens store is much easier than almost every other Walmart in the area due to the lack of satellite stores clogging up the parking area. The store is clean and the staff have always been helpful.

My only gripe are the lazy people who park on the sidewalk because they feel entitled to do so typically due to their obesity and more often than not they're smoking as well. I wish the PPD would issue citations.
