Texas Roadhouse

Placed online order for 12 oz ribeye/ribs combo with mashed potatoes with butter & sour cream and buttered corn. Steak and sides were cooked to perfection. I requested extra barbecue sauce on my ribs at no additional cost. My ribs were very tender, but tasted as though they had ZERO barbecue sauce on them, let alone extra. DISAPPOINTING.
And one of the 2 yeast rolls you automatically get with a to-go order was so tiny, it really shouldn't have qualified as 1 of 2. More like 1/2 of 1! SKIMPY! All of the accompaniments were included. Butter/sour cream for potatoes & that FANTASTIC honey butter for my rolls. I positively LOVE Texas Roadhouse and have visited multiple locations in both SC & NC. This was my 1st time using this location as I stopped there while traveling from Charlotte to Greenville. Giving 3-stars overall due to the ribs being a major component in the meal. Maybe this was one off moment for the chef, but I am BIG on both quality/taste of food and service. No doubt this could've been rectified had I dined in, but unfortunately I was too tired and alone, so I just wanted to get to my destination. I typically check to be sure my to-go orders are correct before leaving the restaurant, but I just assumed it was fine which was the critical error on my part. I'm sure I will go again at some point because hands-down.they traditionally have AMAZING food!

It’s easy to knock the big chains, but that would be a big mistake here. We went on a Friday night and the line was out the door. But when we did get to our table, it was great. The cooks, the serving team, everyone brought their ‘A’ game. In a capacity+ crowd, there was never a missed step, never saw the bottom of my glass, food came out promptly.hot and delicious, our server always had a smile for us… Someone has built a great team here. Loved it!

I placed an order yesterday. Two full racks of ribs to go and the ribs came without bbq sauce, how that happened? Very poor customer service care, no body cares anymore, the bread was nasty, very hard and there was no butter for the bread either. This is not the first time at this store. I won’t be returning.

Food was excellent my steak cooked just how i like it and the lady that was working at the bar where i sat to eat kept check on my drink and if i needed anything very frequently she was nice and courteous

Not a fan, have ordered to go quite a few times and have not been impressed. Spent quite a bit of money here and I get shorted every time. Kids meal wouldn't feed an infant and the burgers are so messy it's almost impossible to eat. The onions are not cooked and the tomatoes are way too mushy. My children were still as hungry as they were before hand. Sad

I had pork chops. My husband had ribs and steak.it was very good service was also good.we haven't ate at a Texas road house in 20 years.we will be back.

Always fresh and delicious. One of our favorite restaurants and a great experience with the call ahead seating feature!

The food, server, and place were incredible! We went to celebrate my children's good grades in school. The server was very attentive to my little ones and made them feel special. The food was delish, hot and made exactly how we wanted it. We will be going again soon. The place was crowded but that is to be expected since they are the best steak place around in my opinion. We really enjoyed our meal and time there.

MY WIFE AND I USED THE ONLINE SERVICE FOR THE FIRST TIME, AT NO FAULT TO THE RESTARUANT THEY LOST POWER 10 MIN AFTER OUR PICK UP TIME, FOOD WAS GOOD, BUT NOT THEIR BEST, DIDN'T RECEIVE RICE OR BAKED PATATO, THEY SAID THEY WILL REFUND OUR ACCOUNT WITHIN 24 TO 48 HRS. WE WILL SEE.

I always enjoy going to Texas Roadhouse. Is on the other side of town from me so I don't get to go as often as I would like but the food is delicious and always hot and the staff is always polite and courteous.

Very crowded, but it was Friday night. Appetizers arrived at the same time as main ourselves order. Drinks were flat too. Not what I was expecting for a mid price steak house.

We got there late due to a show, and we sat right down. No wait. Usually, when restaurants are an hour from close, the food it awful. But not Texas Roadhouse. The food was fresh & delicious! Our sever was kind and attentive, everyone was so friendly. The chicken with portobello mushrooms was tender, food came out fast. We even got a large order to take home & full rack of ribs. We were pleasantly surprised at how good they were, even to go! Will definitely be back. Top notch!

By far the most disappointing eating experience we have ever had at any Texas Road House.
Could not chew the steak. It was tougher than beef jerky.
Hamburger steak was flavorless and the Portion was equal to a 4oz hamburger patty
Fried pickles were just ok.
Service was just okay as well
So sad as I have been a strong supporter of this restaurant chain for many years!
Hope they take this review and use it to make the necessary changes to sustain they business in the future.

I'm not usually one to write negative reviews but the service and food were both lacking. Hopefully it was just a bad night.

It was an hour wait for a table but we got a seat at the bar in 5 minutes and had the best steak meal ever! Good job TRH!

Great service we sat at the bar and had the best service and we don't drink and had a pleasant time and our sweet tea never went dry never got under a half a glass

I would recommend takeout yo anyone. Excellent steak and baked potato, they gave 4 yeast rolls and the salad was delicious.

We ate here for dinner with some friends who come quite often. We ordered the "blooming onion" as an appetizer but I did not care for the seasoning in the breading and would not order it again. They both had the small Filet Mignon as did I. My husband had the smaller Ribeye. My steak was ok but not worth the price paid. My husband's steak was quite thin and also just ok. We liked the guy who waited on us and the atmosphere was fine. But overall it wasn't as good as expected and the price was more than we care to spend on an ok meal. Probably won't come back.

I am a steak lover and this is my favorite restaurant. I am able to go to any steakhouse regardless of cost and this is my go to place.

Got the road kill with the baked potato. Terrific. Blooming onion great as always. Coors light was very fresh. Our waitress was very polite considering my hearing impairment. Good girl.

Food is awesome and even on a Sunday rush we were seated with in 10min. Emily was our awesome server! She made sure our food was hot️
