Texas Roadhouse

Great steak, ribs and appetizers. The service from the kitchen has really gone down. The last 3 times we have eaten there, our meals have come out separately, under cooked and cold.

Order for two people filled loaded Mash potatoes not loaded no butter no nothing.puney house salad. Mushroom onion chicken I requested add brown gravy and cheese, wasn't on it, I had loaded mashed potatoes nothing on it.hmph I ordered Cesar's salad I did not get. Then to beat it all no butter for the rolls. Im sorely disappointed.we be my last time going.

They made me wait 30 minutes and then they told me that they misunderstood the number of people who were going to eat and that when we changed we had to wait 1 more hour, the person at the reception was very arrogant, bad birthday for my husband

My daughter really wanted to go to Texas Roadhouse for her birthday. We called to make reservations or get on their waiting list. We called twice. On hold for 30 minutes each time. Obviously they are too big to fail so how can we trust that the food is going to be cooked properly. And this place is nothing like Texas cuisine.

Let me start out with, I love Texas Roadhouse. Their food is always amazing. However, we called earlier this week and was told that 20 of us could come today and we would be seated in the same section. When we arrived not only were we told we couldn't be seated together, when we offered to sit apart, we were denied service all together. I am beyond disappointed.

I called to make sure they could handle our group. They said they could not seat us at the same table. But they could seat us in the same section. That was fine. When we showed up with 21 people. They said there was absolutely no way they could accommodate us. Thank you Logan's!

Waited for almost 2 hours, only to find out hostess took our phone number wrong.even after correcting the mistake, they didn't do anything to accommodate us.we sat at the bar and placed our order to go.luckily the 2 bartenders were amazing!

Great food always. The service is hit or miss but they are always very very busy. They do their best.

2020 Excellent ribeye steak. Good service. Wait was 45 min. UPDATE 12/16/23. The inside waiting area has been remodeled with about the same amount of space. The front hostess space has moved to the left but it's still chaotic. We got on the waitlist but still had to wait 20 minutes. The server tonight was excellent. The bar was slow getting drinks out. 3 tvs weren't on around the bar so we couldn't watch basketball game. The beef tips and hamburger were good.

Tonight was my first time eating there ever. The waitress had a terrible attitude. We needed things and we can never find her. We end up having to ask all the waitresses to get us things. When our food finally came. My little girl steak what is medium rare acid of medium well. I got the manager and we left. We want somewhere else to eat. I'll never go back.

Forgotten. We added our names to the waitlist 6: 11pm, estimated wait time 25-35 minutes. The guy at the door ask if the party was there, we were 6: 15pm.at 6: 32 i asked how much longer it would be. My name was no longer on the list (good thing i checked) 6: 35 get a texted that we are checked in (for real this time). 6: 41 get a text our table is ready. Please gather our party and "quickly" get to the hostess stand.we now wait inside the hostess area dodging servers and buttered rolls. 7: 05 we sit.order quickly and wait. Party of 6, half the food comes out in normal time, the last two come out at 7: 40, when we are told that the kids meal we ordered (mac n cheese) was out of stock.would we like to order somthing else? As we were paying the check at 7: 48 the mac n cheese shows up, cant make that up. They say they took it off the check, the did not. Easier to pay and get out of there then wait for a manager to show up. HORRIBLE PLACE TO TAKE A FAMILY OF 6.

I genuinely hate to be one of those people but i brought my mom here for her birthday and we got a table pretty fast, but it took an hour to get our food.when it finally came, my chicken was still pretty much raw and management didn’t even offer a discount or anything, all she said was “yeah that happens sometimes”

I love this place. The food is reasonably priced and is always great. Service is always great. If it's not cooked to your perfection, they will make it more than right. Managers even come and check on you. You can't go wrong with the restaurant.

Worst sirloin steak I ever had, service is not good and I'm feeling disappointed after that. Update waiting time and sevice really bad I can't believe this place still on business. They forgot to turn on the hood in the kitchen, hard to breathe with a lot of smoke around, oxigen level can turn bad quickly not good for people with breathing problems. Check and fix your percentage.

Once we arrived; they told us they don’t do a party bigger than 8; understandable.we asked if we could be seated close to each other & rudely they said “no we can’t do tht”. Once we sat down we order but when we got our food; we ordered the 8oz sirloin & grill shrimp.our steak was lukewarm & our shrimp was cold.service was bad the waiter rolled her eyes once we told her abt the food being cold.never again coming here.

I called ahead hour in advance got there 30 minutes before my text came in went in immediately waited 15 minutes and watched 8 parties of 2 go before me that came in after me before I asked if everything was ok with our seats the lady said she would check goes over and laughs with her Coworkers then calls 3 more parties of 2 before I had enough and walked out I will never try to eat there again that ruin my experience for a lifetime for them to just laugh at the fact that they are letting people go before us is carzy

3 steaks were overcooked and one was burnt and had to be sent back. The steaks where supposed to be medium but came out well done and one had burnt crust completely covering one side of the steak. They still had a good flavor and they cooked us a new steak to replace the burt one, I was expecting better cooked steaks from a steakhouse.

Food was pretty good for the most part starting off with buttered rolls. Service was no problems with orders correct and stake cook preference was all on the money. I had the rib eye steak and mashed potatoes. The steak was good, but I wouldn't say it was really excellent.as was the rest of the meal. For the price of a steak dinner, it's an okay option, but maybe not the top option. They get really busy and there was a short 5 min wait for 4 people, but they do a decent job of handling a huge dinner rush. Docked a star on atmosphere mainly because parking is a serious headache for dinner. They just to not have enough parking available to handle the dinner rush at this location.

ZERO STAR.was never notified my order was ready after a hour wait I went inside to ask how much longer it would be and was told my order was given to someone else. 45 mins later after asking several times about my refund the rude manager stated refunds take 3-5 business days, then stated her staff did nothing wrong.they charged me for food they gave someone else and can't return my money for 3-5 business days.worst experience ever! Tiffany was more than amazing. She was kind, patient, informative and really went out of her way to give us a great experience. She truly is a gem, if you’re going out to eat here ask for her.
