Fitting room people were really nice. The store was well put together considering it’s probably high volume. However, my cashier (Alexandria) thought it was more important to talk to her co workers instead of providing customer service. Talked to the cashier next to her the entire transaction. Didn’t say a word to me, then handed me the receipt. I worked for Ross for 10 years, so I get it. Overworked and underpaid, long lines, short breaks, horrible customers.but I also know it only takes 10 seconds to be friendly. If you don’t like customer service, idk, maybe don’t work in customer service. Lol.
Do better at your checkout instead of employees standing at the end of the counter they should open a register and get that line down before to many more customers walkout
TJ MAXX is my secret to wearing designer clothes at discount store prices. This location has a solid men's clothing selection, which is where I usually spend my time. I've also bought lots of nice clothes for my wife here.
There is a reason TJ Maxx is so popular. They have the best deals, especially on make-up. The line can get super long but they always move so fast. They have a little bit of everything - baby clothes, toys, dog supplies/treats/toys, clothes for everyone, makeup, purses, shoes etc.
If you go anytime after opening on a Fri-Sun, be prepared to wait in line for a while. They were restocking and just had a shipment come in. Everyone is always friendly. Great deals on what I did see. They're definitely prepared for Easter.
I have been doing spring and summer shopping at Marshall’s and T. J Maxx mostly in Columbia, the fittings rooms have been closed so I buy then return what doesn’t fit and never had a problem if I return T.j clothes at Marshall’s and vice versa, but here they have told me they only do this at Christmas time.like f* off. Firstly, It’s your closed dressing rooms that give me this inconvenience in the first place… Secondly, there are only a few of these franchises in the low country and I live in Ridgeville. I don’t know where a Marshall’s is here, I was told to go to North Charleston. They would not do gift card or exchange even though I was about to spend $50 here. I was told again by manager their store WILL NOT accept Marshall’s exchanges even if other stores do. I surely will not shop at this one again.
FINALLY! Some new inventory! New jewelry! My daughter & I got matching Juicy Couture duffle bags to go to the gym! Gorgeous! Had a wonderful shopping experience!
Very small store, very limited selection. I bought crystal and China. The cashier just threw it in the bag together. She never wrapped one item. She could have at least put each item inside a single bag. Not the service I'm accustomed to receiving in Myrtle Beach. While I was shopping I almost fell twice with a female employee sweeping the floor around the shoes. I asked her to let me get out of her way. How inconsiderate and rude to any customer especially one who is handicapped
Accused of shop lifting by one of their ignorant employees because I frequently check the store (multiple times a week) for collectible Rae Dunn pieces. If you have an accusation to make, make sure you have the facts and information to follow it.
It's a very clean and organized store and you never know what goodies you'll find in there. I love the place but I'm only giving 4 stars because of a lack of plus size clothes.
My favorite store. I am able to find anything from clothing, shoes, bags, home, health and beauty, and pet accessories and snacks. This store is always well stocked, clean and the employees are helpful.
Went in to browse at their home decor. Not much out for spring right now, but I did buy two bundles of three hydragenas! They were a great price at only $9.99 for each bundle! I've paid $10.00 for only one hydragena stem!
