Loved staying here. There was no service to speak of but the room and location were amazing.

We had a really good experience. There were no crowds here, so no waiting for an elevator, like at bigger resort hotels. Pool was never crowded during our stay. Hot water was an issue, but we did have 11 with us. Over all we had a wonderful vacation.

It is listed as luxury, it needs some updating and repairs. Living area is a little small to accommodate the 5 bedrooms. They do not heat the pools in October so they were to chilly for the kids. Not located to walk to restaurants or activities. Great views. It was quiet. Overall we enjoyed our time there.

I enjoyed the location away from the hotel clusters and crowds. They have a pool and three hot tubs.

Beautiful location and building. However who ever “cleans” the condo in between guests is ripping you off! Hands down the MOST dirty place I have ever stayed in! From the sticky floors to the dirt covered ceilings and fans to the stained, smelly Furnature and dusty curtain tops to the dirt filled corner in every room. And don’t look under the furniture or under the cushion’s unless you want to gag? ! I have stayed on the south side of Chicago in a cleaner motel 6 than this expensive condo. Bring your hazard suit if you plan on staying here

We stayed in n 205. Great location, beautiful property until we opened the door. It had not been cleaned in years. I mean years! During Covid, we were shocked. Shame on you for charging what you do! I have photos! I would love to share. We even covered the furniture with sheets

Had an absolute fabulous time! Our 3 bedroom condo was perfect! Couldn't have asked for better! Thank you for the wonderful memories! We will be back!

Enjoyed the view - 5 stars for the view and pool.
We stayed in Room 406, It definitely needs some upgrades and replacements of chairs in balcony, all the chairs are broken.
They need to provide basic amenities like Hand soap etc.

Very clean, looks just like the pictures (even better) and goes above and beyond the standards! Amazing ocean front view! Made me feel right at home.definitely made the stay 100 times better! I definitely will be staying here again.would recommend to anyone coming out here and also very family friendly.

Been staying here for 5 years while in town on business. Our group can stay in a beautiful and spacious oceanfront condo for less than what we would pay for booking several hotel rooms

This place was completely gorgeous. We experience the most awesome views of the ocean and the sunrise and sunset.

Conveniently located to many amenities & the Ocean. Needs upgrades & minor maintenance.
Comfortable & roomy for large groups such as ours.

Great ocean view, comfy bed, good TV, nice kitchen and balcony. We were in the 9th floor room 903. Had a funny, mildew smell coming from pipes but with 2 slider doors open it was fine. Easy access to beach was convenient. Easy parking.

We have stayed in this exact condo before and loved it but this time it was very dirty! Carpets were stained and the window were extremely dirty. You could barely see out of them. The floors felt like you were already walking on the beach. The shower had hair in it. They offered to come and clean but that should have been done in the first place. If I have to pay a cleaning fee then why did I come into a dirty condo? We were not impressed with this property this time around.

Beautiful place but condo 701 had roaches crawling all over. While fixing meals they would crawl across the stove and counters. Praying we didn't being any home with us. We called about the bugs and mold in the bathroom but nothing was done.

Wow! 801 is absolutely gorgeous! I couldn't write anything bad about this condo. I would highly recommend it to anyone. It's so peaceful and very clean. We brought our son and daughter-in-law down with us. They loved it as well, it was her first time ever seeing the ocean or the beach, so that was really special for all of us. If you're looking for a beautiful condo to spend your vacation in this is that place.

Beautiful accommodations! Ocean side! Quiet! The condo was perfect for our family of nine. Kitchen had all the pots, pans, utensils & devices needed to prepare full meals, including two carafe coffee makers, a K-Cup coffee maker, crockpot, mixer, microwave, etc. We will definitely be back!

Though we had a good time with family and the grand boys had a ball. I would not recommend this resort, our room was in need of major updating. The sofa was stained, the chair was broken, the curtains, nicknacks were outdated! The Tv’s were difficult to use. No Ice Machine…. Really! I could go on…

Other than our keys didn't work for like the first 30mins (yes real keys) everything else was great.

Very nice condo on the ocean. Great pool area. Beach is very open. Place is a little ways away from the busiest areas which makes getting around very easy. Views from the balcony below.

Beautiful oceanfront condo. The 5 bed 3 bath condo was more than enough room for my family of 8. The indoor and outdoor pools were great and access to the beach is right there.

Great place! We arrived later than expected and once we got there the room we book had been double booked! Management had no problem with giving us another room & even upgraded our stay for the inconvenience. As soon as they realized the error they did not hesitate to correct the problem with no confusion. The room had a great view of the ocean, the pools were peaceful & did I mention the view. Now it’s now right in the middle of everything but you can make a one min drive park somewhere and enjoy the shops and eateries! Definitely will be staying every trip if they have any vacancies

Not satisfied. First of all, in one of the rooms, only one lamp worked, and the overhead lights didn’t work. Secondly, there was no ice machine in the hotel, and we had to go the hotel next door to just get ice. One of the bedroom doors didn’t stay open fully. There also wasn’t a phone book and the room we stayed in looked nothing like the photos, and more like it’s from the late 70’s. I have also seen some rude customers in the elevators. We will most likely not be staying here again.

I'm not satisfied with our stay! We had to go next door to check in also had to go to next door to get ice. Next time we will just stay next door. For the price it wasn't worth it.

The only place I stay when I come to the beach. My home away from home. Clean condos and friendly people love it!

Loved unit 1101. Stayed 5 nights via vrbo. Public areas have some age on them but our condo was updated and very nice. Huge balconies on the corner units! Quick elevator ride to the ground floor and not too far from the beach. Parking was easy as well!

5 Bedroom Condo was spacious and clean. Plenty of room for all 12 of us. Quite and peaceful during the off season in October.

This is for suite 1104. It was clean equipped with everything you might need, the view of the ocean is amazing from the 11th floor.

View is unequaled. Furnishings were very comfortable. Equipped with everything imaginable. One of the best we have stayed in!

My husband and I loved it. 5 couples went on Valentine's weekend and we had a ball. Very nice

Pretty clean. I wish that the decor was a little more modern, but other than that, a good experience. Room service was on point.
