Ross Dress for Less

I’ve liked this place so much until today that the manager or administrator talked to me with arrogance.

Shopping at Ross u get such good name brand jewelry at a great price.plus makeup as well name brands of hair, skin products.

I like this store but it's hard to find your size and the store is just not organized.

This store needs huge custom services Training. Why is it okay for your cashiers to have full on conversation with coworkers when you have customers standing in front of you? Why must you ignore paying customers? This is not a first time this is happening.please pay attention to your customers and know that you have your job because of the customers.

The selection wasn’t as good as it normally is and the store was a bit dirty I did enjoy the greetings from the staff.

It's dirty and it's so disorganized.

4/1/23 - Looks better it seems that they can't handle the rush crowd by closing registers.

The store is always and mess, disorganized and very dirty. I've gone several times and it is always the same. Also they don't have much merchandise. It always looks half empty.

Went looking for baby items. They had a very, very small selection. What they did have was really nice and well priced. Also very helpful, and friendly employees.

Getting to be time fir decorations for holidays. A lot to pick from at the moment. Things go fast!

Messy.

Compared to Greenville and Greer locations they had lot of clothes, home decors, kitchen appliances etc.but clearly lack in cleanliness. Things are all over the place.

They usually have a good selection of plus size but I've noticed lately that the selection is getting smaller

Yesterday i went to Ross to purchase some wall art. While piling up my cart i ran across this stool/statue like elephant with a bright colored cushion on top that i really wanted but i didn’t have enough money on me. Today i called the store to make sure they still had the elephant bc it was the last one and i didn’t want to ride all the to Dorman for nothing. So, i called the store to see if they still had it and the girl who answered the phone told me “We are really busy right now but I’ll see what i can do” as a CUSTOMER i don’t feel like that was the correct response! As a department store you have employees within the store spread out IN THEIR DEPARTMENTS so i don’t quite understand why i couldn’t be place on hold and the individual or individuals in said department couldn’t check for an item in which i wanted to PURCHASE. These days customer service isn’t about the customer or good service! People just need a check and go to a job! Sad! Won’t be back to this location. As a former manager in customer service (because i changed to the medical field) i am disgusted at how the skills to work in retail (custom service) is not the actual requirement.

They are more expensive than Walmart; but my wife found some nice clothes. Tip: Look for clearance items, and check the clothing stores nearby.

I would give -2 stars to this place if possible. I will never go to this store again. I don't want to say anything else but many of the employees are just terrible and do not care in any way about the customers. Keep up the good work!

Ross was great, BUT I HAD JUST LEFT WALMART AT THE DORMAN CENTER WHEN I NOTICED THIS SHORT WOMAN FOLLOWING ME SO I WENT TO THE BATHROOM, THERE SHE WAS THEN I WENT TO CHECK OUT THERE SHE WAS, I STARTED OUT ONE END I SEEN HER, SO I DECIDED TO GO THE OTHER WAY, THERE SHE WAS AGAIN, SURE ENOUGH I START OUT AND ANOTHER WOMAN SAID CAN I SEE YOUR TICKET? I SAID YOU SURE CAN, I SAID I DON'T APPRECIATE THAT WOMAN FOLLOWING ME AROUND, THEY DIDNT CHECK NOBODY ELSE BUT ME, I WILL NEVER GO IN THERE EVER AGAIN!

I have always loved Ross! Lots of selections for men, women & kids! Loads of home decor & gifts available. Lots of sizes and varieties to choose from. Holiday decor available throughout the year depending on the season! Check it out year round!

The employees are not very friendly and not very smart either as far as the store. It went way down hill need to renovate it and maybe replenish the inventory while they're at it

Very messy un organized its like a tornado touch down they need to fix it nicely so we can shop clearly and they will double there sales soo sorry.

Would be 5 stars if the dressing rooms were open. Old Navy dressing rooms are open. I hope the return on clothing isn't a hassel since you cannot try before you buy.

It's a good store with good prices. Many times they are out of stock on the sizes I'm looking for. They have been friendly and helpful.

Couldn't find anything in my size place was a mass and I had to confront an employee call following me around in the store

One of my absolute favorite stores that have all different name brand clothing, I can count on for the cutest clothes for me and my girls!

This location was definitely a waste of my time to check out.filled with cheap quality, had few good items. Nevertheless a waste of time.

Charged twice for same transaction. Horrible customer service. Manager on shift was absolutely rude. I suggest the Ross in Hillcrest before this one.

I like to shop here. The prices are reasonable and the clothing is really nice. Got a whole outfit for work for $30. Ross has always been my go to place to shop when I’m in search of in expensive items for work or just low on cash and in need of something. I can always find what I need at Ross no matter the location.

Their selection and prices are pretty good. The staff is why I return. Excellent customer service and knowledge. They are eager to help me every visit and that's worth a lot to me.

Tall red headed young man was EXTREMELY rude to me at the fitting rooms. I'll not go back to this Ross again. I mean very very rude! Hope management talks to him.

Great place to shop for the whole Family! We always find what we are looking for plus much more lol. Also a great place to work!

Lots of options. From nike timberlands or Aldo shoes. Active wear and socks and underwear. Cloths on the racks not on the floor and lines moved. I had stopped coming here but now will be back.

Always find a deal! Found my husband a beautiful pair of ankle boots for 36.00 now that's a deal! I always enjoy looking at their holiday items they have a lot of fall decorations at a fraction of what you would pay elsewhere.

I was in line and had to step away for a second, then came back and the cashier made me wait instead of coming to front of line.

It was great loved the clothes the only problem is there was not a single hydroflask there that is very disappointing i would love to come back and see if they get hydroflasks so until then sksksksksksk save the turtles

I always find a bargain at Ross, I think its probably one of my favorite places to shop for clothes. They carry under armour, and that keeps me coming back to see what I can find.

Checkout was phenomenal. They were fast. Not nearly as crowded as wal market. I guess the crowds at wal market are due to only two registers open.

They closed the dressing rooms an hour before the rest of the store and refused to let anyone enter. Lost a lot of business. Rude staff.
