The best thing I had was the Cotton candy cosmo drink. It had the correct amount of liquor and not watered down. The Philly steak egg rolls tasted bland and were not good.
Restaurant was empty and host said it would be a 30 minute wait, he said kitchen was backed up with Uber eats orders. I would have thought a dine in restaurant would want customers.
I had an app trio sent by uber & I was supposed to recieve Bone-In garlic parm wings & instead I got burnt BONELESS wings. I paid over 20 just for the food plus delivery and I can't even eat the wings
Place was very slow, the waitress wasn’t that good, the food was over cooked, the chicken wings and my son chicken fingers was so overcooked we requested for more my wife chicken Alfredo pasta was bland with no taste, we will not be wasting our money here anymore, they need to visit the Greek place down the street beside Starbucks now that food and service was the best
Went here this evening with a party of 17 and our waitress was outstanding. Our waitress was hands down one of the best waitresses we have encountered. Her name was Tenika and she was an absolute gem! She was so nice and attentive and had all of us cracking up. The food was of course excellent, but she made it such a wonderful experience. So if you’re ever there I highly suggest seeing if you can seat in her section. She’s an absolute gem!
DO NOT go to this TGI Fridays on Kings Hwy, more like KING COCKROACHES! As we were eating, my mom saw something on the edge of the table. When we went to look underneath, we didn’t see it. A few minutes later, the bug had gotten to the top of the booth seat in the corner. DISGUSTING! One of workers came through & scooped him up by hand once we got up. A guy, we assumed to be the manager, in a button down shirt, came over & asked us how we were doing. Not initially addressing the fact that a roach was just at our table. He proceeded to ask us if it was actually a roach or a palmetto bug. PALMETTO BUGS ARE COCKROACHES! He didn’t ask us how he could accommodate us, didn’t even say sorry, just insisted that he would call his bug guy in the morning. He made it seem like because we weren’t from SC, we basically weren’t used to such a thing. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Regardless of where I am from, bugs in a restaurant, at the table, is nasty! I will never come here again.
This was our first time trying TGI Fridays and it’ll be the last. Ordered our food at 7: 00 PM (I sent a text right after I ordered so that’s how I know the time) and we didn’t get our food until after 7: 55. If the place is busy and packed I understand the wait time, but there were only 8 tables where people were at in the place, yes I counted. We were the largest party, 4. Everyone else was a couple of people. And 2 of our party of 4 were toddlers who shared a chicken tender plate. We finally got our food, and it was cool. Not warm, but cool. With 2 starving toddlers, who were crying because they had to wait for their chicken tenders and fries, I wasn’t even about to send it back. The waitress brought out the wrong dip, it happens no biggie, but when I asked her for the right dip, she disappeared for 10 minutes. I could see her in the kitchen strolling back and forth talking, finally she sent someone else back out while she stayed where she was talking. Keep in mind this whole time she hasn’t apologized for the wait, refilled drinks or gave any kind of explanation as to why we had to wait so long when the place was empty. The food was bad, the service was bad, the entire experience was bad. The only good part of that night was Nick, the door greeter. He was very kind and outgoing. Everything else was absolutely awful.
Took my brother out for the night. Stopped in for a meal before going to concert. Waitress did an awesome job. The food was out in a timely manner. Great atmosphere.
Fried Wing Platter hard fried, Went for Wedding Anniversary AND Service was slow, got hot Tea 1/2 cup "No More Tea bags in Restaurant! $23 platter of wings did"Not" look like what we ordered. House salad was Sad Looking, "NOPE" we left meal untouched! Nothing like TGI FRIDAYS in Florence, or Mount Pleasant
This was my first visit to this location but Tenisha took very good care of us. Her customer service was very well appreciated. Our appetizer was not acceptable because we paid well over $12 and it was only a quarter of the bowl. The entree was delicious and we got dessert (the brownie with ice cream) but it was too sweet, so we will not be getting that again.
The service could’ve been better. The appetizer came in like 5-10mins then the entree’s took another 20 mins to come. The server took me and my partner order but did not gave us any utensils or napkins. Then we had a different server that gave us our food in which the first server ask us how was the food but did not refill our drinks. The food was okay. The sizzling iron steak was small and cut into bits, the vision I had was not what I expected. My partner ribs were burnt and dry however the sauce and sides were good. Could’ve been better service and the vibes were boring
I have been going to Friday's since the 70's. This has been the most bizarre dining experience ever. Place was a ghost town. Service was inconsistent. Food was ok if that. What happened to the TGI Friday's of the old days.
We went to Chilis and we were thinking nah we went a real meal for our anniversary! So we pulled into TGI Fridays! Best decision we ever made! We got a full rack of ribs meal to share and my goodness they were so delicious neither of us said a word til our full plate was clean! Best ribs I ever ate in my life
