Walgreens has always been my fav! But this pharmacy rarely gets things done in a timely manner, if at all. They'll say they dont have anything for you so you think it's your Dr's office fault.but it's not. It's on Walgreens end. Started using the app, now it says unable to fill, action needed, call the store. But, I haven't been able to get thru on the phone, for a week! Rings, picks up, silence, some clicking then it hangs up. It's just always something with this pharmacy!

Held on 49 min for pharmacy and was HUNG UP ON! Called back 9 times and each time was hung UP on after FIRST RING! SORRY CUSTOMER SERVICE IN PHARMACY IN LANCASTER, SC!

They are RUDE AND EVER TIME I PICK UP MY MOM'S MEDICINE THEY SAY THEY DON'T HAVE ANYTHING BUT SOON AS I LEAVE, I CALL AND THEY SAY IT'S READY FOR PICKUP. For over 40 minutes I stayed on the phone waiting for someone to answer and of course they didn't. Sorry excuse for a Pharmacy

My family has done business with Walgreens for years. However it may be time for that to change. My wife had a prescription called in by her doctor the day after a holiday. She expected it would take a while to fill. It was called in at 6 am, so it would be there when the store opened. She checked at 4 pm and it was not ready. She checked back at 8 pm and it is still not ready. It won’t be until sometime tomorrow. This is ridiculous. If the store can’t handle the load, hire more qualified personnel or tell customers they can’t handle the load and they should find another pharmacy. Needles to say, it is time for our family to. The staff at this Walgreens (with a few exceptions) are unconcerned, knowing the make their pay no matter what and they don’t have to treat people decently.

Walgreens lost my business. I transfered my prescriptions there to take advantage of their drive through. CALLED my pharmacy to have all of them transfered. I call Walgreens back a month later to have them filled, they told me that they have no prescriptions for me, filled or in computer. So I called the old pharmacy, they tell me that they have none cuz they transfered to Walgreens a month ago. So I told them the story, then asked them to have my prescriptions switched back. Found out that Walgreens does not handle their prescriptions well.

They are not helpful from the pharmacy, as a Fed Ex drop off point, for anything. Don't waste your time!

I drop off packages for fedex in Walgreens once or twice a week. The lady that works the counter is so unprofessional and rude. She makes people wait on her everytime. And yes I had to wait on her this morning. It's not the waiting part. It's her attitude that really grinds my gears! I will be shopping elsewhere!

The customer service i received from pharmacy staff Nicky in the drive through was appalling and disrespectful. Nicky lacks professionalism, was extremely rude to me, she hung up the phone and walked away because i was simply asking questions to reach a level of understanding on the cost of prescriptions. This was unacceptable to me and i hope that would get her some training and the Pharmacist that supported her behavior. This is so sad, instead of using it as a coaching opportunity to improve her and how she handles and deals with customers. Sam as the Pharmacist and manager of pharmacy really saddened me.i had to call my insurance carrier and the carrier said the Pharmacist should have been able to tell me the terms of coverage. All i did was asked questions, and I had to be meet with ignorance of Nicky and Sam B. I hope that someone trains them and gets them the help they need a this location. Just uncalled for. I go into the store all the time, and talk to a lot of the ladies in the front of the store and they have been very nice. However, the pharmacy staff really needs help on customer service, they need training, if they don't want to be there and help customers maybe they should find another career path. This is really, really sad. I don't like writing reviews like this however, i hope that it informs someone, and help them get the training they need. My experience with the Pharmacy was terrible.

I’m from Charlotte but stopped by this location to pick something up and all I can say is the short lady with the wavy shoulder length hair is RUDE! I won’t go into detail but let’s just say I bit my tongue with this employee. Snappy and RUDE!

Customer service is terrible! I was once given the wrong prescription (given a prescription for someone else not mine). I have had multiple issues with trying to get prescriptions filled using the drive through (I have stage four cancer and can not go inside the store). Rude and uncaring.

Not very helpful, no customer service.sad experiences. A simple task can go a long way if the effort is made to do it. "NO" is not option in retail. Let me see if we have it, let me call other stores to help you find it. NOPE, just NO! NO, to just look for an item before traveling to the store to see if they had it. Shame shame. Kershaw WALGREENS has exceptional Customer Service. Maybe they could show you how to treat customers. Just a suggestion.

This is by far the worst walgreens I have ever been to. These people are just rude. I would even go as far as to say some of them are down right nasty. Ive been using the walgreens in my home town for years and they are great. However the walgreens in Lancaster and the lack of response in resolving these issues from any type of company management is why ive taken my business elsewhere.

Just left the pharmacy drive thru and the lady working the window was extremely rude i said "Hi I'm here to pick up my meds" she replied with "well i need to know who you are" instead of can i have your name please. Obviously she needs to take a class on customer service and learn the appropriate ways to respond.

This is by far the WORST Walgreens that I have ever been to. Walgreens has been my choice for pharmacy for years. I have always had pleasant experiences with Walgreens in the past, but I believe that this particular location makes it their goal to provide the worst customer experience possible. I drop off medications today to be filled and was told that it would be 3 hours before they were ready. No big deal, I tell them I will be back later in the evening to pick them up. I come back 8 hours later and every medication has some kind of issue. One medication they are telling me I can’t have because it’s too early, which it wasn’t the case. I picked up the last medication in the 19th, and I show up on the 19th for the medication. The two for my daughter require a prior authorization (one medication she has been on for two year’s, the other is new, which I understand is not their fault, but good customer service would say that you need to call and let me know what needs to be done). The other medication is for my husband (again a medication that he has been in for several years and I know the insurance doesn’t pay, but we use the GoodRX coupon for). Let it also be known that I sat at the drive thru window for 5 minutes before someone acknowledges me there. I can see inside of the pharmacy, and they have NO ONE in line inside of the pharmacy. The pharmacist is standing at a computer with her phone in hand scrolling Facebook and showing another employee some pictures. After I finally get everything settled, I am informed that I will now have to come inside because everything will have to be ran through again. I come inside, and I am now standing in line, as the cashier is at the drive thru window helping those customers. Another employee from the front of the store comes to assist me, and this employee is some kind of manager. He is not a pharmacy employee, but seems to know more about what is going on back there than the pharmacy staff does. After I tell him what poor customer service is provided there I leave to come home. I get home only to find that they gave the wrong syringes for my husbands medication (again, a medication that he has been on for years and has had filled at this particular location for the last 5 months). I am so done with this location. Something needs to be done with this location, as they are always “busy” or “understaffed”, yet they have time to check their Facebook. It would also benefit this location to take some customer service classes, as the pharmacy staff suffers greatly from nasty attitudes.
