This place does absolutely terrible! I’ve went here a few times and my nails turned out ok but never ever looked great! This past time was HORRIBLE! 0/10

I've been coming here for a while they do good work but some of the employees like to be on their phones while doing your nails like you have all day to be there!

Terrible service. I went to get a manicure and pedicure. It took 3 1/2 hrs.they kept giving me different workers and the last lady kept getting up to go do eyebrows when other customers walked in. I paid $115 for nothing. I have long real nails and she cut my nails short to put tips and said they broke (which that was a lie, she wanted to do what she wanted to do and not listen to me) even after the service I had to come back 15 minutes later because my gel polish started running messing up my clothes.even then she made me wait for another 20 minutes to fix my nails. I came home and the next day was the same thing again. Please don't go here the are bad

The lady snatched off all my eyebrows and when i told her i didn’t like them she kept trying to convince me that they looked good it doesn’t matter what you think if i don’t like it i shouldn’t have been charged point blank period. Ever since she did that i had to fill in my eyebrow to make them thick again. She charged me full price for a poor job and for that i will never spend another dime.

I went in for a manu Pedi, asked for a manu Pedi. Didn't actually receive either. I got a toe color change, which I didn't ask for but was told I did. My five minute manicure, I could have done better a job a home. Terrible services, no apology, no thank you or goodbye after I didn't even complain.
