Prescription was sent in the day prior, was told it would be ready the next morning. I went to pick it up and it wasn't filled. Had to wait on the pharmacist to get off lunch break another 45min.b

This place is horrific! Everything about it is terrible. The pharmacy is an absolute joke also. Stay away at all cost.

Please send your scripts elsewhere. The store portion of the store is great, but the pharmacy is mediocre at best. And that’s me being nice. The pharmacy staff has no urgency in providing prompt and helpful customer service. I was told most of them are new, and it shows because you don’t see many pharmacists in street clothes behind the counters. I would rather watch paint dry.

My pharmacy checkout was not very knowledgeable about question I was asking so she just got an attitude and made up answers. Other person running the register-overheard and gave me correct information. Stop lying if you don’t know an answer and ask a coworker. Have had several problems in the past and the store is filthy inside and out. Poor managers and just moving everything to a better place. Sad because have used them for so long, just done with this.

The store and Pharmacy here are an absolute joke. You try calling them for an hour straight and automated tells you there's three callers ahead only for you to go inside and see nobody is on a phone in the pharmacy. It is evident they do not put the concerns of their customers first and are more concerned about their own comfort and luxury, strongly do not recommend under any circumstance. Believe me, you're much better off figuring it out on your own then trusting this store.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I am a medical provider and spent 45 minutes on the phone WAITING to order a medication for a patient. That should not happen. Absolutely ridiculous. I was close to contacting my patient and requesting a different pharmacy.

I wish I could give zero stars. The pharmacy and it's staff are woefully inept and completely incompetent. I've used this pharmacy since moving to the area a year ago and there has not been one instance where I did not have some type of issue having my monthly prescriptions filled. After you clear the hurdles to get your prescriptions filled, be prepared for a long wait time in line. I don't know how the other Walgreens in the area conduct themselves but I would advise avoiding this one at all costs. Please save yourself the hassle and choose another establishment for your drug store needs.

I pre-ordered some at home covid tests to have around the house with cold/flu season coming & would like to be able to test at our leisure.said it would take 2 hours to fill and they would call me, this was at 7am when they opened. It's now 11: 30am & I'm attempting to talk to someone but they won't answer the phone. Been on hold for 30 min.

But seriously, get the drive through speaker fixed. Absolutely ridiculous that it has been broken for months.

Way better and faster when it was Rite Aid. Since becoming Walgreens the store had been remodeled, less staff, slower and less responsive pharmacy. They also closed the drive through pharmacy, forcing more person to person contact. Making this more of a place to get sick, not get things to get better.

Extreme waits at the pharmacy, don't waste your time and use mail order instead. Avoid at all costs

Terrible experience every time I go! Lines are super long no matter what, you get a call that your subscription is ready and when you get there im told its going to be 15mins! Come back a hour later, still not ready.

The absolute Worst Pharmacy ever! These ppl have no type of concern for others Health! They could care less if you are in need of some sort of life saving medicine! They are rude and crude and are too busy to even look at you! If you guys are that understaff do everyone a favor and shut down! Let’s not speak about the wait time you will spend on the phone! Animals deserve better treatment! What a disgrace to the medical world this Pharmacy is! Please board of health look into this place!

By far the worst Walgreen’s I have been to. The associates (who are few and far between because they are understaffed) are never friendly, horrendous lines at the pharmacy, extremely long wait times 45 min+ to talk to the pharmacy, even when there wasn’t supply shortages their selections were slim to none. Save yourself time and aggravation and go elsewhere.

One of the worst pharmacies I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Contacted them on Monday concerning my daughter’s prescription that was delayed and was informed that it would be ready by Monday. Monday comes and the status has not changed and so I contacted them again and was informed that it was coming in Monday and would be ready by Tuesday. Again check the app and the status is still showing as delayed. Contacted them again and was informed I would have to talk to another section. Have been on hold for an hour now, crazy since there was only one call ahead of me. I just want my daughter’s prescription or at least be able to get it somewhere else.

