Love Publix, I'm able to make a list from their sales flyer on my cell. The aisle number is listed making it easy to find what I need without wasting time. Also able to pre-order cold cuts so I don't have to wait on their insanely long deli line. The service is always great, and hardly ever a long line to check out.
This Publix just opened, and there is one just a couple of miles down the road as well as a couple of other grocery stores nearby. We still only go here. Publix is THAT good.
Stood at the drop off counter at the Pharmacy and was completely ignored by the manager as she walked by several times without acknowledgment. The other techs were helping customers in the pickup line and when one of them came to help me, minutes later, I was providing the tech my information and the manager yells from the back counter "It will be a couple of hours! " I could not believe the customer service the manager was providing for a new patient and new customer of this store. This experience alone with the nasty attitude from a manager to noticing the higher prices of items, I would never spend any money here.
Typical experience when visiting a Publix. I only go for the flowers as they are a great deal and always seem to last longer than flowers from other places.
The store was fantastic but the cashier Ruth Ann needs more customer service training. My husband told her at the beginning we had 3 bouquets of flowers and 3 cases of water. She didn't ring up the water. She said nobody told her. Than I asked her for a receipt and she said you'll get one on your email. I told her I don't want to read it on my email I want it printed. So she finally printed me one. Than after she rang everything up she told me the total of 132.81 and then after she rang in my money she said it was only 110.81. Which was the total after my digital coupons. We weren't very happy after we left this store
There was always a worker to greet and make sure I was OK. Well manned. Fresh, clean, bright, new! Great customer service training. Plenty of registers opened at one time. Abundance of parking. Sad to see the trees go.
