Waffle House has something for everyone! The food and service is the best anywhere! Great people working there! Couldn't ask for better!

Came here on a Sunday mid-morning. It was pretty busy. We were waiting on a table to be cleaned and the server was going so slow. Another table came available behind the table we were waiting on and the server for that table was quick to clean it. I asked her if the servers clean their own tables and she said yes. I then asked if we could sit at her table; bc if the other girl took that long to clean her table I could just imagine how slow she would have been serving us. Our service was good but she did miss some of the items we ordered like coffee and extras on my brother's meal. But it was quickly corrected. Food tasted great.
Pricing is about $10/per person without a drink.

I came here Thur 9/21 at 10pm qnd ordered 2 grilled chicken breasts and 4 eggs scrambled with cheese. My total was $24 and change how in the world is that accurate? That is ridiculously priced for that small amount of food.so I definitely will not be going to any waffle houses anymore.

Server's need to interact more with there customers then each other and stay off there phones!

Great staff at the moment, they were slammed and food and service was still good. We had dine in and take out food, everything was made right and tasted great.

Our usual breakfast place was closed on Mother's Day, so we went here.

Food was good and service excellent.

Waffle House is consistently excellent. This one is very excellent. Pleasant personnel, immaculate surroundings, and perfectly cooked hot and fast meal. I am eager to return.

Service, food, prices were all excellent. Service was stellar, even though it was the middle of the lunch rush. Hats off to the whole crew.

Amazing staff on duty tonight (8/5/22)! Ordered our food after a massive group entered, then another HUGE group came and all the employees took it in stride. Staff magically doubled (because Im pretty sure at least one was on break but came back in early and another came from the back) and CRANKED out the orders. We had a large order plus another person's order that came with us and we still got "in and out" after watching our food be cooked to perfection. I hope they ALL get raises because despite our tips, they deserve all that and THEN some because it's literally the best waffle house experience I've ever had (and my life goal is to eat at every one in the US)!

Only positive was the quickness! The floor was so sticky it literally ripped my flip flops apart! Very loud and lots of cursing! Got hashbrowns I'm use to getting diced jalapeno there was literally 3 jalapeno slices on my hashbrowns!

First time back after a ĺong while.
. Place was really busy and our order was taken in a reasonable amount of time. Food order came out after a reasonable amount of time and hot and frèsh. Wait staff was pretty attentive to refilling drinks and checking in to making sure things were ok. Will be back.

When I'm in Florence I go to this Waffle House. I have only come in the mornings so I can only speak for that crew, but they are so nice and know what I want when I come to the door. In particular Debra and Melody are always so kind and make sure I get great service and great food!

Waffle House is always so very good. This one is exceptionally good. Friendly staff, very clean, with hot and fast food cooked to perfection. I can't wait to come back.

Love this waffle house location. They are usually pretty busy but still fast, efficient and polite. I would definitely recommend it!

The worstest experience I ever had very poor customer service never gotten my food after 20 minutes I exit this place.

Stopped in the morning of May 28th. Ms Elizabeth was absolutely so kind and even though the cook had made 2 mistakes (we heard her call order) she was super kind and fixed it immediately. She is at the top of our list and we will be calling to make sure she is there before we go back! Thank you so much Ms Elizabeth!

We stopped in here after the Darlington race. We weren't the only ones with this idea! It was full, but they did a great job serving everyone quickly. Good food and quick service

The worst Waffle House of all waffle houses. Rude, disrespectful. And they never answer the phone, and if they do it’s with a negative attitude.

Only 3 people working and they were busy and had no hold ups. Great job guys keep up the good work. Fun and friendly staff even though they were short staffed. Food was on point. Excellent night

I ordered the allstar breakfast to go and got all the way home and no sausage! Live to far to turn around and go back.

I like their food and decent price, almost always short staff, but staff friendly. One night doors closed because?

Don't like how I order. Tell them I'm sitting I'm front of the window in my car, so when my good Is ready just wave.food been ready for 10 minutes when I walked in! Never got a waved. But the egg omelet was ok.

This location is the best one for fast friendly service. The cooks in the kitchen do so an excellent job on the food. Waitresses are so very nice. I drive way past others to come here.

Great job! It was such a pleasure to watch them work, I didn't even notice if our delicious, accurate order was a little longer than usual. They were swamped when we arrived, but masterfully handled the crowd, all while obviously enjoying their work-great teamwork! Sign of good leadership!

