I love it because I get exactly what I want every time. If I want designs they can do it. If I want to switch it up, they get it right. I feel so relaxed after the hand and foot massages, I’m ready for a nap. Their prices are better than all the other nail salons around here. It’s just great customer service all around.

On more than 1 occasion I was told that a couple of different things that I asked for "could not be done. " It was clear that what was being requested (in regards to designs & shapes) could easily be done but it was not simply because the technician did not want to do it. Side note, If you are unhappy with anything you must speak immediately because after they are paid, you can forget it. I've been told that I need to come in on certain days because my designs “take too long to do” even though I pay a great amount of money to have them done. Their priority is more so on getting as many customers in as they can. I'm not sure how others needs are more important than someone who was there already. A money hungry thing I suppose. If you are ever in this similar situation, know that your services will be rushed. You're always going to be told what you should get instead of them listening to what you actually want. The majority of the people who come into the shop are adults and are capable of vocalizing their individual needs. Someone should inform the owner of that. It's very clear that customer satisfaction or respect are not priorities here. They simply do what's convenient for them. Whatever gets the most money the fastest. If you don’t mind the particular things that I have personally experienced, then by all means stop by. I tolerated this behavior because they offer such beautiful designs (if they feel like doing them). Enter with caution.
