This is a great store for all of your alcohol related shopping. I typically go for bourbon and craft beer. Their bourbon selection is ever evolving. I have found a few hard to get bottles there and can always manage to find something to add to my bar. Their beer selection is massive, too, and the prices are great. Add the benefits of the rewards program, and this place is hard to beat.
Love the environment, GOOD Prices, and they run specials. Also, the CIGAR ROOM & Fair prices on those as well sets them, apart. They literally have a specialist for every section it's awesome
I come to this store all the time. Depending on who’s at the register, they do not ID. I do not mind if they ID because I stay with my Driver’s License and I understand that’s the procedure. Today, my boyfriend came in the store with me (as he always do) he never brings his ID. They did not allow me to purchase wine with my ID. I’m upset because we do this all the time with my ID! It depends on who’s working the register. They pick and chose. My boyfriend always go in the alcohol section with no ID. It’s giving discrimination. The guy in front of me was not ID’d. I’ll take my business to Green’s Warehouse.
Total Wine has a great selection of spirits. That being said, do not EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER ask a salesperson for a recommendation. The only push their Spirits Direct partners. Last week, I asked the sales guy about a slight smoother bourbon as I'm a noob. He recommended Wolcott. At the time I didn't know about the whole Spirits Direct link. So I asked him about others and he downplayed everything and made Wolcott seem like the next big thing. He kept saying it came from the same distillery that made 1792. So I'm like okay! Got it home and it tasted like what I would imagine lighter fluid, vanilla and candy corn would taste like liquefied. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!
Word to the wise. There are some great reddit, Facebook, etc groups that can give you some really good advice on various spirits. The sales people just don't seem to be honest and just push certain Spirit Direct partner brands.
Website shows a particular bourbon that I wanted very badly. Their website shows that it was in stock, however when I got there they do not have it. They stated they have not carried it for over 2 years. Update your website please.
Service was good and assistance to locate two specific wines resulted in locating them. We also enjoy buying Cromers products (pork skins and popcorn) at Total Wine.the mobile app makes it easy for coupons and deals.
Total Wine always has great Deals. I have been shopping with Total Wine for Years. They have Sweet Water 420 on Sale for 9.99 for all the Sweet Water Drinkers. Either you know or you don't. Total Wine is The Complete Package Store Experience. Discover their Humidor and find your flavor.
Would love to see Christopher on the tasting bar! He is such a delight when I'm at the register and I just yearn for more time to pick his brain about wine flavor profiles, etc.