This location rocks! Not one time have we not had great customer service. The food is always great portions and delicious! Every waitress has been so friendly and so nice?
They have GREAT attitudes here. I will drive all the way to this location because I know it's a warm, pleasant atmosphere and all smiles!

Went to the waffle house on pamplico highway and the waitress that took my order acted like she was annoyed that I was ordering. Another girl didn't want to cash people out because she was off the clock and they got our order all wrong. We had three orders of hashbrowns and we ordered 4. We asked for an extra side of toast and didn't get it. We had an order of large cheese grits that was turned into a bacon scramble cheese grits there was no butter with our waffle and they added cheese to two of the hashbrowns that was supposed to be plain.

Someone was smoking a cigarette outside before I came in so you know the food was gonna be fire

I love this place. Cant get another chicken grilled sandwich. Always good waitress. Just posted on Ihop that I would go to waffle house. My 3yr old granddaughter looked at her said mama this isn't the waffle house!

We had very nice time at waffle house when we was in florence south Carolina thank you the food was good.

This review is for this single Waffle House location. I have never been impressed with the cleanliness, food quality or service of any other waffle house, but this one impressed me. They were friendly and the food came out right the first time with no issues. I know that I didn't set the bar very high but its saying something when I walked out with my wife's Togo order and I said to myself that I actually wouldn't mind coming back to eat.

That was the most pitiful plate of hash browns I ever had. A tiny slice of plastic cheese on top and no seasoning.

Waitress Diane screaming and treating cook jabs knife into counter beside stove 4 times. Calls the cook stupid and tells customers, yelling a cross the restaurant, I'll just comp ur food, this idiot doesn't know whar he's doing. All the cook did was put something wrong on a platter, and asked her a question quietly, she went off. The incident with the knife I personally would have felt threatened.

Always good. Fast service. I could seriously go for some hash browns right now. I keep my orders simple- If I were a picky eater I would just eat at home.

Staff was friendly. Food is great no matter what time you decide to want breakfast food. The cooks are amazing the way that they handle the fast paced orders being placed in a great amaount of time to get them out.

I thought the food was good, and the staff are pretty nice here. Easy to talk to, only complaint would be they don’t cook the bacon long enough because it’s not crispy.

I have find the Waffle house not far from my residence, a wonderful place to eat. I am 30 yrs, USArmy, ret, disab, and sometimes have some difficulties. The prices are good, and the service and staff are wonderful,

Tried calling in a order. Phone just rang and rang. Thinking it was busy, go up there to find all the staff sitting around doing nothing with an empty place. Thankfully (the two stars) the cook over heard the order and made it extremely fast and it was delicious! So thanks to the one good employee who went to work to work!

Been sitting at the table for 45 mins no server looks my way no one took my order.when they did they left half of it that did it for me night shift is the worst

When I asked for a cheeseburger I was asked do I want cheese on it LOL then I get the cheese burger the burger was as thin as the cheese and crisper than a well done bacon then to end it my change was given to someone else so I had to wait until they chased down the person who had my change in the parking lot.

The workers in The Waffle House was so loving the best waffle house I ever been into their presence was so friendly I loved it and the food was great

Well let's see your waitresses were okay they were nice your cooks were okay the two Cooks fairly busy I mean at least they could have kept their area clean where the food is but the place was not clean it could use more cleaning

This location is very busy. Ms. Debra was GREAT she is definitely a pleasure to deal with. My only issue was the Manager instead of helping out while it was so busy he rather stand back and bark out orders for other people to do but the rest of the staff seemed to just go with the follow and help every customer as fast as possible. Again Thank you Ms. Debra for the service and hospitality.

This is your classic Waffle House, but it gets everything right. The staff are familiar, friendly, and welcoming when you visit. Great spot to visit for late night or early morning eats. The Waffle House doesn't judge. It's always there for you, especially when you need it most.

There is a Huddle House across the street that you should avoid at all costs. Trust me.

The food was good except my eggs. It's hard to find someone who can cook a good egg over medium well lol. All in all I would recommend and eat there again.

Grill cook makes up for the experience each time I'm there, servers will be either on their phones or gathered together. While my food is done and waiting to be delivered, but the grill operators sees the opportunity and delivers it with a smile, and asks if he can get anything for me,
I always tip 5 dollars minimum but it really should go to the grill operators.
