Sarah did a beautiful job with my nails as always. She is super sweet, courteous, and thorough. The salon is bright, clean, and cheerful. I’ll never go anywhere else for my nails.

I always get good service but when they put newbies on. Your feet they rush and don't do a good job, and the older ones does a excellent and very good work on your feet other than that beautiful people nice clean very very welcoming I love it here the only place I go I am from Ohio.

I have been to this business multiple times. I always make a reservation and they run pretty close to being on time. Today I went for a 10 am appointment for a pedicure & dip nails. Pedicure was great! Being a holiday weekend they were understandably busy. I was asked to sit in a certain spot and they would be with me soon. The pedicure was completed at 10: 50. At 11: 35 I asked when I would get started with my nails. I was seated at the counter to get my nails started. At 11: 45 I paid for my pedicure and was informed that they forgot I was waiting and He had time to start my nails. I told him I did not have time at this point and that was why I made an appointment.

I love getting my dip nails done here. It doesn’t matter who does them - they always last without breaking or chipping until I get back to have them redone. I usually go every 2ish weeks but could make it longer if needed due to the durability. Kristine, Will, Johnny, and Tammy have all done them and they all do great work! They are also very kind and courteous and are willing to try anything I’ve asked them to. Overall a great shop doing great work!

Not my normal place, but I needed my nails done bad and fast before I went out of town… sad to say in the 3 years I’ve been getting dip polish on my own nails I’ve never had so many issues. My nails were almond shape, the tech made them square then proceeded to miss the sides of my nails with the dip. After almost being “done” another tech had to come over and redo my nails cause of it… sat there for over 2 hours for what is normally a 45 min service past closing… they barley could even understand me when I told them the color I wanted and then gave me an asphalt color black.now my nails are breaking left and right. I’ve never had any issues with my nails till this point definitely not worth the money they charge cause now I have to pay to have it fixed after less than a week. $80 waisted for something that only costs me $50 most times.

In response to the Owner's response of astinson1065. I understood very well what you said and what you were "trying" to tell me. I knew it wasn't true. I did go to another nail salon and they were able to file my nail exactly how I wanted it and didn't tell me the same thing. Thank you and you have a good day!

I was just at Platinum Nails and it was amazing! First time customer and I won’t be going anywhere else! From the time I walked in the door they were so friendly and I was early. The other people in the salon were laughing and having a great time. Will did my nails and he was super friendly and funny, like I said I won’t be going anywhere else except Platinum Nails.

Had an ok experience when I went.just average for any nail salon in rock hill really. I will say that they had a great color selection.however the quality is not great for the price. I just got my nails done friday afternoon (2/17) and today is sunday (2/19) and my thumb has already cracked and chipped.i’ve had dip powder numerous times and have never experienced them breaking down this early.highly disappointed for spending $50+

I have numerous cuts on my cuticles and the right side of every nail was sanded so much they are red and bleeding. On a positive note the place was clean and everyone seemed friendly.

Salon is close to my home and decided to give a new place a try. Went in for Dip nails, I keep my nails fairly short and not sure if the nail tech (Crystal, I believe) was having a bad day or not but she was very short with me. I asked that my very short nails not be filed to a point and she asked if I wanted tips. I replied no, just please file straight across and for some reason this is something they can’t do. She abruptly got up and said I’ll get someone else to help you. A gentleman came out of the back and repeated the same thing, asking if I wanted tips. All I wanted was for my short nails to be filed straight and not have a point. I ended up paying for the removal of the drip powder that was already on my nails and going to another nail salon that was able to complete my request of filing my “short nails” straight!

Service is great! I get exactly what I ask for! I’m very picky lol and they make me feel comfortable! Thank you guys so much!

I have had pedicures all over the States and this place knows what they are doing. They pay attention to detail and are not in a hurry. This will be my go-to place in Rock Hill.

I searched for nail salons in my area and based on the reviews and photos, Platinum Nails seemed appropriate. They did not disappoint! I haven’t done my nails in about ten years so I have no idea what the trends are. My nail tech was very patient, he explained what he was doing at every step. I didn’t feel like I was stupid or being a bother. Most of all the price was right. I got pedi and mani with dipping powder and I didn’t get a surprise bill at the end. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I will be doing my nails now and this will be my place.

First time customer and I was extremely pleased with the service and the quality of the fill-in I received. I was a walk-in and was greeted and taken care of immediately upon entering the shop. The decor is lovely and the process of getting a fill-in didn’t take long at all. Would certainly recommend!

Not sure if I’ll go back. The girl that did my wax was very messy, she had the wax all over my shirt. She acted as if it was her first time. They are very nice people that work there, but I feel like they need more training.

Nice, clean, beautiful new shop. All the techs are very welcoming and friendly and they're work speaks for itself! ALWAYS does an amazing job on my nails! I WILL NOT go anywhere else!

Great pedicure and SNS on natural nails. Johnny did great with my nails and Kailey gave an awesome pedicure! She was VERY knowledgeable about proper nail care and had the sweetest personality! Love this salon!

I’m very impressed with the nail salon. My technician was excellent and I will be returning for my next service (mani and pedi).

Not my first time using this salon, love it and their prices. The water could be a little warmer during pedicures. My feet were cold the whole time. I didn’t say anything because the lady always does an amazing job.

They do an awesome job. It takes me thirty minutes to reach their business and it’s worth the drive. I give them a ten if I could.

Great place, beautiful and clean. Great at designs. I had Christine (Kristine?) and she was amazing. Will only be going to her from now on
