Seems to have the newest hair coloring dyes compared to other stores - always clean and quick and easy place to stop and shop. Convenient

Ordered online for pickup in the early morning, order was supposed to be ready between 5-6 it was put in delayed status at 530 and its now after 7. So tried calling the store shocker alert know one actually works at Walmart no one would answer. Imagine that! So had to call the 1800# or whatever and cancel my order. 1 they literally had less then half my items in stock so I had already had to change that to more expensive items and somehow they still couldn't do anything right.

I'm very disappointed with Walmart now I have to do my shopping then go scan everything and bag everything by myself while the employee have time to stand there and chitchat with other employees not having to do anything and now all there prices have went way up they are more expensive then other grocery stores and the other ones scan and bag. I don't think I will be shopping at Walmart anymore. And when I made a remark saying where do I pick up my paycheck the employee said you don't want it. They pay us enough to stand around. Walmart needs to stop making promises that are not true "lower prices ".

Was told the groceries were ready to be picked up, After calling, 3 times that is, for someone to pick up.after Waiting an hour later, I called 4 more times, someone finally picked up again, and again said the would be out. At least this time it wasn't a lie, somebody was out within eight or so minutes.

Love this WalMart location. Always clean, always friendly, always stocked to a T, produce is always extremely fresh unlike the super center markets, never bruised, beat up or rotting just sitting. This location is by far one of the bests and cleanest I've ever been to. Check out is a breeze as well. Definitely no negatives about this store. I will for sure drive the few extra minutes it takes to get there from where I live.did I mention that some prices are slot lower than at the regular supercenter WalMart market as well. It's a win win!

Great store, easy to find everything and I love to check myself out! It's not hard and I can bag like items together, etc.

THEY ARE CATCHING UP ON RESTOCKING THE PET FOOD AND BEER, IT'LL BE NORMAL AGAIN SOON, ESPECIALLY IF THEY PUT REGULAR CASHIERS BACK TO WORK...

I believe the environment Walmart has created is not a good one. All self checkout and the employees could seem to care less about their jobs at this point. It is good for convenience, anything other then that, not so much. If you plan to load up the cart and buy a lot, I suggest going elsewhere.

Don't like it ever since they went to self-service checkout, so now all you have is a bunch of employees standing around talking about themselves what they did last night, and not really wanting to help anybody. (Especially around that check out area and customer service)

I really enjoyed shopping at this Walmart market, not overly crowded, workers were helpful, got just about everything I came for and was able to just take my time.

I haven't been out in a long time to do any type of grocery shopping? (- Please wear your mask) I have to say that this Wal-Mart Grocery Store made me sing inside. I didn't feel like Rona and Vid along with all 19 of their kids were going to attack me while I was there. LOL. (We still have to have our own laughs) This place was clean, stocked, and friendly. 3 words you rarely hear together nowadays. Thanks Wal-Mart? Stay Blessed & Safe. Mask

Don't like that it's all self check out to me that's taking away jobs for people. Other then that decent place good prices

There are no more cashiers, everything is self checkout. It seems that the cashiers are still working there but being used in other positions. I have noticed that they have put up 3 self scanners on the polls in different aisles spaced apart in the grocery store. This is a big help, since there are more more items on shelves that are not marked with their prices. This wasn't a problem in the past but since they've done away with the cashier check out, is becoming more and more of a problem. Since the same cashiers are there, one would think they have extra people to ensure the prices are on the shelves under the items. It is however better stocked, and everything does look look a whole lot neater and and pleasing to the eye, especially the fresh Fruits and fresh Vegetable area. Prices are always low, but a shopper can always find better sale prices or BOGO deals 2 miles further up Central Ave at Food Lion. I go to both.

No entrance signs only exit signs. I don't want alarms going off when I'm trying to get into a store to buy my groceries.

I visit this location weekly for the online grocery pick up service. Each time I visit, the staff is very polite. If I have to wait longer than 5 minutes, they are apologetic. Tonight, it was pouring rain. It's been raining steadily for hours, and I suspect the staff have gotten wet multiple times today. Nevertheless, the woman who loaded my car was so polite and friendly. I wish I knew her name, but I'm sure the store can look it up. I picked up groceries on 1/26/21 at 7: 05pm. I really appreciate the kindness and assistance of the pick up staff, but especially today in the inclement weather. Thank you so much!

