I was extremely disappointed during my recent stay
Me and friends use to stay in the hotel every year when we come to myrtle beach
And I guess this is the last
I made the reservation a month before for cayman tower or Dominican
But the day of my check in they send me to damn Jamaican

The room was not bad, but people make to much noise all night
Shower valves doesn't work so we take cold shower
I have videos but I think I can't upload thm

I stay here all the time and was disappointed. The room was not clean enough. Exterminator is needed

Great spot on beach. Room starting to get run down. Hot in room with king bed. Fridge didint work too good. Door fell off closest for washer and dryer. Think ac in room was on its last leg or low on refrigerant. Staff in the hotel were not friendly and closed the door in the elevator as I was walking up with full hands. He definitely saw me but didn't care to be courteous enough to hold the door. Others in the hallways were not so pleasant either.

Dominican tower had very old and out dated furniture and the housekeeping didn’t do anything in regards to cleaning. They would drop the towels off on an unmade bed. I have received better service at cheaper hotels.

Ruined Our Vacation!

Me n my husband always stay here when we come to Myrtle Beach we never had a bad room since day one. But when came this time our room were to small n we always get two beds but this time it just seems smaller. The beds were very comfortable the shower had hair in it the bathroom door was peeling the ac unit was very nasty the curtains had bad stains the slivers ware was rusted and dirty etc I can go on but it will take me all night. To the manager r whom ever fix the problem get someone to check the rooms like it supposed to be check get on the maintenance n housekeepers to make sure they do their job. Thank u but no thank u.

The resort needs to pay a lot of attention to condo furniture upkeep and upholstery replacement/cleanup.

Villas could have been a little cleaner (floors) and when you needed something you definitely waited a very LONG time.

Nice hotel. We stayed a long weekend to attend a softball tournament. Pools are really nice and kids enjoyed them. Our condo was nice, but a few things were broken, and some cleanliness issue (nothing major). I would recommend Caribbean to you next time you're in MB.

Beautiful resort, nicely maintained property, friendly helpful staff, pools are very clean, beaches are clean, room was clean. Overall the resort is great. Outdoor air quality is fair. You can sometimes smell other guests cigar, cigarette and marijuana smoke outside balconies, in halls and occasionally elevators

I had oceanfront view. Very relaxing. I loved the live DJ entertainment and the bars by the pool.

The elevators were scary and I would not have made reservations had I known I would be on the 18th floor

A nice ocean front family resort. Great pools, jacuzzi, lazy river and a pool for kids to have fun. With a spacious beach. The only thing it needs is some restoration to the rooms and better housekeeping.

An needed getaway Libra vacay early October.it was nice, especially the breakfast. The view of the beach, priceless!

Great stay! Our first time there. We booked on short notice and were treated as if we have been coming to the resort for years.

Stayed here for a softball tournament last weekend. Rooms were moldy smell. Not clean at all. We went to wal mart and purchased new sheets for us and the kids. The curtains at the window was dirty and had holes in them. The toilet ran for 2 days straight non stop. Noisy crowd. A few vehicles got broken in to as well. Don't be fool by the great looking check in area. The rooms are nothing like it. Out of date place and. PLEASE REMODEL.

Love, love the Cayman Towers. We have stayed here for 5 years and love the experience. My only comment is access to carts on check out day. Inconsiderate guests who take carts to their rooms the night before and eat breakfast prior to checking out, therefore tying up the cart for hours while other guests are waiting to use the only 2 cats available. So very frustrating.

Mattresses need replacing! Updating and painting needed in room and bathroom.
Best thing was ocean view!

Great place and location. Only problem is maid service didn't visit the first time we were there. Staff at front was very friendly.

I love this hotel. This is my 2nd time staying at the Caribbean. It’s super nice for the price and it’s the last hotel going north so it has a less crowded beach and a more “neighborhood “ feel. The staff is accommodating and helpful. Our room was clean & nice. The parking is very cramped however.

Descent place, plenty of pools. Service was good. Easy access to nearby beach. Overall, everything was ok.but, should've been a bit better at this price piont.

Our family had a great vacation here! This was our 3rd time visiting the Caribbean in the Cayman towers. It's right on the beach and the oceanview is amazing! There are lots of pools and hot tubs. The food at the Sea Captains house next door is delicious. The tiki bar makes it convenient to grab a drink while your outside. The rooms are clean. They need to be updated though. The beds are comfy but all of the other furniture is very worn and should be replaced. Our room had some peeling paint and the dryer took about 4 hours to dry a load of laundry. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience!

One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed! (8-1-21 to 8-7-21) Went two days without hot water. One day with no elevator in the parking garage. The place smells of mildew. Pool area never was cleaned the entire week, and the stench of sewer crossing the street to the garage is terrible. Stay away!

Really nice condo! So much for kids to enjoy. I got a massage at the spa which was amazing. Highly recommend this condo.

