The people here are very polite and outstanding. They make sure you get what you want and on the day you need it, even if they had to rush the order in overdrive. Picture is my wedding day, and it's the only picture I could find with the best view. Thank you all so much for the help, and the quality is amazing.

I came to Smith and James for my wedding suit. The help I received in the process and input was great. One of the features I was most excited about was having the date of my wedding embossed under the collar on the back. Chip entered the date as 2020 instead of 2021 on the computer and didn't realize until I came to pick up the suit and pointed it out. The suit itself was marvelous, but there was no discount or any other offers to make up for the permanent flaw on my $1,000 suit.

Absolute best customer service. I was in need of a suit for my fathers funeral, yet it was only two days away. I thought it was a long shot, but I was wrong. Chip helped to get a suit that looked and fit great. He had it tailored and pressed ready to go the next day. Brandon, Conner and Chip all do an excellent job, best customer service you will find!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Conner when getting fitted for my new suit. He was very helpful and gave some great tips for wearing my suit and how to wear it, which I was unaware of. Needless to the say the suit is a perfect fit and I am very satisfied with their customer service!