I am hoping with the remodel that they are going to clean up the store because it is never clean.and since the remodel there are ONLY self checkout lanes.

My thoughts are very simple.
I will never step foot in there again!
I would rather go any were else or do with out then support them by shopping there!

Waited over 30 minutes for my pick up order on Sunday @ 6pm and when I did get my groceries, bags were thrown into the back. Tried to call the pickup # for the groceries and got voicemail. Tried calling the store itself and was put on hold for over 30 minutes before I hung up. I called again and was told I couldn't speak with the manager. Terrible customer service!

Customer service was not good there was no cashier at register 1 so I ask the cashier at register 3 which was the only not self service open if she could get me cigarettes as she checked out my other items. Her reply was you have to go to register 1 and nobody's gonna be there for a while.

I found everything I was looking for and more, the store is clean and the people are very friendly. But they need a box for recycling plastic bags

The financial center is NEVER UP AND RUNNING TO CASH MY PAYCHECKS! Hate the new self checkouts.this Walmart also has RUDE employees in the deli/ bakery! Go elsewhere!

Zero Stars if I could. 100% automated now with NO CASHIERS. When you have a full cart and are expected to ring items yourself you find yourself with no place to put all your items due to no conveyor belt. Let alone issues with purchasing alcohol or tobacco. Even if they built larger areas for bagging I would still avoid in future. Employees are all disgruntled and hate that there forced into practices by corporate that go against acceptable and the moral scope of there jobs. Other than being cheap. This store is miserable. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

I have been an avid supporter of Wal-Mart for decades, but I will never cross the threshold ever again. I went to the local Wal-Mart food store to find all there check out lanes have been removed and all were self service. A worker offered to scan mine but the bagging was horrid. The Walton family has slightly less money than god, I think they can afford check out lanes. Thank goodness i am retired military and can go to a commissary on the local base, its not convenient but once a month to stock up freezer and pantry is worth it

Had everything we needed at good prices too, but the layout is a little bit confusing. They would have a freezer section, then fridge sections, then a freezer section again instead of keeping it with the other freezer section. Took us 20 minutes to find some frozen broccoli.xD

I go to walmart once a week but evertime I go day or night it the same people.l call them the walmart zombies. No place to go.

Not happy with the fact that there are zero cashiers now. If I wanted to self checkout I'd apply for a job as a cashier. You can't even do that! There are no more registers at all.

Worst thing they could have done was put in all self checkout. No social distancing anymore everyone is on top of each other so unorganised

It's okay. I think Walmart has gone way downhill on all customer service transactions. It would SERIOUSLY MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE IF THE WALMART ASSOCIATES WOULD BE MORE APPRECIATIVE OF ALL THE CUSTOMERS.

Employees are always on their cell phone and playing around. The cashiers really need to be offered better protection since they have to stand on those concrete floors. 1 little rubber mat is not enough. Give them a stool to sit on. $11.00 an hour for pay is way too low for the workers that actually work.

It's pretty much what you'd expect from a Walmart market. However, it seems smaller than most of the other markets I've been in. Probably just that it is an overly confusing layout (not sure if space is the reason for the layout of if the layout is why it feels small - chicken or the egg here). It gets the job done and is usually well stocked though. One other benefit is that this one DOES have a gas station and is usually cheaper than others in the area.

Arrived last night (Friday) at 8: 20pm only to have two men (I’m using the word men extremely loosely) close off the the doors and not allow us to come in but let the group of 4 teenagers in front of us in. If you don’t close for 10 minutes, you need to continue to allow people in. Also, you can’t enforce a rule about not letting people in but let 4 kids in front of in SECONDS before I approach. Terrible management and staff.

It's conveniently located in a growing residential area. It has a full, friendly pharmacy staff inside, with a convenient window drive-up service also. Their shelves are usually restocked daily and meat and fruit products are fresh.

Management is terrible! They yell at their associates and expect for them to just take it and when they stand up for themselves they get fired this store needs to be SHUT DOWN ASAP

Amazing service by the young man in the Deli/Bakery yesterday. He was literally the only person helping people while everyone else was sitting on their phones, plus the cookies and items we got from the bakery were cooked perfectly.

Stopped going to Wal-Mart since they wanted to control the way we shop make us self check out open late close early to stock the shelves but always empty.
