I'm not one the post bad reviews online and I'm aware of the fact that it really depends on who is serving you and how their day is going but hopefully this kind of review can help the store management improve and help their employees.
I placed an order for a curbside pickup, got the notofocation that my order was ready, drove there, notified the store that I was there, waited for FORTY MINUTES, called the store, waited on the phone for 15 more minutes, only for the person to tell me that they were very busy and couldn't help me because they were helping customers in the store.
I had two infants and two toddlers in the car, so I couldn't just unload everybody and get in the store. I just asked if they could cancel my order because I really had to leave, and they said it wasn't possible and I had to wait. So I waited for 10 more minutes to finally get my order. The person apologized and said they didn't have enough staff to serve me. I wish they would not accept curbside orders if they couldn't serve their customers.

Neat pretty organized. Staff is helpful. I think it's amazing that on the 1st Saturday of the month they have little projects you can do with your kids. It's awesome. They get to build and paint then. If it's your first time you get an apron. Each project comes with a pin that you add on to the apron. It's pretty awesome.

I will never deal with Home Depot especially this store ever only person who has been polite is the one manager Brian when I talk to anyone else they are rude. They were quick to take my money but long on delivery, they said now the 28th and it's no guarantee it will be in by then. Then stop showing it on the appliance if you can't produce. My order was done two weeks ago.

I needed an estimate on replacing 2 doors. They sent out a guy to measure and he was very knowledgeable and professional. They had my information to me quickly with recommendations and were very helpful throughout the process.

Always plenty of people to help when you have questions about a product, location of the product in the store or in loading up materials. Hands down better than Lowe's anyday.

Not very eager to help I was obviously wandering around looking for something specific and passed several employees and nobody bothered to ask if they can help when I finally did somebody I got a pretty vague answer they didn't have what I needed and at a really good price

3rd Time in the past few years went in to purchase appliances and they never have it in stock and if it's ordered its 3 months out. Why have a sale if you don't have it in stock. They also need more help in this department.

If there were a negative 5, that would be my selection for the Florence, SC store! I called the store yesterday, November 29th, at 3: 39 pm, and the salesperson in the appliance department was not helpful concerning an electric range and he was not familiar with their delivery process. The salesperson even suggested that I contact the closest Lowe's store. Wow! I asked to speak to the manager and the salesperson told me the manager was busy and he took my telephone number and told me the manager would call me back. I did take the salesperson suggestion and took my business to Lowe's!

They were fast and friendly when I purchased a refrigerator but slow getting it to the front when I came to pick it up but it was still a pleasant experience!

DO NOT BUY CARPET HERE! Bought carpet and when they called to schedule I informed them my house was empty for the next 2 weeks but they swore the next appointment was 6 weeks out. I begged them to squeeze me in as it was only 3 bedrooms and a set of stairs, but the scheduler didn't care. Now here they want to charge me to move my bed and elliptical. I will NEVER buy carpet again from Home Depot.

The associates at the customer service desk is not trained correctly they don't know what they're doing it is just is SA hassle to deal with

Don't buy online and expect to be able to return product if you're not satisfied- they refuse to take it back! Extremely poor return policy, should be out of business!

1st time shopper waited 30 minutes for assistance that never came.on my way out the the store 3 employee standing around talking.

Do not have enough employees to help out I have been here 30 minutes to get some boards cut and no one have not shown up, bad business I should have stick with Lowe's. It's not like they don't I am here, I have call from my phone have ask someone for help, everyone comes buy like hon he help another customer ask O am customer also, wth.

This is my favorite paint store always glad to see the paint lady I call her can't remember her name but hope you know who I'm talking about she's always willing to help you find the right kind of paint (the florence store

No help, I had to load all the lumber by myself. The store wasn't crouded, employees everywhere, but not one offered assistance.

Convenient for those who live in at Florence South Carolina not for those in Manning South Carolina. But you still get what you get.

I don't really know where to start. This was our third home improvement store today. Sumter Lowe's was too busy to help us. Lowe's in Florence wasn't too much better them we went to Home Depo. We were greeted the minute we walked in. We immediately found Allen who was the assistant manager. He was absolutely amazing. Very helpful. Probably some of the best customer service I've seen in a long time. I actually ended up buying the Cub Cadet mower and couldn't have been happier to spend my money with them. The two ladies at customer service were equally amazing. Thank you for a very pleasant shopping experience. I know where to go next time

Went to go get a fire stick they had them on sale for $29.99 and they didn't have them but other than that they tried to find them it said they had 54 in stock and could not find them so I don't know but I think it was a pretty all right I've only gone into home Depot a couple of times but it had a lot of things in it yeah I'd go back again
