I came here to get gas, some pizza, and do some shopping. The gas price was lower than most of the gas stations around, which I was happy with. The pizza was delicious and the people working in the cafe were incredibly nice. The store itself was awesome and had a lot of things that I do not normally have at my nearest Sam’s Club, which I really liked. I would definitely come back to get those items!

Was big and clean with large variety of household goods, packaged and fresh foods and some clothes as well.

Sam's is still GREATT! If there's a problem with the purchase Sam's will refund the money you PAID with no problem. Sort of how Wal-Mart used to be.

Better per-item prices, which can lead to big savings. But buying in bulk may not be for you.

I love the SlimFast caramel latte shakes and they are only available at Fashion Dive which is 20-30 minutes from me when the Forest Drive Sams is 1 mile from me. I was told by the manager that all of the Sam clubs are now under the one management and should carry the same items but that’s not true. It’s an inconvenience. One Carries diet sweet tea but this one doesn’t, one Carrie’s essential water but this one doesn’t. You have use driving all over town just to complete our shopping list. I don’t have time time or gas for that.

On 8/13/23, my husband was pumping gas at SAM’S Club on Forest Dr.in Columbia, and the gas hose had a cut in it, that caused the gas to be sprayed all over my husband. He immediately yelled for an attendant and they rushed over to assist, and to take him to the compliance manager, Terrence Branck, inside the store. Corporate has yet to contact my husband and every phone number for corporate takes me no where. They are acting as though this is nothing and he has severe scars over the bottom portion of his body because of it. We’re just needing to speak to someone in corporate, immediately.

Danielle M.at club 8283 was very knowledgeable and helpful as a cashier. She took her time to help my mother and me to know the benefits of having and using the Sam’s app. She not only was welcoming and patient but she exudes confidence. Enjoy Sam's quality of food and generally good pricing gor wholesale items. Thou the fruits & snacks can be alittle over priced. Overall this is the only place I wanna buy my essential items at. Loving the online shopping w/store pickup. Makes things super easy and quick!

Went to get Fresh Meat and there was very little meat in the coolers and what was there was so expensive verses what you were getting it was crazy. Like almost $60 for 3 Ribeyes. 2 roasts were $60. And that was Angus. When we found what little they had in the everyday cheaper brand it was the same as the Angus and they didn't have much. They also didn't Cary any fresh ground beef. It was all pre packaged and was 3 1lb packages for between $14.99 and $21.99. Is not worth your time if that's what your going for

Very few employees you can barely find anybody to help you. And if you find somebody it's like you're bothering very rarely do you got a person that's kind and considerateand is there to offer assistance.you can speak to somebody and they just walk by you as though you're not there. The prices have gone up definitely on the foods and on everything else that is to be expected with the economy the way it is now. The meats I have purchased already two packages of meats and they were horrible, mostly fat and griddle.

Sam's club is a good place to go if you are buying in bulk. If you are looking for hard to find items it's a good idea to go early when the doors open. If you are a senior they open on Thursday at 6: 00 am to 9: 00 am for seniors only. This allows you to do your shopping without being in a congested store. Hard to find items like masks, gloves etc are usually available.

Limited supplies due to current virus problem. Normally, "SAMS" usually well stocked with their products. Quantity pricing is the key to saving money, and they do an excellent job of that. With at least three stores here in the greater Columbia, S. C, area, with excellent prices, a person may be able to save some money!:)

Came in on Sunday and it was obvious that they were not following any regulations. Literal traffic jams in the isles. Large families shopping together with no protective devices. No one counting the numbers coming in or going out. Shame on you guys for not caring.

Today around 1pm while my family and I were leaving the store I began feeling quite bad and needed something to drink. So my husband ran over to the food service area on the front of the store to grab something quick. Keep in mind I am very pregnant with twins right now so yes it is a situation if I start feeling bad and it can happen out of the blue and very quickly. I went to the car with our two children to sit down of course while my husband was grabbing something fast before I got worse. The lady behind the counter was by herself and there was a line, the people in front of my husband were nice enough to let him go before them and the lady behind the counter told him he couldn't do that! I don't know why she was being so rude about something that didn't concern her at all but she made my husband wait 15 more mins because she refused to wait on him after the people on front of him were totally fine with him getting his quick stuff out of the way. I will also be calling the corporate office and the store manager. I was having issues by the time my husband got out to the car. What is even worse is this was the 1st time in years I have chosen to use Sam's club again, so thank you for reminding me of why I should not have given your company another chance to earn back my business. To the rude woman behide that counter today, be careful how you judge situations and people because you don't know the whole story and there are more important things in life than your messed up control issues. Or maybe it was something else about him you did not like.

Management staff don't care about customers and will laugh behind your back after apologizing to your face. Good luck preorder anything for they will run out just before you come in to pick up or come up with some excuse so they don't have to do your order. When you complain about it, they will come up with different excuses why. They think that they can do what they want and there is no consequences for their action. Employees are rude and don't want to help you. Take the extra time and go to the one in Sandhill where it is 100% better and they make you feel that you are a valuable customer

Had an issue with a pick up order and the manager, Mike resolved it right away. Will definitely go back with exemplary service like that!
