I had my first eyebrow wax and tint in years at the Benefit brow bar and I was nervous because my wedding is next month. I met the sweetest employee, Daisy, who did the best job with my brows I think I’ve never seen! She was also really sweet and pleasant to speak to (and I typically don’t like small talk). I’m already trying to make my next appointment.

This Ulta is always a pleasant experience! The employees acknowledged me when I enter the store and they're always helpful! The one lady helped me find the perfect hair product for my hair type. I love it!

I usually love going to Ulta to find new products, but the new girl that I came across was NOT helpful and very trashy. Sierra was far from classy and far from helpful. If she uses the Exuviance products, I do not want them. She looks fake and her skin is far from ideal. The amount of makeup and products she had on could be seen from across the store. Hopefully she will not be here long term, because I have always loved shopping here, but she was rude and unprofessional. You’d think a well known beauty company would have more natural looking representatives and employees.

I haven’t had anything done with my hair in way too long, even cut it myself during quarantine ‍️ made an appointment with no knowledge of who my stylist would be! Thankfully I was placed in Fran’s amazing hands, she listened to my ideas and ran with it! I will be returning for more hair care and self love in the future! Thanks again Fran

The store is always stocked with items that my wife and daughter love to use all the time.

Probably the worst costumer service experience ever. Called plenty ahead of time when I knew I would be 10 minutes late to my brow appointment and was told on the phone that would be fine. Showed up and sat down to wait, only to get a text a few minutes after saying my appointment was cancelled when I was already sitting there waiting. I would have been totally okay rescheduling when I called to ask in the first place but was told it was okay. Sabrina was pretty rude and seemed like she didn’t want to do the service in the first place.

After many many trips to Ulta, I FINALLY had a great shopping experience thanks to a consultant named Shannon!
I was having a pretty bad day, due to the holidays and missing family. I decided to pop in ulta to grab a few things and give my brain a break! I was approached by Shannon, asking if I needed any help. Pretty sure she could tell I wasn't having the best of days. She pampered me to piece! She definitely knows her beauty products and knows how to treat customers! Ulta should look for more associates like Shannon and definitely give her the credit she deserves for my $300 purchase!

So I have been getting my hair done at ulta for about 5 plus years (different ulta locations)
Since the pandemic I haven’t done much to my hair, but currently have a blue ombré. I called to make an appointment about changing it up at this location, and the person on my phone told me to go to a color specialist because they wouldn’t be able to work with me…. I have gone to ulta with different colored hair, cuts, and more for so long this is the first time I was told nope sorry not even worth your time coming in.

Great store and very helpful employees.
Unfortunately they do not carry the item I was looking for.

Love the stores in general, this location had workers that weren’t so nice but still gonna give it 5 star. Because I always find what I need at any.

Staff is ALWAYS so kind and helpful! As a woman. I love love love going to ULTA for all of my beaty tips and the best product are all in one place! Special shout out to Stephanie! Wonderful customer service and couldn't ask for a better addition to the already great place!

I like this store because they have the most extensive range of products for anything concerning beauty! It's usually a one stop shop for most ladies!

I love Ulta. I was asked right away if I needed help and was taken directly to what I was looking for. Mikayla greeted me at the door and rang me up.she was very nice and professional. A+ store.

Very friendly and helpful. Would like to see older women employees that's knowledgeable about women's skin products to help minimize wrinkles and promote healthier looking complexion.

WORST PLACE EVER! I've made 4 appointments here total. My first 3 appointments got canceled EVERY time. The 4th time, they called and pushed my appointment to later and then had the nerve to be 45mins late! The stylist acted like she didn't know what she was doing and after getting NOTHING done but trimming SOME of my dead ends, she found an excuse to not do my hair at all after having me wait for another 30-45mins. DO NOT GO HERE!

They had COVID-19 guidelines posted all on the door; however a very elderly couple came in with a mask in their hand and ask if they needed to put it on. The store clerk looked at them and said No, you do not have to wear your Mask in here. We walked back out.

My experience at this store was absolutely amazing! Both Shannan and Whitney were very helpful and answered all of my questions without hesitation. The atmosphere at this store is beyond expectations. I will definitely be back for the great products and amazing service!
