I haven't been In a while ; I love there bread.
This particular night; they must-have been short on staff

Every business has a not so good period, so I won't say negative things. I think I would give it another chance, because I do know that it's hard to keep good help; which in term causes issues for the employees that's working. I ate light this night.

Yall should just get off of Doordash because it's obvious yall dont put the same effort into the orders. I ordered a half dozen cheddar biscuits, i hadn't had them in a while and I was craving them and excited to get them. They arrived extremely hard and overcooked, who wants to eat hard biscuits? ! All 6 if them! What a WASTE! NEVER AGAIN

The waitress kept forgetting small things like stake sauce and straws and when I asked for “medium-rare” I received something that was closer to rare but it was otherwise a good experience and meal.

The restaurant always has a unique smell to it. Not sure why they can't fix it. Other Red Lobster locations do not have this issue. Our server was excellent! Our food was good as well.

This is extremely rare for me to give all 5 stars. I’ve lived in Greenville SC all my life and I’m in my late 40s. So today 9/11/23 i tried this restaurant with my boss and a coworker. I really didn’t want to eat there because I am not crazy about seafood. However I got a hamburger instead. Hands down one of the best hamburgers I’ve ever had. It was juicy, it was fresh and the bun was toasty to perfection. The bacon and macaroni and cheese.was yummy. Our waiter Josh was extremely nice and superb waiter /customer service. I don’t know why I’ve never tried this place before but I will DEFINITELY go back again.

Being vision impaired, it was so dark in this place! Food was ok, service wasn't all that great, we kept having to track down our waitress.

This is the third time I’ve placed a to go order and it was incorrect. I spend good money at this restaurant and it frustrates me how they NEVER get my to go order right. The last manager I spoke to name Wendy stated that she would take care of the situation and she’s done nothing. I will never eat from here again. I will put the word out on social media as well as my friends family and staff.

The waitress was so nice and caring, she made sure me and my daughter food and drinks was good. Everytime I come to Red Lobster I always feel appreciate it.

This place was absolutely amazing me and hubby wanted somewhere new to go on date night so we tried here their biscuits are to die for lol the food was amazing I'm a plain jane so I got a burger lol so they do have food for everyone hubby got the endless shrimp and loved it! Our server was absolutely amazing I wish I could remember his name over all well def be going back!

I We did enjoy the food. However, the service was subpar. Our server took our drink, went away, brought our drink order, went away, then took our food order, and we waited and waited. When asked when our food would arrive and got a hurried, "It will be out soon. " That soon turned out to be another 12 minutes. Not once did the server return to ask, "Is everything ok? " Or "Do you need anything? " No, it will be another 3 years before I return. On a better note, the new hostess did apologize and ask if we wanted to speak to the manager. That offer was declined.

Haven't been to this location in years. I decided to go today Ashley was my waitress. I enjoyed everything if you visit this location please ask for Ashley. God bless.

I'm sad for all restaurants especially the ones that were busy all the time, we're lucky any of them are still in business and need to remember that all servers are making less than half what they used to make!

I had endless shrimp with my best friend. Which I hadn't had in years. I absolutely loved the new shrimp. Rangoon and Crispy Dragon. The jumbo coconut and mini coconut shrimp were excellent as usual. It's the Pina colada dip sauce really makes the meal for those coconut shrimps. But they were again out of all vegetables except the broccoli. Even though I had not been there in a few years. That hasn't changed. They seriously need to work on that. The service was outstanding! Extremely helpful and pleasant without being overbearing. I would highly recommend this place.

The Clam Chowder, biscuits, and salad lunch option can't be beat. This is a great place to meet people and talk as the booths are comfortable and semi-private.

Red Lobster hardly ever disappoints.

Our dishes were yummy. Their coconut shrimp has my heart. The food is always fresh and the drinks, both alcoholic and non, are consistently good.

They lose a star because the hostess did not speak a word to us and our waiter seemed grumpy. He was an older man who did not have any patience. My mom asked him for tartar sauce about three times before she just gave up. You shouldn’t feel like you’re bothering your waiter if you need something but unfortunately that’s how we all felt.

Timely seated food was hot server was awesome they have cut back on their sides 1 per order salad no longer comes with the meal 1.99

Came here with my family for a birthday. The service was great. But the food my dad and I ate was not good at all. We both got food poisoning and had to take off work because of it. The lobster tails were over cooked and obviously there was something wrong with them. We will not be back. Ever. Better to stick with local restaurants that the management knows what’s going on in the kitchen. There has to be some sort of food prep going on not to standards back there. They need more training.

My wife took me to Red Lobster for my birthday and it was absolutely amazing! I had the new garlic and butter crab legs and they came out hot, fresh, and delicious! Some of the best I have ever eaten. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional seafood. We went a little early to beat the crowd @ 4: 30 and the service was wonderful too!

I recently moved back to the upstate. I loved Red Lobster on Wade Hampton Blvd in the 80's and 90's. My husband and I really enjoyed our lunch the other day, just like old times!

Very clean. The staff was very nice and attentive.
Most of the food was very good. The famous biscuits were great. The salad was good. I highly recommend the coconut shrimp (the tropical dip is amazing with it!)
Where they lost points is price/value. For a $24 menu item, I got 3 shrimp and a fish fillet that was only 50% edible because the edges on the fillet were so thin they dried out and burnt.pretty disappointing.
UPDATE: Went again and it was much better!
Lunch is really the way to go. You get plenty of food for a $15. Nothing burt or dried out. Everything was quite tasty.

No beer except trashy bud light (which no one wants anymore) overcooked stinky crab, appetizers were good. Waitress came around every 15 minutes or so. Forgot the kids sides finally shows back up after kid is full and puts it in a togo box lol. Just overall a bad experience this go around
