Sunoco Gas Station

Today 9/25/23 I pulled into the energy mart because of car troubles. I parked near the road up by their sign as to be away from other customers because I knew I was going to need a tow. I had a coolant leak, you could smell antifreeze and my car was visably overheating. I called my mechanic. He was in Anderson and was on his way back his estimated arrival was roughly an hour and a half. I went in to let the owner know the situation and to tell her my tow truck was on the way. She said I had 1 hour or she would have it towed. I was speechless. We are customers here. We come in weekly for gas or soda. And she wouldn't even give my guy time to get there before she had me towed. She's lost a customer and I'll tell everyone I know how I was treated today. My mechanic had to call in a separate company to meet this ridiculous time line. Never again. This is poor service and just downright nasty behavior.

Don’t use the tap to pay option on their pumps. I was charged $104 dollars due to a temporary hold when only $15 was spent. I understand there can be a temporary charge while paying at the pump instead of paying at the register but this has put me in a bind. Be cautious using their Spinx Co.pumps.
