Louise welcomed me into the store by opening the door as I have to walk with a walker. She took the shoes I had ordered online and didn't like and just processed the return and refund. She said the money would show in my account in 3 to 5 days (that's what they are told to say as it depends on your bank). Guess what. I checked my account (on my phone) and it was there immediately. THANK YOU LOUISE, YOU'RE TOPS!

Buy one get half off second pair. Wife got hers and i found a pair for me. Staff was attentive and helpful. Store was placed up and clean.

Good selection, but prices have increased significantly over the last year. Not good for an outlet location.

Great staff, very knowledgeable and willing to help. Great selection and I was able to get my moms favorite shoes for Christmas. I wish I got the young lady's name that helped me. Friday the 17th am.

My husband found a pair of shoes he liked was ready to get thia said pair. Inquired to the people at the register if they had the other half of the set. We figured was anti theft thing going on. As we looked at several boxes and they all had one in the box. Needless to say we left because they couldn't find the shoe. So I am sure Clark's thanks you for the business. We found a great sale there.

Only thing that was accepted was the fact that they greet you when you walk in. Other than that, no one helped, and I had questions. I guess I'll just return everything, if I don't wear the shoes

Worst customer experience ever. 4 employees working in the North Charleston, SC Tanger Outlet store but not one of them could be bothered to assist the customers. One of them sat in the aisle blocking the entire aisle stocking shoes so you couldn’t even get down the aisle. She never looked at a customer and never offered to help anyone. One older gentleman clearly needed help and was having issues but no one ever assisted him. Left without purchasing anything. Won’t be back and will spread the word. Don’t bother shopping here! It’s not worth the hassle.

Cashier was not helpful and had a nonchalant attitude only because I love skechers I make a purchase.

The staff didnt seem too thrilled to be helping customers. Customers are why you have a job.

SKECHERS Factory Outlet at Tanger Outlets in North Charleston is a great place to go for all things Skechers all in one location. I really like the selection and variety of different items that they have available for good discounts and values. The staff here is very friendly and willing to help if you need them to. I have been happy with all of the purchases that I have made from here.

The Skechers shoes are like walking in the most comfortable slippers, it's just about all my wife and I wear on our feet

Skechers Brand has got to be the most innovative shoe manufacturer that has come along since the sandle was invented. If you work on concrete or stand all day, it is imperative that you wear a pair of Skechers. Their buy one get one half off is tempting and inevitably you fold cause you know you won't regret it.

I went there looking for certain shoes 4 my friend in Germany. They did not have them in stock and they could not order them. They were also unable to tell me how to find them on their website. It was a 70 miles round-trip waste of time.

I’ve been using this Sketchers since they opened in Charleston and after today I will never come back. Each work show I looked at didn’t have my size on display, so I had to walk up to the counter each time so the young lady could look up rather they had one in stock. Meanwhile other associates folding items at the counter or walking around in the store. When asked if they had any work shoes available in my size, the response was “I don’t know. ” I’ve never experienced such poor service in Sketchers despite having very few customers in the store. After 18 years of wearing Sketchers work shoes, it looks like I need to find a different brand. Very disappointing.

This outlet location doesn't accept ANY Tanger Outlet coupons, so don't try to use them. All of their shoes say "sale" on their cute little hang tags but majority of them are full price. I only gave them 3 stars because their shoes are actually comfortable.

A lot bigger than it used to be a lot of selection a lot of variety had what I was looking for I like the way the shoes are wider than most regular shoes will always check out Skechers

Nice store! So many choices for 2 little girls! Didn't have sizes for their 1st picks but they came out satisfied!
