I walked in the store to get a smoothie from one of their employees. I watched the girl not clean the smoothie machine and I asked her so you not going to clean the smoothie machine and she says “We clean the smoothie machine every time after using it. The smoothie machine was clearly dirty. And the smoothie had a funny smell. Absolutely disgusting!

Stopped in for some gas. The restroom was almost impossible to use. Place seemed old even though it's brand new. It is easy to get in and out.

The store is a mess most of the time. They don't maintain the store or pumps. The diesel pumps are extremely slow. It use to be a good place. I can't say the same anymore

THE CUSTOMER THAT HAS A NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE IS MORE LIKELY TO LEAVE A REVIEW FYI! NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH THIS PLACE THEN GOT ACCUSED OF NOT BEING A LAW ABIDER SINCE I QUESTIONED A RIDICULOUS POLICY THAT I’VE NEVER HEARD OF FROM ANY OTHER LOCAL PLACE. BUT I GUESS THIS SPINX IS SPECIAL.

The spinx on Dorchester road near Limehouse subdivision is absolutely horrible first off the employees are rude and very disrespectful. The kitchen staff are completely incompetent and the cleanliness of the rest rooms are absolutely disgusting. Definitely won’t be back to this store at all.

So, I came in on December 30th to get $120 in gas, chips and 2 candy bars. Total was $128 and some change. I go to pump the gas, it says "please pay inside". I go in for assistance and the girl working says "I don't know what's going on. It shows purple". The other girl, YaYa, said she watched me pay. So they call Shay, the manager. Obviously, didn't know what she was doing. She said they'd have to refund me and I'd have to swipe my card again. So, against my better judgement, I did that. Then, because the points system on the app only allows 20 gallons for the rewards, I over paid. When I went in to just have the overage put back on the pump, YaYa said "we can't do that. You have to get a refund and pay again". So, I did that. Now, I've checked my account, I've been charged over $325 for what SHOULD have only been $120 in gas. There are zero refunds pending from this place. And, of course, the phone number they have online isn't the correct number. Will be placing a call to the BBB and I guess dispute the charges to my bank. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

I go here all the time. And it seems like all they do is PLAY IN THE KITCHEN. Everytime i order something it’s ALWAYS wrong it never fails. You guys need to get people in the kitchen that know how to read!

This Spinx isn't making anyone's life easier. Long lines, disorganized, sad faces and this a.m. Can't even serve breakfast out of their state of the art kitchen.

The chicken is great but the staff here need Customer Service training so they can work on their people skills.

Sadly we wont be buying our chicken livers or anything else here anymore. Had a craving for chicken livers. Ordered a large box of livers, with a large potato wedges and lg mac and cheese. Informed they were out of mac and cheese so we agreed to a substitute of onion rings.

Food smelled amazing. Came home sat down to eat. We were given a box of gizzards instead. They were cold. Probably sat there all day. The onion rings were rock hard and the potato wedges were sad looking. We packed everything up returned to spinx. The woman behind the counter did not act surprised to see us. We told her our order was wrong. She saw both boxes (our two sides were stuffed in the same box) she tossed the entire order. Fixed us a fresh batch of livers. Did NOT replace our sides.handed us our livers took our receipt then walked away without a word.

We left furious. The livers were over salted. We were cheated out of our paid for sides. Money and time wasted. Spinx you have lost 3 customers!

I will never order food from this place again. Two times in a row I placed an order and the lady didnt even start preparing it she was walking around chatting waited about 30minutes each time forba plan simple order befire havingbto ask for a refund both times. Worst chef cook and customer service ever here, almost suspicious the fact that this happened twice. Both were fried items.

It is apparent that the employees that this facility hires have no cooking skills whatsoever. I have tried them multiple times to give benefit of the doubt and each time receive food that was microwaved instead of cooked. It should be common knowledge that you do not microwave the lettuce on a wrap or Burger.if I could give this facility something lower than 1star I would, I highly recommend no one eats here.

Was there today to join car wash club and when it came to vacuum they really suck I complained to a short heavy guy and he said that's why there free went to spinx today and the vacs are running fine thanks spinks

Can anyone tell me if the car wash here is wide enough to accommodate a Ford F150 Raptor?

The Raptor is much wider than other standard pick up trucks. The spinx car wash here appears to be much wider than other car washes so I wasn't sure

Very disappointing microwaved lettuce on burgers and wraps also have received someone else's food instead of mine I've tried this location several times with different items from their kitchen all the same microwaved food other locations do not do this

Gas pump set up for someone in a wheel chair. If you 6 ft or taller you need to kneel down to read the screen. First and last time at this spinx

Overpriced diesel fuel and no microwave to heat up the food they sell that's supposed to be microwaved. They have microwave in the back and the cashier wouldn't do it. Told us to go to cookout.ive got 48' of trailer behind me. How is that going to work!

If the cashier is not too busy you might get served 1st time and the last time i will be in any of those stores there services really sucks

I really like this Spinx location on Dorchester Road in Summerville as it is very convenient and easy to get to with its own pitchfork entrances on Dorchester and Orangeburg Roads. This station seems to always have low gas prices and is clean and well maintained. The service and staff here is really friendly and efficient. I have been impressed every time I have stopped in here.
