Publix Super Market at Trenholm Plaza

Customer service can be a hit or miss depending on the staff. No one smiles or seems happy to assist. They do their job as expected of them but never experienced or seen anyone go above and beyond.

Unsatisfactory customer service.both from management and particularly the deli staff.not a happy customer

Came in at 1: 30pm to have a sub made. It is now 2: 16pm before finally making it to the counter to place my order. The deli staff doesn't do well in a fast pace environment, and customers unfortunately have to suffer thru long wait times.

This was the gold standard for Publix, needed help at minimum 5 times and was always warmly helped by knowledgeable staff. Fine selection, and good service.

They have the best subs and salads. Only thing ill say the tender salad should have cold chicken. The hot cheither make a the lettuce mushy

One of Bakery department designer did a wonderful job her name is Kelly we was expecting something different but this had blew our minds away my son facial expression just brighten his day I would like to thank her so much for doing this and for brightening my son's birthday

The crim-da-la-crim of Publix! I mean most Publix are very nice.this one is the nicest I have been in. Keep up the good work!

This place is not only well organized, but also it has almost all items that one can buy. A perfect destination for groceries

They have some of the best fresh fruits and vegetables. The tangerines they had recently were very juicy, sweet, and delicious. We went thru about 20 in 1 week. They were a little pricey but worth it.

I'm so thankful for how generous, kind, and patient the employees are that make subs! The subs are definitely worth the wait and it helps to have a kind person to assist you after helping a long line of customers all day! That's why this is my favorite local grocery store!

Publix is always a nice shopping experience. Beautiful fresh fruits and vegetables and the best deli/bakery in Columbia.

I enjoyed coming and at Publix, because everyone, everybody and everything is wonderful. Had to get a influenza shot at the Publix Pharmacy and it turned out beautiful and did some as well. Grabbed the limited edition Premium Ice Creams, some multivitamins, orange juice and etc. The cashier Ms. Emmarold is the best. She has great personality, customer service, polite and is terrific. Thank you Publix and the Publix Pharmacy staff and God bless you all!

This was the worst food I've ever be paid money for. Bought it and threw it in the trash. I would have given zero star but that wasn't an option

I am hardly ever disappointed when stepping into a Publix. Only recently with the lack of choice of products (not their problem).

Love this Publix it's always clean and the workers are always friendly I have never had a problem here, bit I also mind my business and do what I gotta do and keep trucking but kudos to them and their staff!

Always polite caring staff. It's extremely rare Publix doesn't have what is needed. Publix is indeed the Chick FIL a of grocery stores

The thing I love about Publix is that I don't care what holiday it is they don't run out of stuff always have what I need and no shade but I use to shop at Kroger for 10 years and started shopping at Publix and I this is my go to store I love it.

Ordered a Birthday cake - pickup time 4: 00pm, arrived at 3: 30pm- waited for a few minutes for someone to actually acknowledge that I was there, three women working in the bakery. I was then asked how I could be helped. - one of the women finally looked for my cake- when she couldn’t locate it, the only white female in the bakery said “It’s a 4pm pick up? It will be ready at 4” with a condescending tone. I went about my shopping and came back around 3: 45, and waited until 4pm for the cake. At 4pm the cake was ready and said “Nappy Birthday Kyle”- I immediately told one of the staff in the bakery that I would like for the “Nappy” to be turned into “Happy”. The white woman with blonde hair, horrible customer service, needs training on how to speak to people and not be petty. Her piping hand was not able to complete the balloons and design, for the shear fact she was being petty. Never again. Horrible customer service. Go to the Rosewood location.

UPDATE: Assistant store manager, Sharon went above and beyond for me. She kindly refunded me and had a new cake made. Thank you so much for righting the wrong and making my brothers birthday cake special. So appreciate you! Also, appreciate how kind you were to me!

I really like Publix, it can be a bit more expensive, but they do have good BOGO options. Great deli and sandwich station, not to mention the outstanding bakery. The bread is wonderful. The constant traffic ensures regular rotation of inventory. One of my regular grocery stores, so happy it’s so close.
