Very friendly, they were able to do exactly the picture my daughter showed them and very reasonably priced. Will definitely be back!

Very disappointed in my experience today. I have been in Bluffton for 7 years and I went to tip toe for at least 5 of those years. I took a break as the people I saw there changed salons. So today on my break from work I needed something quick and close so I decided to come to here. Awful choice. I needed a fill and a polish change, which should be easy. The polish came out streaky and uneven, the acrylic was bumpy and thick in places as well as on my skin, gel polish all over my cuticles, the shape of my nails was completely wrong and they were uneven and all different. I didn't have time to get it fixed at that moment as I had to go back to work. I came back at 5 after work asking for them to be fixed and the guys that helped fix them did a great job with the shape and the polish. However, 2 hours later, I was scratching my arm, no trauma or jamming my finger, one of my nails broke clean off. I am so irritated bc I went back TWICE to get what I wanted and then they broke. At this point I just want my money back so I can go somewhere decent.

I made an appointment for October 15 at 1: 30 for a pedicure for two people. My boyfriend was finished with his before mine started. An older lady walked in about 15 minutes after us and was immediately seated and her mani/pedi started. Disappointed in the experience

Don’t go there for brows. Went to get my eyebrows waxed and she did a rush job. Did my brows sitting straight up in a chair and they were not arched or shaped at all. Had to go to another salon to get them fixed.

Tip Toe is the only place I'll go in Bluffton to get my nails done. Everyone who works there is friendly and knowledgeable about their trade. Vivian is an absolute gem! Highly recommend Tip Toe to anyone looking for an exceptional, yet affordable, mani or pedi.

They have great service and are friendly! I request Lewis every time to go. I get dip nails and gel done on my toes! Great place! I have been going to them for over 4 years and love this place so much! If you go for a long time they know you by name and it is really great to know they remember you! I recommend them to anyone who asks about nail services!

Bad service. Lady didn’t listen to a single word I said. I specifically told her to not cut my natural nail because i am trying to grow them out because I having a bad habit of biting my nails. She cut my natural nails right off and when we tried to tell her she ignored us completely and charged us $10 more and we said it’s fine, Once my mother went to go pay she had charged us $20 instead of $10. Also is very rude a rough she digs her nails into my fingers and pulls on my fingers like she’s going to rip them off.i’ve had no problem but it is this one lady. Old, blackish hair usually in the first seat, Never finishes a Nail set always passes you onto someone else.
