My daily stop on my way to work - the staff is always SO friendly & helpful. Their energy & overall vibe always gets in me in a good mood. They also have the quickest drive thru lane I’ve ever experienced at a Starbucks. Ever. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Went through drive thru with mobile order on Christmas Day. The girl who helped us was very friendly and cheery for someone having to work on Christmas

Waited over 20 minutes for a pickup order. 2 customers inside, 6 people working, 4 people in drive thru line. Baristas were overheard saying that they were going to make us wait because of where we were parked. 3/4 drinks were made incorrectly.

The dude working the drive thru was so rude. Gave me wrong items and didn’t even look at me when he gave me my order. I will not be returning to any Starbucks in the future. Nasty coffee and they “starsuck”

The gal working the drive through window this afternoon was awesome! She was super sweet, upbeat, and kind. Fast service and nicely made drink.

My friends and i took a long roadtrip from philadelphia, pa, to charleston, sc.when we went to leave for our trip, my friends wanted to stop at a starbucks before we got on the road.we stopped at this starbucks and went inside the store (very clean btw). I sat at a table and waited for my friends to order.i had my emotional support yeti water bottle with me that means the world to me.with the stress of the long drive ahead of us, i accidentally left my yeti at the starbucks.i didnt realize it until about an hour into our drive back home.i cried when i realized.when i got home that night, i cried to my mom about how i lost my yeti and it was gone forever.she told me to call the store in the morning to see if this starbucks had it.luckily, i spoke to richard, the manager, and he was the kindest person ever.he understood my situation and i offered to send him how ever much money to ship it back to philly to me.i appreciate richard’s kindness in helping me out, and also the employees of the store’s honesty for not taking it for themselves (bc if this happened where im from it most likely would’ve been taken) everyone we came into contact with was so incredibly nice.this was honestly the best starbucks ive ever been too because of how clean and nice and good the drinks were.thank you richard for getting my yeti back to me!

A lot of people waiting for their coffee, others checking if their order is ready and a long line of cars outside obstructing the traffic.

Arnav gave me the best customer service hands down, and I say this as a fellow Starbucks partner out of state. What a great guy!

I do not know who does the ordering of supplies but this is for you. The store was out of Pumpkin Spice Latte on four occasions! It was different days, different times, all in the middle of the holiday season. No excuse! NONE OF THE OTHER STORES HAD THAT PROBLEM

This place is disgusting. We just came in for a holiday menu while I’m in town. We deserve better for $7 each for a latte.

Whoever was making carry out drinks at 8: 50 on 10/25 is SO GOOD AT THEIR JOB. Everyone at this location are the nicest and make my coffee perfectly.

First time going to this particular restaurant and they were all soo nice. They asked about my morning and held a conversation. The drink they made was outstanding. 100% would recommend.

Come here almost everyday before work and it’s amazing and my order is perfect. Even when the line is wrapped around, they maintain and give great execution. Customer service can be difficult! They make it look easy!

This Starbucks has the best team. I visit several times a week. They are almost always slammed, but they still manage to give each customer kind, individual, and professional attention. Great team work and organization.

Been here almost everyday since I started working at my job. (Early October 2021) and everytime they make my day brighter. Staff is friendly, and drinks are made to a T.

Very happy to see that this location was open when they say they’re open. Very pleasant staff too!

Their lemon cake is simply ‘da bomb, but I have a complaint for ALL Starbucks locations. Why in the world do I have to ask for a fork every time I order a piece of cake? Is there another alternate world that’s not a 3rd world country where we eat cake with our hands in a restaurant?

PLEASE, corporate decision makers, institute a new policy of serving a fork with food items that require one. Pretty simple!

IF I WANTED A CUP 3/4 OF THE WAY FILLED WITH ICE AND HARDLY ANY COFFEE, I WOULD'VE ASK FOR THAT. I MADE MY ORDER CLEAR WHAT I WANTED LIGHT ICE AND WAS EVEN PRINTED ON MY RECEIPT AND THE FACT THAGT YOU PROCEEDED TO IGNORE IT AND GET AN ATTITUTDE WITH ME WHEN I SAID THATS NOT WHAT I ORDERED! I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN! THE LOCAL COFFEE SHOP IS 100% TIMES BETTER AND AT LEAST I KNOW I'LL GET WHAT I ORDERED WITHOUT THE ATTITUDE. I stop there on my way to work and it's a reminder why I go out of my way to a smaller and local coffee shop!

Looooong line in drive thru but it moved quickly. Polite service. Covid rules taken seriously. Always a thank you from the server. Often recheck order which is nice.

Really shouldn't have to ask for a straw for our iced drink and napkins for our order as we ordered breakfast. Young male drive thru attendant acted like we were bothering him. Um don't think asking for basic necessities was that difficult? !

The best staff I have experienced at a Starbucks. Drinks are top notch and are always high quality. The inside is quaint and beautifully decorated. Would highly recommend.

The service was out standing they mess up on drink and they fix. Keep up the good work and service
