Publix Super Market at Cherry Road Crossing

Fantastic store! Always very good stock, fair prices, and fresh produce. Friendly employees. Only criticism is that Deli needs to slice much thinner meats/cheese when requested. It that thin when extra thin is asked for.

My granddaughter was celebrating her 16th birthday and I needed 20 balloons blown up. Cameron in the produce department came to help me and did an AWESOME JOB by showing patience, even though we got there right before he was supposed to get off. He did the job with a smile the whole time and was happy to help us! Thank you Cameron! Whether you realize it or not, we could all use someone like you in our time of need! You made Iciss's day extra special!

3rd time in a row I have ordered a sub ahead of a shopping trip, and they had not even begun to prepare it before the scheduled pick up time. I just left without the sandwich this time and I am done with the entire deli section. They have not cared at all any of the times. Don't offer the option if no one even bothers to pick the tickets or can be bothered.

Loved this Publix location. Customer service here is awesome and the store looks impeccable.

Clean and fresh foods. The store is well kept and the workers are courteous and professional.

10 people at deli working behind. Line was forming. The employees were busy doing prepackaged stuff for the Boreshead stuff. One lady was helping walk ups and super slow. Nice, but slow. Longest wait ever. Not an acknowledgment from employees. The woman who helped me did apologize for the wait, but they need to bw aware when a line develops

This place is not the same. Management is constantly changing and it's reflected in lower levels of customer service (a few bad apples not Publix quality), an unkempt hot bar area, and dirty floors extending from the lobby area to the hot bar area. The shelves are still stocked neat and the floors look better in those areas, but this is subpar for Publix. This store was top notch when Johnson was store manager. It has continued to decline since his, and some of his management team members, departure. FL on Dave Lyle is running circles around this store and the prices are better.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service in the deli department. I places an order that cost over $300 for several party trays. The wraps looked thrown together, the subs where a mess, they didn't label the platters nor could they verbally tell me. The heavy set black lady was super rude and the wait was long. I typically go to the public on Heckle Blvd. I will never come back to Cherry Road again. Horrible place and waste of money!

As always much effort and attention to the visual optics, this was only my second or third visit, my first visit was not very productive, asked about some salmon, where did it come from, young man had no idea.
Other than that visits have been nice.

This place is the best. The staff are all polite and helpful and the prices are good for the quality that you get. I'm in here all the time.

Awesome supermarket to shop for international foods. However, if you don’t know what you’re looking then they can’t help in that isle. They are not very knowledgeable of the international items being sold there. They are very clean though.

I like shopping for certain things at Publix. Deli service is awesome they take care of everyone with care. Publix has the best watermelon. They also carry Bialys which is great. They make an awesome sandwich totally your way and they have the best Mardi Gras Chicken Wings.

Its clean and well-stocked but expensive. Has a good variety of food that you may not find elsewhere. Pub lix brand is good.

It's a publix. So if your shopping for grocery or tolietries it's got some great high end stuff, if your shopping for anything else selection is not as good, this particular Publix has a smaller vitamin section so some less common vitamins will not be available here, the other Publix in Rock Hill has a larger selection though.

Instacart is separate from Publix employees. Instacart rep totally messed up my order. Publix employees did their best to assist in getting me what I needed.

All Publix stores seem to be set up and operated the same. Every store I've been I has been clean with a wide variety of products, fresh produce, delis, wine too. The staff is always super friendly too. And a giant parking lot!

Publix always pleases. They have good supplies of things I am looking for usually. They are out of ribs like everyone else which was disappointing.

At the checkout, a manager was on hand to help with any problems. A+ rating all around.

Ok, Publix has a strawberry nut salad that is crack. It is so good I can't eat it anymore, so I've switched to the southern cobb salad.

I've shopped this publix location since opening day. I have always had pleasant experiences with both employees and shopping at publix on cherry rd. Rock Hill SC. However all that changed today. I've never dealt with such rude unprofessional people in all my life. I was made to fill as though I needed to provide my bank statement for a small exchange (exchange) I needed/wanted to make. I did spend a small fortune at this publix. Needless to say that will not happen again. I will take my business elsewhere even though I'll have to drive further.

Wonderful selection of fresh produce, and meats. Love their sushi! Prices are a little high but you pay for great quality!

I was shopping for a birthday cake and flowers for a friend's birthday. The lady in the bakery was very helpful and added my friend's name. Excellent customer service as always and such a super clean store.

My wife and I have shopped at the other supermarkets in the area but the Publix has them all beat - hands down.

The woman who runs the sushi bar here deserves an award. She is super attentive and always knows what to recommend. Not only that, but as a vegetarian I appreciate the fact that she always has veggie sushi in stock and always looks for just the right ones whenever I show up.

Clean, and well organized, with a good selection. However, pork shanks were missing from the meat department. Does anyone know who might carry them?

I locked my keys in my trunk last week (in the rain!) along with my purse and cell phone. Customer service desk employees were more than helpful. Ones name was Evette. She looked up a car shop on her phone and helped me call them and they came out and unlocked my car. They were so helpful and friendly!

It's a nice store, really clean but the cashier and service members have to put on a fake front when it's obvious that they are not having a good time,
