Seafood World Calabash Seafood And Steak Buffet

Great atmosphere. Love the decor and the cleanliness. It wasn't busy at all when we arrived (not sure if that's because it wasn't vacation season). In fact we practically had the place to ourselves. Our server was kind and attentive. The food was hot and ready with a decent selection. We came for the crab legs and they didn't disappoint!

I had the fried shrimp and oysters without salt and lightly fried. Delicious and large portions.

Annie Was our waitress and the place is amazing as always Every year we come down and eat here at least 2 times in a week. Friendly personal staff that work here.

If you like spending time in the bathroom after eating this is the place for you! Flounder tasted like water, fried jumbo shrimp was over-fried.

Went to dinner on a Thursday night. Now admittedly I know it was slow. The shrimps were overdone, the steaks were good, some of the stuff on the buffet was good, some of it was not so good. I probably won't go back. There are too many choices at the same prices to settle for a below average experience.

My husband and I found ourselves here twice during our trip! The first time we visited we just ordered some menu items and they were delicious and filling!

The second time we came in we decided to go with the buffet! The buffet had a lot options! I was mostly focused on the crab legs though haha!

Both times the servers were super nice and informative of the menu and buffet options. Monitored our table for drinks and and dishes that needed to be taken with perfect timing! In general it seems everyone who works there is super sweet!

The ambiance is also really nice! Very cozy. We also really enjoyed that we did not feel rushed! All of the buffet style places we've been to, there has always been a time limit with no exceptions!

The buffet was good and fresh. Server was very attentive. Kid price of $25 was a little much in my opinion. $50 was adult price

Our waitress Cepheria was super nice! Very friendly, made sure we had everything we needed and made it an overall great experience!

We made reservations, however, I don’t think that mattered much. We waited in a line for about 15-20 minutes, it went by super quick. All of the food/deserts in the buffet were good and our waiter was also super friendly and kind. I would recommend this place for a seafood buffet.

Our Server, Danny, was fabulous! He kept our drinks filled, offered suggestions for our meals, and had a great attitude. Highly recommend.

The hostess and waitress were super friendly and professional. The atmosphere was great and interesting and the food was good. The only thing that I didn't like was their high prices. 50 dollars per person is a little too much.

I think the food is very good here. I would love to come back here again for more. This is the best place to have a family dinner to have a get together party with your family.

This my Absolute favorite seafood buffet in Myrtle Beach I make it my Mecca to come here annually because it has the freshest most delicious seafood. Trust me!

Best crab legs I’ve had in a long time! My husband had a lobster and said it was great too. Oysters weren’t great and steak was too done. But the salad bar is good.

Please request Carima as your server! Carima is from Jamaica and her accent is as beautiful as her personality! Carima always checked on us to make sure we had enough extra plates for our crab shells and brought us crab crackers everything is delicious at Seafood World we highly recommend the Cajun shrimp Our friend KK works here also and came by to check on us to make sure we were happy with our meal and service! 5 star restaurant at the beach ️

Waitress was awesome, food was dried out and old. Crab legs were small and dried out. Don't spend the money here.

Super expensive.not that fresh or that good.the only good thing I can day is the staff was nice.spent 120.00 for a so so buffett and Ice water. Didnt have any drinks or extras.

Came for the first time and totally enjoying ourselves. Employees are very nice and very helpful.

Once we got inside we waited again in 20-30 min lines for food because crablegs were backed up in the kitchen at an ALL YOU CAN EAT CRAB restaurant. So your other food gets cold while waiting because you dread getting back in long lines. The quality and taste was MEDIOCRE. The best things we ate were the hush puppies, corn on the cob, and the crablegs when available. Price was $49.99 for adults and $29.99 for 10 and younger.

Unfortunately, we wouldn't return to this place for the value or quality.

This is the worst place in myrtle beach. Please please please save yourself the time and your money. The lady manager there is absolutely rude and ignorant and needs to get some training. Staff is horrible and untrained. Food is not good and the set up of the whole place is absolutely Horrific. They don’t accept coupons that are on there own website and ones they advertises in travel guides. Please just save yourself the money and find another spot

They definitely do NOT even deserve 1 star! Let's start with we made reservations and that's a complete waste of time, the 7 of us still stood in a packed hallway 45 minutes later we was seated. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. The whole place including buffet area was dirty. They had no made to order food buffet only, it's almost $60 a person, and they had no crab legs. 3 of our 7 person party ate and that was only because the kids were starving after being on the beach all day. We all definitely would have walked out if the kids hadn't ran to the buffet before we could stop them. So while the 3 kids tried to choke down the nasty food the rest of us sat there while the rude staff talked about us in some language. Needless to say it was a complete waste of money and do NOT recommend to anyone! Save your money and find a real seafood restaurant.

The service sucks the food not all that good and the prices aren't even posted anywhere so you can decide whether or not you want to spend that much money. I will never go there again. The only thing about there was our server she was really nice.

The worst seafood buffet ever! Don’t go here go to Captain Benjamin’s for sure! Buffet Is trash and horrible customer service the lady trying to argue with me literally I told her we are not going to argue
