If I could give less stars than 1 I would. I called ahead and asked how long the wait was before getting my haircut and they told me “20 mins” so I show up to the shop 13 mins later, long story short I end up waiting an HOUR being passed by everyone who was just entering. You’d think someone would’ve noticed how I’ve been sitting in the lobby for an hour especially when they weren’t busy but nope, I end up asking what’s taking so long and told them how I’ve been waiting for an hour and they basically deny me because I didn’t “check in”… like what’s the point of even calling or having your number posted if it doesn’t do anything at least let me know so I don’t have to waste my time.

First time with this company. Priced competitively for what you get at 26$ and 10$ for shave. Wasn't to happy with the employees chatting up about personal stuff and pay. It was short staffed when I was there, only 3 people and one went to lunch. My wait wasn't long since I checked in online. Just a unique place to get your hair cut and papered a little. I would recommend they use a one minute timer on the massage.

Went on lunch break only to sit there and listen to the girl talk about her life story and not even cut the guys hair in the chair and someone walked in way after me and the other woman sat him instead.go somewhere else

Hot and miss. Some time the cuts are good. Other times they look like they are done by Children

Check in was canceled as I parked to go inside. I signed in online like I typically do at other locations. I was driving from Charlotte to Greenville and needed to get a cut on the way. When I signed in, the app told me I was approximately 50 minutes wait and it was going to take me about an hour to get there. I got a notification that I was next up when I was about 10 minutes away. As I pulled into the parking lot, I get a notification that my check has been canceled. Not just letting the next person go in front of me, but simply canceled my check in. I’ve had it add time and a significant amount of time onto my wait before after checking in but this is the first time it’s just canceled on me. I quickly check in again and was now 4th in line with at least 30 minutes to wait now. The check works great and allows me to time things out with the all the driving that I do, but if it’s just going to cancel it on me, then it’s a huge waste of my time. The response from the staff was just to wait and maybe they could finish the other guys faster than 30 min.

This is my 3rd time here. I always choose Savannah for my haircut. She does an awesome job!

Walked in set for about 45 min a guy signed in on line 20 min after I got there so I was there 25 min before he signed in but they took him first then tried to explain the bull**** like I was wrong found out he is a regular

They don't take appointments. The only way to get something if it is too sing in online then show up and sign in m this is great because it mostly opens up a large wire l window to be served quickly. There all really good people and love it there.

Sierra was amazing with my son's first haircut. She even saved a little in an envelope for me ️

Great experience. Whitney was very professional. She made sure she knew exactly how I wanted my hair cut and did a great job. I do not live in the area, but would definitely return to this location for a haircut if in the area again.

Evey time I come here the staff is super friendly. I went in with about shoulder length hair and they did an excellent job cutting it down to a more professional look.

I had a really good experience. On top of the excellent cut I received, this was also the first time I've actually had a real conversation with my barber, without it being awkward. She was very nice and as I've said gave me a real good haircut. I think I've found a permanent spot in Sports Clips and I'd recommend anyone to give them a try!

Best and I mean the best, greatest and greater hair salon ever. They make fresh cuts, they make jokes and there awesome. Especially Savannah. She’s my favorite one there

I took my 8 year old son in for the first visit. Helen was the person who cared for him. She was amazing, patient, kind, inclusive.he’s now asked to just come back in for the wash & massage for his birthday.along with a $100 LEGO set

I had an excellent experience at Sports Clips. It was my first time so I got the MVP for free and it was quite the experience. The hot towel, deep wash, face massage, head massage and my upper back. Plus the cut was spot on. By far the best cut ever. She took her time and didn’t rush. You could tell that she was passionate about her job. I will be back.

Cheyenne is AMAZING, for ladies' cuts as well as for the fellas! She helped me redirect my hat-ruined hair, and turn it in to something I don't want or need to slap into a messy ponytail and a hat. THANK YOU!

My husband had a different stylist, I didnt catch her name, but he left with a GORGEOUS -do, and as an added bonus, had a fun hockey conversation with her (not always easy to come by in the South, but luckily she's Canadian, lol). She was attentive and very skilled at her craft. Kudos to her, too.

Also, I can't say enough about the products that we left with, after the stylists' VERY informed recommendation. We have a new hair-do spot, and will be back.

Lost a customer will never go back. Pick a stylist when come to my time to get my hair cut she said I have to take break waited 20 min to get told that

Wonderful experience! Cheyenne was attentive, she explained the entire process and treated me like a queen. MVP service is SO worth it! The hot towel and massage was wonderful and I left 15 pounds lighter with a smile on my face. Checkin beforehand is wonderful, there was no wait which is perfect for going in on my lunch break without stressing over making it back in time. Will DEFINITELY be back!

A lady named Kelly cut my hair. I got a short pixie cut and she done awesome! I was nervous about getting my hair cut that short but when I seen the results I loved it! She done an excellent job and I recommend any woman wanting a pixie cut to please try her. Excellent personality too. Thanxs for the experience. Will definitely be going back to her again.

Kansas is definitely the best stylist I have ever had cut my hair. I followed her from her last location because she is just that good, and could easily be at a big spa in a big city making big bucks! One of her greatest attributes is she listens to what you want and repeats it back, confirming that is what you want. If she isn't sure it may be the best cut, she challenges you in a way that is not embarassing but helps you think thru the outcome! And, she had not seen me for awhile but remembered that I had MS and checked 2-3 times about water temperature and about the towel temperature bothering me. She is the only one I trust to cut my hair anymore. She has cleaned it up after many failed haircut attempts! She is the best!

I sit and wait 45 minutes for a haircut. 7 people walk in after me the same seven people leave before me while I'm still sitting there waiting to be called. Every time I ask I get told you're next, you're next, you're next. I'll never go back to this location again.

My stylist was Kaylen. She is a great stylist with a wonderful personality. It was my first time to a Sports Clips and she walked me through everything. She upsold products and services. Just a great service all around.

Today was my first visit to Sport Clips. One of the stylists, Becky is a friend so I paid her a visit. I really enjoyed my visit and will be going back again. I recommend asking about their MVP package. You should try it, I did.

Kaylen is an amazing hairstylist! I absolutely love coming in to see her bright smiling face! She has so much heart for her clients and I always love going in to get my haircut! I’ve followed her from her last salon and really enjoyed getting the MVP! I felt so relaxed! She even educated me on the back massager being for sale so I can pamper myself at home! I love that and will be glad to come back and get one for myself! I can’t say enough good about her!
