Just a note that, since the locker room is small, I would recommend arriving for your service way ahead of time, so you'll have enough time to change and store things in your locker while sharing the space with others. We arrived fifteen minutes early, and that was barely enough time for us.

Anyway, I had a great massage, and my masseuse really helped release the tension on my neck and upper back. I could feel her really working out the knots everywhere while still providing a relaxing experience.
