Online pick up order. Notified them through the app we were on the way when we left Woodruff. Waited over an hour to have tongonin and ask someone to find the order. Just don't go if you have other options. In store shopping is just as bad.

Most of the time you can easily find what you're looking for. The greeter at the door really makes you feel welcome as well as when you're leaving, he thanks you for shopping at Walmart. He knows how to put a smile on your face!

Grocery pickup is so frustrating at this store! It is more of a reflection on how ghetto Spartanburg is, but the store needs to manage the pickup parking spaces better. Of 16 spaces, all are currently full, and at least 7 of the 16 cars are empty. People use these spaces as regular parking spaces and those who are here for online order pickups can't get a spot. I circled for 15 minutes before a shopper came out and I was able to get his spot when he left. There were multiple cars trying to find a pickup parking space. I'm avoiding Dorman Center from now on.the Main St Walmart is so much better!

After circling and circling looking for reserved spot for order pick up I finally found one. This is due to the fact that half of the people that are parked there are out of their cars and in the store when it’s supposed to be for order pick up. Granted, I don’t know how that can be fixed but it’s very irritating. Then I wait 35 minutes for my order and watch a man pull in and sit for five minutes and get his order. So I called The Walmart worker over and asked why I’m still waiting when he got his five minutes after he got there. He said I’m so sorry and he went and got my order.

No carts, no check out lanes staffed with employees. I am not a Walmart employee, but they have.me doin their jobs, meanwhile lots of employees in vests are standing around, hiding or filling orders for online shoppers.get you priorities straight.the mist important customer is the one in your store, get back to providing customer service.

Horrible experience overall. I had a Handicap person and they had no available riding buggies. The lines were ridiculously long and there was no one on the floor to assist. The workers didn't seem to know what was going on or care. Will not return. Do better Walmart.

This Walmart had that ransacked, unkempt look I've come to expect from this once sparkly convenience brand. A sorrowful sign of the times. But I did manage to get what I needed at a price I was willing to pay, so in that regard. Keep on keepin' on, Sam.

When one self check out is closed and the other side check out is all but closed.only excepting cards and what seems to be a total of 3 unhappy cashiers.you tell me.

I was in there so long I lost my car in the parking lot.

I ask that people be patient with the people who did show up for work. Its not their fault they are just trying to hold it down real talk.

I needed to return an item, I picked the wrong day, there was a tornado warning. I should just mail it back. Wal-Mart is a self service store, so it seems, these day.

The shelves were bare. And what was in stock was out of place in mens underwear selection. Very disappointed. That is 3 Walmart I have visited this week and same disappointed selection. Find something you want you better get cause more than likely it won't be there again.

Go in be honestly Walmart has become a nightmare. They only have one line if your paying in cash which is long. In the future I'll be avoiding the whole chain. Not worth the hassle.

Lots of household items out of stock, staff not very helpful, and shamefully this store had NO BAGS IN THE ENTIRE STORE!

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I paid $10 extra and placed an express (2hours or less) delivery order. It’s been 8 + HOURS -NO GROCERIES! I’ve spent 53 minutes on the phone trying to reach ANY DEPARTMENT at this store! NO ONE WILL ANSWER. My daughter told me not to place my order because this is such a terrible Walmart. She is right!

The front restrooms were absolutely filthy, they were low on some grocery items. Check out was quick and smooth compared to other times.

Found what I needed of course but come on. 40 registers and only 3 people working them (being sarcastic but not really).

We travel in our RV all over the south east.
The Walmart at Dorman center is by far the worst out of hundreds of stores we've been to.
Too many items are constantly out of stock, aisles are crammed in the main walkways, many times there will be no cashiers, just self checkout, the staff are rude. And there are so many staff "shopping" for online orders, they are in the way of regular shoppers.

Awful is an understatement. Don't even want to give it one star. It's like the employees just threw product on the shelves and walked away. Clothing was a unfolded and everywhere. No product on shelves and lines were insane. How anyone is giving this place glowing reviews must have the lowest standards in life.

They were out of a lot of stuff and they let too many shoppers in there and people barely wearing mask. When are people going to learn!

Worst online order pickup experience ever!
I am very disappointed in the service I received for my online pickup order at this location. I placed an order for two items on 11/26/18. The order stated they would be ready for pickup the same day. I never received any notice that day to pickup so I waited until the following morning and went to the location. The order was still not ready when I arrived and I had to wait 30 minutes and spoke to 4 different associates to retrieve my order. The items I purchased were regularly in stock and I could have purchased them easily at the store. I chose online pickup for convenience. However, this order was very inconvenient. I will not be ordering online ever again or in store. I have never experienced such disorganization. I have been a regular customer for many years. This company is not reliable and the online ordering is very inconvenient. I’m disappointed with the professionalism that was portrayed. This is the second order in a row that this happened.

It was my first time picking up an online order and I was super impressed. The customer service was top notch! A little faith restored in this walmart! Wish I had gotten the names of the two associates that helped!

No review all staff are so lazy and rude with customer bad service I never see they don’t help people to get their stuff and no service at all so bad Walmart in Dorman center because all stuff is mass up and can’t find no item in self.