Very good family resort! Kids and adults all having great time. 4 stars only because rooms could really use some better cleaning, and it is a bit short on staff so it takes a bit to get things done.

We have been staying here for years. We had not been here since covid hit. I was reluctant to book due to the negative reviews I recently read. I only stayed in line for 15 minutes to check in. We arrived around 2: 00 and our 4 bedroom suite was ready. The Hispanic lady at the front desk checking us in was friendly and patient. When we got to our room our unit was clean and well stocked with towels and wash clothes. The furniture in the living room and dining room needs to be updated the chair cushions are beginning to sink in. Also the pots and pans need to be replaced. When I travel, I bring my own cleaning products, pots and pans and dishes. We had a problem with our refrigerator and the maintenance man came right up and fixed it. Whenever I called the front desk, Mrs Ann answered and was very friendly and helpful. We did not have an issue with the parking garage. We parked in the handicap section which was great. We did not witness the smell of marijuana or any one smoking marijuana as stated in previous reviews. When we come here, we make it a point to stay in the Cayman towers. The suites are cleaner and more up to date. The pools and closeness to the beach is what brings us back each year.

Honestly I'm rating it a star, ut doesn't even deserve that. I've never felt so disgusted walking in to a place this smelly and felt so dirty. Not worth $300 rate per night. Terrible

Overbooked and under staffed. Facilities were disgusting. Trash everywhere. The main pool on the deck was closed because of broken glass thrown from one of the balconies. Guests were running, cussing, and screaming at each other all day, every day. Kitchen was missing most of the basics and we had to call to get a skillet before we realized we didn't have most of the rest of what should be there. You can't rinse off when you come back from the beach because the showers don't work. Not enough carts to check in. Not enough spaces to park and unload. The only thing I can say good about the stay is that the staff were always polite and helpful. Which is saying a lot considering they are obviously overwhelmed. We left a day early and will never come back. Total waste of my money.

We had a last minute trip with unfortunate circumstances, and only was supposed to be for one night. We ended up having to stay for 2 nights, but it turned into a one of the best trips we had ever taken. We had to book the 2nd night at the last minute but the staff was amazing. The first night we were in the Dominican Tower 8th floor and was blown away at how beautiful the room was. The last minute booking for the 2nd night was 21st floor of the Cayman Towers that put the icing on the cake with cherries on top of that. We decided that no matter what anyone else has said this is where our family will start staying for our yearly vacations, as well as a quick get away when needed. We went there unknowing, and stressed, but left happy, relaxed and eager to book another trip there! We loved it

I waited a hour in line just to check in. I noticed an employee who made a older couple take there luggage of a cart to give to another quest who would be willing to pay 20 bucks instead of going to find one.

This resort was niceee. I loves every minute from the nice and nice and easy check in
Too the 15 pools 2 hot tubs. 2lazy rivers and a kids slide.shrimp tacos was the bomb at the restuarant that's on site.
They Drinks with liquor in them are watered down. The Roma are nice.

The room decor was atrocious. Gold and grey drapes with green walls. The mattress was hard and lumpy. Ridiculous fees. Marketing Resort Booking fees 4times on the bill. Room needed painting. Bathroom and terrace also needed painting. Don't think I will pick the Caribbean next time.

Excellent time. Clean hotel, no bugs in the rooms and friendly staff. We stayed in a 2 BR OF condo and it was great. Only complaint was the smell in the parking garage elevator, but that cleared up after a few days. Definitely stay again.

It is giving catfish vibes. The resort looks really nice on the internet but it is very dusty and crusty in real life. There weren't any staff members around. Housekeeping barely did anything, just dropped off our towels in a bag. The lazy river pool was disgusting.

It is absolutely beautiful and has almost everyting you need on site. They have several pools, a bar and hot tub. The staff is wonderful and informative. Overalll a beautiful place!

Beautiful Hotel but our Ocean view suite was very outdated. There was a hole in the curtain, the room needed a good cleaning, the queen beds were full beds, the pull-out couch very uncomfortable. Housekeeping didn't come the last 3 days we were there. The check in was chaotic, couldn't hear what was being said to you.

Overall a great experience! Would go back again. Our room was a little disappointing for a King Suite (as it was an end unit & was smaller) but still a great time.

My stay at the Dominican tower was utterly disappointing and disgusting. The room reflected a cheap motel that reeks an awful odor. I am shocked that the resort expects their guests to stay in such conditions. Everything inside my room was dated and in poor condition. The sliding door was difficult to open. Overall, It was the worst lodging I have ever experienced! I avoided going back to the room as long as possible.
I would recommend that the resort do better to improve, but I will not recommend anyone to stay here, if you care about cleanliness.
I initially noticed many complaints, but I saw first-hand that this was not the ideal stay for me and my family.

Cleanliness should be a top priority during the pandemic.
