Sam's Club

They have decent selection but the last few times I've been there the cashier has been on the phone. With a friend. With her ear buds in. While ringing me out. When did that become socially acceptable? It's annoying and disrespectful. Glad I am teaching my kids better then that. Sams club.maybe have some training?

Good experience this morning. I was able to get in and out of the store relatively quick. Have noticed of late that some of my usual purchases or brand names have not been available. Is this a supply chain or manufacturer problem? My choice of orange juice or breakfast sandwiches.

Improperly zoned. Pallets left out on floor that needed to be put out also Very HAZARDOUS and against rules. I’ve seen maggots in their beef stew about two weeks ago. Employees smoke weed in the parking lot and their not drug tested which is probably why the store is unkept. The management were beyond laid back and rude. Sarcastic I’ll say especially Lysia the Head Manager Assistant. It’s very unprofessional.

Enjoyed my visit.
I had to ask questions and the workers were knowledgeable and I was able to find what I wanted quickly and was able to get checked out quickly as well.

Getting food here is suspect. I'm sitting here waiting for a glizzy. And also the lady hasn't changed her gloves she is handling the money and working with the food.if that's not cross contamination I don't know what is.do better

Pretty crowded and even though it was, I still saw no employees helping customers. Could not find any workers at all, when having questions though. I, myself even helped a lady get a huge bag of water bottles in her buggie, because of no one there to help! Not great customer service at all! The best customer service was using self checkout!

Alicia at member services is the most rude and unhelpful representative we’ve ever dealt with. Left embarrassed and without our issue being resolved. Contemplating canceling membership. Go to Costco if you want decent customer service.

It's Sam's Club! This store is well maintained with the friendliness tire/battery department I've ever encountered. The scan and go feature of the Sam's app is worth the download all by itself. The finest pharmacy also.

Under cooking their rotisserie chickens every single time now. Dont know if its some plan to get someone sick so they can stop selling them considering they are a product sold at a loss, or if they hired someone new who doesnt know what under cooked chicken looks like.

Management needs to get on this before someone gets salmonella. Its not hard to add extra time to the cook.

Edit: Thanks for the response but i dont need a gift card. Just make sure the chicken is cooked properly and I will update my review the next time I buy one.

Found out Sam's is open until 8 pm, even on Sunday. Wasn't too crowded and had what I needed. After checkout, I had a question about a gift receipt, but they didn't have that option. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Have had numerous good experiences at this store.

Love going to this. Nice and neat and very wide variety of items. You could really furnish your whole house out of there. You could even handle you vehicle

Was great. Definitely can get things cheaper and larger quantity, than from Wal-Mart. Will be going back again.

I love shopping in Sam's. I can find everything I need. I also love shopping in the store and checking out via the app because this saves me from long lines or getting behind people that don't know how to ring themselves out.

Very disappointed in our experience this weekend. We generally don't have a problem here but after Saturday's trip I am going to very cautious from now on. I purchased the chicken marsala refrigerated meal to save on time. When I went to cook it, I noticed it expired on Oct. 10th! This was purchased on the 15th! My bad. I should have checked the date before I purchased it. I also purchased a 2 pack of the refrigerated mashed potatoes. We had bought some the previous week to go with a rotisserie chicken and they were so good. Now this one just makes me sick! When I went to cook one tonight, it expired Sept. 23rd! Not only did I purchase food that was 2 weeks out of date.but the ones I purchased the previous week expired the end of October. That tells me the food is not being properly rotated! Ugh. I wanted to throw up. So I've learned an expensive lesson (that's almost 25 bucks worth of expired food I bought!). NEVER going to buy one more thing from Sam's without checking the dates first.

Got what I needed and more. Was in the area is why I went, I wish they would put a Sam's in Lexington, South Carolina a waste of a membership just going one or twice a year. Would definitely go more if it was closer to Lexington, SC.

They have new team for the pick up i wait 15 minutes for them to come this location id the worst this is the second time they do that go shopping inside more faster

This Sam's club is fine except for the tire/auto area. Messed up my rotor while changing a tire and told me to go get it fixed somewhere else and that they would cover damages for repairs. Wasted an entire day just to get a tired swapped. Would not recommend

Must be a member bulkall item's good prices nice for large family or if you have lots of storage and freser.

It's just bulk-Walmart, exactly what you expect. Lots of the same stuff you'd get from there but in the biggest packaging available. They definitely profile though. The door greeter didn't bother questioning either of the two white-picket-fence looking elderly couples who went in right before me, just a smile and a nod, but when I walked in with my hat, basketball shorts and tank top on (on a day with 90 degree weather), she was quite adamant about seeing my membership card right away. Really rubbed me the wrong way. They're also constantly out of the actual plastic membership cards, as I had to walk around for two months with a receipt with a barcode on it as my "membership card. " Asked every time I went in and they said they'd be getting more "by the weekend" or "next week. " Both of which were wrong because I called every day to confirm. I went to Fayetteville a few weeks ago and decided to stop by their Sam's Club, and they had plenty of membership cards and I was able to pick one up instantly. No idea what the Harbison Sam's Club's deal is. The cafeteria pizza is pretty good, but they stop making any after 3 or 4 in the afternoon, on a weekday, so don't bank on it for a quick and easy dinner. Overall nothing wrong with the products, but that's where it ends.

Mike was thorough and didn't try to sell my son. He actually offered him 1st step options to build upon. We will continue to do business for all of our vehicles here! See you Thursday!

Clean bright and open. Very stocked, nice variety in the middle of clothes, shoes and books. Specials all throughout store. If you use scan and go the even better!

Horrible customer service in Tire Department. Sylvester definitely needs to learn more about how to talk to customers.

Lots of great stuff. Very clean and well organized. When I have more money and time I am sure I can find many items to bring home.

Friendly front door greeter. No toilet paper in the bathroom stalls. Friendly employees. Nice clean store other than the bathroom.

They never have ice cream. The machine is always out or broken. If you don’t get there first thing in the morning then don’t even bother. It’s ridiculous.

Customer service is terrible cashier has a bad attitude and manger take customers complaints lightly very disgusted by the way I was treated today I had to argue with a cashier about how she was handling my items it all started when I told the cashier my items are about to fall her response was I got nothing to do with that how sad

Not good, I've been a regular customer for years, and this past Monday, might be my last visit there, my guest and I arrived before 4 pm, we ordered our food and I asked the clerk about our egg rolls, she said that she didn't know that I was ordering off the Lunch menu, and took the food back to the kitchen, and half the orders, this has never happened to me at this location, sorry chenyung, won't be back

I was not impressed. Yes, the place is huge but it's all name brands of heavily advertised foods-mostly sugar, salt, preservative, and white-flour offerings. Not much that was healthy, and that which was could be bought cheaper at the US Foods Chef's Store. I joined, walked through the entire store, and then asked for my money back.

At best, I typically feel like the employees at the Harbison Sam’s Club are indifferent to customers. The one exception is Qua who works in the Cafe.
Qua is professional and actually engages with her customers. She is a role model for customer service.

My wife just tried to walk in there WITH OUR CARD and they said she wasn't on the card so they berated her and disgustingly rude. She has quite literally went in there multiple times. To the door man and the lady there, you're disgusting and we will never use Sam's Club again.
