I booked an appointment with “KLEO LUVV” on fb for lashes. My appointment was for feb, 9th 4: 30pm. I sent my deposit and confirmed everything with her. She sent me the address and I thought everything was good. I made it to the shop 4: 29pm. Went to open the door it was locked, okay cool I’m thinking she may be late. I waited, and as I waited I called and texted her, even video message her. No answer! I’ve messaged her and asked her to refund my deposit and she hasn’t even looked at my message even tho I seen she was active on fb. This is so unprofessional! DONT WASTE YA TIME! It’s been 3 hours and no response

Ray is phenomenal! Sitting in her chair is therapeutic. The owner is really sweet and they're all very professional. I highly recommend you stop by and take a look at her merchandise. It is a one stop shop. Go see then at House of Glam!
