Victoria's Secret & PINK

Crowded but they had 6 cashiers so the line moved quickly! I made a purchase & exchanged an item and both transactions went smoothly. Associates were friendly & efficient.

This Victorias secret, I Sheryl welled stocked but, I feel that they need more cash registers and a better way to direct the lines. When there is a big event. Overall I was happy with my purchase and my PERKS.

I went on a busy Saturday middle of the day. Tried on multiple items and received great assistance from the employees. Had to actually go back a few days later because my sizing was incorrect. They helped me fix it no problem. The employee went and got me multiple different items she thought I would like. She was great and super helpful!

Staff super friendly, helped me as soon as I walked in and made sure I was able to find everything I needed!

Definitely a long time customer. Great customer service. Just with the clothing line, besides the under garments, should be more versatile. Everything is made for younger women who only like to wear either cropped tops or oversized apparel. What happened to things that actually work for more that younger women? As a long time customer it is very disappointing to not have the selection that is age appropriate?

Main store for all items for my wife, and she loves everything Victoria's Secret have in their line of products. Especially the perfumes, they beat all others hands down. The service is excellent.

I have been shopping with Victoria’s Secret for quite some time but today my whole experience changed my view. I walked out of Victoria’s Secret at the mall highly dissatisfied. I completely understand about the policy about having an ID with credit card. I was using my sisters credit card and was failed that I needed her ID for the credit card. I also wanted to use my two coupons I received in the mail for a free party and 20$ off. After the cashier rang me up and my coupons I didn’t know she torn them and threw them in the trash can. After not being able to use the credit card I asked for my coupons. The cashier told me that she had thrown them away and torn them and I couldn’t get them back. Even if I didn’t pay for my merchandise was not even offered a voucher and another cashier was on her phone or tablet and didn’t even offer assistance. I was really upset about the fact that I can’t get my unused coupons back and wasn’t offered any store credit or voucher or nothing to replenish those coupons. So unless this can be resolved or something I will not be shopping in that store again.

Im a guy and this is the one place i want to avoid if i want to save up my money this store isn't helping so i don't like this store

The location was very busy but they were well stocked and the girls were checking people out as quickly as they could. The store was also very clean and organized well.

I came to make a return, exchange, and to shop. However after my 30 minute drive I find the store isn’t even open despite the Google hours saying it is. Even if you have “tech difficulties”, there should still be an employee at the store. People can at least look at the selection, then order online if they can’t wait for your “technical difficulties” to be resolved. Total waste of gas and time! Hoping to change this rating to a positive one later.and please leave a recording on the phone to let customers know you are closed. It just rings.

Love this place. The onlybdraebsck is they closed the one closest to me and now I have to drive 1.5hrs to the store if it wasn't for a return I would have done it online

Had a terrible experience trying to exchange/return two shirts my daughter bought me for Christmas. I will never buy anything from this store and will not wear anything from here.

Not much of a selection for their matching sets. And the fitting room wasn't open so I couldn't try anything on. (6mths pregnant). I wanted to make sure the clothes fit during/after pregnancy.
I'll try again next month.

The store is terrible. The staff is rude and ignores you and the lines are always extremely long. They have tons of people "working" but no one seems to be working. I avoid this store at all costs if possible.
