I should have read reviews ahead of time, which confirms worst service i received 11/28/2022. First there Yellow page info incomplete. Has 429 Roper Mtn rd but does not have suit #. But due to road construction main signage is covered. I entered upper section trying to locate them, they are in rear. I tried calling number on Yellow page, goes straight to fax. So I arrived 3min late. As others mentioned receptionist very nice. She tried to understand, but whoever office manager is, the one who should be fired, said i was late, then I was told to pay for missed appt. I was again explained I was there 30 min early but could not locate and their phone went to fax. Upon leaving within 30min i received text notifying me my account had been canceled. Very poor and unprofessional would not recommend what so ever.

My appt was for 930. I showed up at 922. They said I was supposed to be half an hour early, so they wouldn't see me and I would have to reschedule, even though I already filled out the paperwork online, including a review of systems and my insurance info. Why not just make the appts for the time you want the patients to be there? Bizarre way to set up your appts.

LOVE Dr. Cecil and her team! I have been a patient of Thrive for some time now, and would not go elsewhere. Dr. Cecil always listens, and takes her time. I never feel rushed, and I am always treated with respect. The office staff is great as well from scheduling to checking in to prepping to see the Dr. Cecil. I always recommend Thrive becuase they are THE best!

My experience with Thrive has been negative from the start. Out of my 4 office visits, my primary “care” physician, Stephanie Weir has spent a total of maybe 20 minutes with me. I would drive 45 minutes there, just to have 5 minutes of her time. She rushed me out every time, and never offered any alternative solutions other than the usual “take this pill every day”. Unfortunately most medical practitioners in this country have been brainwashed into this philosophy of “keep them sick, and keep them coming back. ”

Needless to say, I won’t be coming back to this office. I would recommend to anyone that wants genuine care and face time with their doctors— stay away. Save your hard-earned money, because Stephanie obviously has no regard for your health. You’d be better off asking Google and using a phone/web-based medical service.

I’m only giving Thrive 2 stars because the ladies at the front desk and the girl that draws blood are super sweet.
