This is a return visit for us, as we furnished a lot of a new condo from this store a few years ago. We have been so satisfied with the quality of our previous purchases which have held up beautifully for years, so we decided to go to them again. Johann Jones was a total professional, and almost immediately led us to just what we were looking for. Our requirements were quite specific, and he made sure that those requirements were met. He was affable, knowledgeable, thorough and efficient, and we left happy with his guidance and with our purchase.

As soon as I walked in Mary walked up to me and was awesome. Said just enough to make me feel welcome and told me exactly what I needed to know and left me to it. When I needed her she must of read my mind because she was there to assist. No? Was dumb. I felt very comfortable speaking with her. She was great! Others were helpful as well very friendly. My first purchase and overall a good experience. Thank you!

I purchased a Cindy Crawford sleeper loveseat & I absolutely hate it. The material is scratchy & I cannot even sleep on the mattress. I am so utterly disappointed in this selection. None of my friends like it either. Waste of money.

I was in the market to purchase new living room furniture, and Rooms to Go was recommended to me by a couple of friends. I went out to the Myrtle Beach location on Black Friday, 2023, and was warmly greeted by Mr. [Johann] Jones as I entered a very hectic store. The place was packed with customers!

I was not 100% sure of what style of furniture I was looking for, but even though the store was full of customers, Mr. Jones took the time to show me around the sales floor to show me different styles and colors available. He was very knowledgeable about the products and styles available. We went around the showroom several times to look at a few collections. Mr. Jones' smile never faded and his patience never waned as I went back and forth to look at two particular styles that I was considering to purchase.

Once I made a decision of what I wanted, Mr. Jones was very informed about the different options of financing available, and he was able to find a plan that would work with my budget.

The next day I went back to Rooms to Go because I decided that I wanted to change out the sofa table I purchased to a television console table and add an accent chair to my order. I was so pleased with my experience with Mr. Jones the previous day, that I asked to work with him again. Once again, Mr. Jones went above and beyond to help me make a decision on the console table and accent chair for my new home.

If you are ever in the market to purchase new furniture for your home, I would highly recommend taking a drive out to Rooms to Go and ask for Mr. Jones. He is exceptional at his job!

Very expensive and very poor quality. I'm having problems with my furniture all the time. Keep calling their warranty company. Never buying again.
