Went to eat a meal while out in town and the wife loves Popeyes since it reminds her of being home in New Orleans so figured we would stop in for a quick bite. First when we approached the door on the right near the most available parking they had it locked so we had to walk around, not a big deal but fire codes require the doors to be open for safety etc. We went to place an order and you can definitely tell the employee did not want to be there or speak to us at all but she took our order and handed us our cup while she's walked off. Food was ok seemed like not had been there awhile but was not so bad that we would take it back. The tables were all dirty so we did our best to clean one up so we can enjoy our food. Wife went to get some sweet tea but they did not have any tea choices in the lobby area and no employee was to be seen near counter so she did choose something outnof the machine. You could see they had tea made and serving into the drive thru customers so it seemed that they just didn't want to have to keep up with it in the lobby. Over all we understand that there is an employee shortage in fast food but management should ensure the place operates properly etc.
We were driving through the area on Sunday, and stopped for dinner. I ordered a nugget meal, abs they told me they were frozen, so I switched it to tenders instead. My boyfriend ordered the wing meal. We had been waiting on our food about 15 min, and one of the workers came out & said they didn't have the wings. So we just asked for a refund. While sitting there at least 4 other people requested a refund as well for there wait and/or out of items. When my bf finally got through the line to get our refund, the lady working the register was rude & hateful that we were wanting a refund. That whole experience was a hot mess & so it's that location.
30 minutes for drive thru! 15 minutes in the drive through just to get our order taken and there were only 3 cars ahead of us.
Then when we ordered blackended tenders they didn’t even cook them. We got to the window 8 minutes later and they asked if we wanted them to start the tenders because they “were frozen”. Why didn’t they start them 8 minutes before? We ended up taking it off the order and my wife didn’t get anything to eat. Then it still took 15 minutes before we got food.
Just don’t have high expectations of any level of customer service.
Overcharged for chicken 8 pieces 32.00 and 4.00 for 1/2 cup of extra gravy. The manager was not customer service friendly and didn't provide any help with the situation. Close it down!
Went to the drive thru, the guy on the speaker was not very communicative. He got our order wrong. We went inside, my order was still wrong. Everything was fresh and hot and the store was clean.
This WORST service I've ever seen. I bunch of lazy, kids just standing around. Dining is always closed and the drive thru is a joke. They literally have you waiting 20 minutes to tane a give you your order.
My husband ordered spict tenders and the girl told us they were out. I asked were they out of tenders or did they need to be cooked. She said they needed to be cooked. THEN GO COOK THEM!
Went in for dinner with my wife and kids. Walked in the door had 7 young staff members eating in the dining area acting very unprofessional. Walked up to the counter staff member at the register never acknowledged me after 2 minutes of him staring at me. I asked if I could order, and he replied, "What you want. We ordered the family feast, and the 2 large sides were only half full. I didn't complain because I thought if I did, it probably wouldn't have ended well. It was most definitely the absolute worst experience I have ever had eating out with the family.
I went to Popeyes last night. The wait was extremely long. Think I waited over 45 minutes. I got a two piece chicken. The chicken was good. I had one piece left over this morning so I decided to pop in the air fryer and make some cheese grits, liver pudding and eggs with it. Have a great Friday!
Paying customers have to wait over 30.mins to order food but popeyes workers bring thier friends in the inside and they all come out with bags of food and the customers can't even get 3 legs in 1 order. Really popeyes.can customers get free food as well or just workers and their friends
Terrible service, extremely long wait times, drive thru always long and slow, cold food, messed up orders. Who runs this joint? Do they even care about these reviews? Sadly this is the ONLY Popeyes near me.
9: 25 p.m. I know you close at 10 so I would think the store will have every employee working to the full max. No you have 3 employees sitting, one employee looks like manager on the phone and the only two employees moving like they don’t want to work. It makes no since for service to be like this! Get it together please.
Didn't have any spicy wings, girl at the drive thru had an attitude I had to ask her if she was OK she got a cook in the back to service us and he was nice. He's the one who told us they were out of spicy wings.
It’s ridiculous how long that you have to wait for service at this location, especially the drive thru. Please make sure that you have your complete order before you leave. They forgot to give me my drinks. After the long wait, I couldn’t wait to leave, and did not realize, they forgot my drinks.
Food was Hot, Spicy and Fast. Cashier new his job and did it with a smile and enthusiasm. Restaurant was clean. Employees took care of the customer! Thanks!
I like Popeyes food but we left on this visit and we were not the only ones. There is always a long line outside this location. We went inside hoping things would move faster and that just didn't happen. The line didn't seem to be moving. People that had already ordered seemed to be waiting a bit longer than expected for food. I don't know if this is typical or if there was something unusual happening, but there seemed to be some type of issue when we were there last
Just trash all the way around. Whoever the tall black manager is.ain't worth a damn. Very slack. They sitting and playing around talking about nonsense. Instead of doing their damn job!
I always regret going to this Popeyes (been around 5 times) this past week I went there I usually wait in the long drive thru but didn’t feel like sitting in it for 30min smh went inside expecting it to be packed EMPTY. There was only a older couple in there eating. The young lady at the drive thru was on her cell phone the whole time sitting below the register on a step or something like there was no line at all. 1 of the boys was up front eating a piece of chicken like he was at home. It looked to be around 7 ppl working (well there cause only 1 was working) It looked so unprofessional. Not sure who the manager was but it’s a complete shame. That line should not have been sitting the way it was and the workers had no urgency at all. So disappointing to see. Our youth needs guidance.
First time ever coming to Popeyes on Killian Rd. I usually don't order from Popeyes, but today I wanted to go try it out. I received great customer service, the food was hot, and received everything in the bag including the sauce.
Went into the line at 9pm and didn’t leave until 9: 35, asked for my sandwich to have no pickles and when I got home there wasn’t anything on the sandwich, didn’t have my sauces, and the strawberry biscuit I ordered was raw. By the time I got home they were closed.
