The mommy to be package was wonderful. Unfortunately, the customer service is why I give this rating. This package was a gift, and after having received the massage and other spa services, I was stressed out again during their check out process. They finally found my gift certificate for my services after making me wait for 40 minutes after my services. Something I really didn’t like was when I offered to pay for my services, the owner stated that the rate of the services had recently changed and in front of me, proceeded to move the sign at the front desk with the costs of the services and told me the cost was $10 more than what was listed on their services menu. I really didn’t appreciate this, and honestly it made my relaxing spa day go to waste. I hate giving bad reviews, but this package is quite expensive, and it’s such a shame how I was treated.

Abi, a hair stylist, does a wonderful job on my hair! She is professional and very sweet to talk to…. And she gives me a wonderful hair cut!

I came to Danielle with very damaged and unmanageable hair. I’ve had my haircut twice by her now, and my hair is healthier than it has been in a while. She’s kind, professional, and determined to make sure you’re satisfied with your new look. Whatever shape your hair is in - Danielle has your back! As for the salon itself, it is the best of southern and chic! Your services from massage to hair are done in a professional manner, and your satisfaction is their goal 100%.

My gf got her nails done and they already broke. What a rip off poor quality for whoever is doing your nails.

Overpriced! I would expect to pay the higher price when receiving specialty services performed by highly skilled artisans.

Being new to the area, I wasn't sure what to expect. However, my experience was totally wonderful. Amanda was awesome to work with and exceeded my expectations. My highlights turned out beautifully and my trim was on point. Tiffany made my toes sparkle.and my feet happy. The atmosphere and environment were uplifting and we had alot of laughs. I was charmed. Definitely will be a go to for years to come. Thank you for all you do, Your talent and creativity are amazing.

I went here for a waxing service for the first time and Jamie was excellent. Super friendly and did an awesome job. If I lived in the area I would definitely be re-booking. The salon is very inviting and the girls there are super friendly!

I had the most amazing experience yesterday with Maddie. I went from brown to blonde. My hairs integrity and health is still COMPLETELY intact. She took her time. I have absolutely nothing to say but great things about my hair. I’ve never had it be so blended, and healthy after a lightening service. She was super sweet and has very reasonable prices. I won’t go to anyone els now, she’s stuck with me!

My stylist did a great job and seemed knowledgable about my hair type. She was able to color my hair without frying it, which has happened so many times in the past. Prices are quite a bit higher here than other places, however.

I’m new to the area and Danielle is more than a stylist. I felt so welcome, my hair was amazing and I’ll be back. The owner and all staff were a joy, such southern charm and guess what - my husband wants an appointment. Darci Davis

Salon is tops for me. Beautiful hair color that looks totally natural. Staff is great too, professional but down to earth and friendly. Will absolutely go back!