This review is for the pharmacy staff specifically. Called Friday evening to see if my daughter’s prescription was ready. Staff picked up the phone right away and confirmed it was ready.
Line was long when I got there but the Pharmacy staff was efficient and the wait wasn’t too long, maybe 10 minutes but they were getting through folks quickly. Staff was friendly once I got to the front of the line. Recently switched from CVS on Main Street and so glad I did.

Maybe I should.of looked at the reviews before I went. Walked in to get a passport photo and waited behind this lady who was already over there being helped. The worker walks from behind the counter to tell me I had to wait in line b/c she was going back and forth. That's understandable but I was in line. She was very rude and will not come back.

Staff is nice, but plan on spending 20 minutes in line every time you have to pick up a prescription. Store has a lot of out of stocks. Just pick a different pharmacy, it'll be easier.

Drive thru has been closed for at least a month and a half maybe more but that’s just how long it’s been since I picked up a prescription. I called in to the pharmacy to see if drive thru was open and they said it was but it wasn’t. Had my 3 very young kids no shirts or shoes in the car so I couldn’t go in and pick up. Bad enough not to be open but how is it possible it’s been closed for so long and nobody inside apparently even knows it.

The pharmacy stuff does not know what they are doing…I have had two issues with them… First issue was they gave us the wrong medicine for my daughter and they called us back when they realized it was wrong…they gave us somebody else medication! Very unacceptable

Second issue I drop my prescription off to be filled called a couple days later to find out they never even processed my prescription…. Then when I called to complain the lady just laughed about it and said that Fridays are busy!

I understand that they are short staffed but that doesn’t mean to play with peoples lives!

If I could give a zero rating I would. The staff is endlessly incompetent, they are never able to answer the phone, they are consistently incorrect with when my medicine will be available causing me to go off of my medications for sometimes over a week (not healthy, not good), and incredibly rude, to boot. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO A DIFFERENT PHARMACY. These people are incompetent and dangerous.

If you want good customer service, reliable prescription refills, and caring individuals, then this is NOT THE PLACE. I have never encountered such a consistent disregard for people as I have at this Walgreens Pharmacy. They lie to your face about when prescriptions will be ready, then leave you without your medicine and no alternative. Save yourself and your health a hassle and just go somewhere else.

The worst - go somewhere else. Shopped Walgreens exclusively and looking to change. Drive thru is sometimes open, closed today. Receive automated messages about refills I never requested. Remain on hold FOREVER trying to get info. If you are that busy - hire more or become more efficient at what you do.

Terrible customer service. If you have to call them be prepared to wait on the phone. Been waiting 45 minutes + just to check the status of my prescription that has taken 2 days to fill.

Pharmacy won't answer the phone and they shut down the drive thru pick up and drive through. Pathetic don't waste your time. Last visit for me. Go inside and wait for an hour? I'll pass.

I have tried to fill a script for my friend 3 times. Every time there are at least 15 to 20 people in line. Drive up is even worse. I don't understand why the lines are that long. Are some people trying to get a covid test? If so maybe a separate line to pick up scrips. I tried calling to find out why the lines are so long and what alternative I would have to pu a script. Initially when I called at 10am, they said the pharmacy was closed. Called back and was told there were 2 calls in front of me, then there was 1 and then an annoying message that played every 15 seconds. I waited for 47 minutes and was then disconnected. I understand these are unusual conditions but this is about as bad as it gets. I was going to switch my scripts to Walgreen's, but that changed with this experience.

Absolutely the worse store to try to get anything from a prescription to a vaccine. If you make an appointment for a vaccine at a certain time that means the person who administers the vaccine be there. No air conditioning on a 80 degrees day is ridiculous.

Consider your self lucky if you are reading these reviews before signing up for this location. They make the DMV look like heaven. I have never had such bad service, hold times, lack of caring, and simply low IQ processing power as from this business. Do yourself a favor and drive somewhere else even if it's further, you honestly will save time. I'd rather have hot pokers in my eyes.

My review today is mainly with the pharmacy, although I have never had any issues with the main store or any of its sales personnel. I've been using this Walgreens since they opened for business. I've always been impressed with all of the personnel working in the pharmacy. There has never been a single time where they have not had what I needed. Everyone has always been friendly and willing to help. This includes both in person and on the phone. Thanks for being there!
