I went to Abagail and she did an amazing job! She asked me in the beginning of the appointment what I wanted and she nailed it. You can tell she cares about her clients and wants to give them a result they will love!

While Megan was really sweet to talk to, hair coloring is not her thing! I'm not sure if it was that she didn't understand what I was asking her to do (despite the photos I showed her), or if it was that she didn't know how to do different types of hair (I'm Indian-my hair does not act or get colored the same way others' does). Either way, I paid an exorbitant amount for something that was absolutely not worth it. I asked for a low maintenance, natural-looking mocha/dark chocolate balayage and toning, and she basically did brown highlights. Ironically, I had asked the woman I booked with and Megan if she had experience with different types of hair, and both answered with an enthusiastic "yes". When I got home, I saw the full color, and could still smell the chemicals, so I washed it again, but the smell is still there, and (obviously) the color is permanent. I'm considering trying to find someone else who can fix it. Megan was truly so nice to talk to and very sweet, but if I could undo the coloring experience and results, I would in a heartbeat.

Robin is AMAZING! I had a hair disaster when I moved to SC last year and I searched for someone to fix it. My neighbor recommended Stella Nova and I have been going now for a year! She truly worked a miracle with my color treated curly hair and I HIGHLY recommend her! Great salon and perfect stylist!

Been going here for over 10 years and several stylists who moved/left. All were awesome. Prices have become outrageous and appointments 2 1/2- 3+ months out. My very LAST time, I had an appnt 3 months out and about 1 month out they called to change it. I understand vacations and personal issues come up and so pushed out another month. Called me back a week later and wanted to change it again! Like the clients have no life or special events also? Don’t care for their business model and where does any loyalty go for 10 year patrons? As bas as flying on Spirit. Good bye!

It took us a while to find somewhere for cuts, and we had to wait a couple of months for our first appointment, but when we finally got in, Alex was fantastic! She did an amazing job with my hair and my daughters, and we always loved chatting with her. If she has an opening when we are visiting, we will definitely come back!

Megan destroyed my girlfriend’s hair a few months ago and it’s still not back to normal. She had to cut it all off. Buyer beware.

I always see Lainey for my hair it's and always receive an excellent cut and blow out. Lainey is extremely kind and caring and feels like a good friend. The other members in the salon are very friendly and very nice and accommodating to me. Hunter is great and will go out of his way to speak to me and see how I've been. It's always fun to go in fact another customer was so impressed with Lainey's last hair cut for me she wrote Lainey's name down and requested a picture. Quite the compliment to Lainey. 5+ stars

I worked with Abagail and had an amazing experience! She gave insight on what I wanted and how I could fix some of my problems with my hair and gave me beautiful highlights that I love! I can’t wait to come back to her for another cut and color!

I recently moved to the area and was skeptical about finding a new hair stylist. After a coworkers suggestion, I decided to book an appointment with Abagail. I could not be happier! She is very professional and helped my vision come to life. Absolutely loved getting my hair done by her and could not be happier with the results! Can't wait for my next visit!

Becca has been cutting my hair for almost 13 years now and I'm sorry that I'm just now leaving a review. She is the BEST! There was a time when she moved away for 3 years and I tried many different stylists during that period, but none could cut my hair as well as she does. She has the knowledge and skill to cut my very fine, but deceivingly thick hair in such a way that it gets weight off w/o thinning it out too much. She cuts and colors many of my friends' hair and its evident that she can recognize and apply the various techniques that work best on each individual's hair type. Thank you so much for moving back, Becca!

My stylist (Paris I think!) did SUCH a great job with my haircut today! It feels so much lighter and straighter and I seriously can't thank her enough. At the time I was super nervous because I hadn't done anything with my hair since before the start of the pandemic and it had gotten SO crazy long, but I wish I could've told her how great it was finally having it cut and not been quite so nervous. If I need anything else done in the future, I'm definitely coming back here. Thank you, Paris!:) 5 stars

I can’t say enough great things about Adrianna. I used to be so scared of hairstylists. I have had bad reactions to dye, my hair chopped off, you name it. Adrianna reinstated my trust in hairstylists.
When my hair is fried she brings it back to life. When I need highlights she takes extra time and makes them look perfect and natural. She cares. That simple. The salon is great, their prices are reasonable. They don’t punish you for having thick hair and charge you double. The staff are all friendly and welcoming and I just love every minute I spend there. I have moved to Baltimore and I still come back to Charleston every 8 weeks just to get my hair done by Adriana. I refuse to have anyone else touch my hair.

I don’t think I ever had an hair appointment in which I walked out with worse hair than I came in.

Not having immediate access to all my beauty needs/wants during this covid pandemic has been my own personal realm of hell (yes, I’m making light of a dumpster fire situation, so shoot me). I have been desperate for certain hair products but everywhere said it would take days/weeks to deliver.

Luckily, I found that Stella Nova not only carried the products, BUT offered them at 25% off, AND provided curbside pickup/free delivery if in the CHS area.so I put the order through expecting a pickup time/location response or shipping notification. Legit received a text (within two hours!) saying that my products were delivered. They hand-freaking-delivered the products to my doorstep!

This is truly the purest form of dedication to client care/support. I simply cannot thank y’all enough for indulging these ‘rituals of normalcy’.

Worst hair cut. Stylist didn't even have a station. He worked out of a duffle bag on a stainless table. Should have left before he started.

Was told highlights would be 140
Haircut 60 to 70. Made appt for both. She highlighted roots, put toner and just dried my hair (leaving it damp) while telling she was going to be 15 behind for her next appt. Charge? 180 no cut. My hair hadn't been cut in 5 months. So now I gotta go somewhere else. For a cut.
