I must say, Planet Fitness Cayce West Columbia, SC is the truth! It's very spacious, clean, the showers have two curtains, one where you can change and get naked privately and have you clothes and devices hidden. Then the othe curtain to shower behind and not worry about your items getting wet more importantly nothing getting stolen because your bag is hanging out of your view. I must admit, this is the best location I've been to hands down. I have to give the manager Trent his flowers. He is a true professional and went above and beyond to help me I am truly grateful for his service. He didn't make me feel like I was a nuisance. Trent showed that he understood where I was coming from and displayed true empathy. Shout out to Planet Fitness and their staff members like my guy Trent.

Great value for the price! I have been a Planet Fitness Black Card Member for ~7yrs. PF Cayce is my home gym, but I do occasionally visit other PF locations. I love that they are open 24/7.

I do like this location. I am from Atlanta staying in Columbia on business. I come here at least once a week. I was there last night and the womens bathroom was dirty. The second time there were no paper towels. Fuzz balls and some fake fingernails were on the floor. Please clean this up and pay more attention.

I love going to this Planet Fitness. It is very clean and has a good environment. Also the staff are great, especially one of them named Trent (and he’s super cute too)!

Friendly staff. Nice clean atmosphere. Actually open 24/7. Just wish it wasn’t so far away.

I love my new gym! My friend Tina and I go 3 times a week now! The staff is very friendly and helpful and really nice. I love that and we look forward to going to our gym.

All 5 Stars go straight to Zoey! They made me feel so welcome, and even showed me how to use the app. Really their hospitality and warmth made the experience great. I hope they're working every time I go in.

3+ years ago I moved to a location with no PF near it so I cancelled mine and my Daughter’s memberships. Last month, thanks to an audit I was involved in I discovered that Planet Fitness had been fraudulently charging $19.99 x 2 from my bank account every month for 3-years after I cancelled the memberships. Finally I had to pay for a stop payment at my bank and then I started getting collections phone calls because the continued theft attempts could not be processed. I went to the location where I signed up and was sent to another location because they couldn’t find my membership, the second location sent me to a 3rd location because they were owned by someone else and the 3rd location tells me that the reason they stole $40 p/month from me was that when I initially cancelled the membership it was not cancelled it was transferred to the Cayce location and I had never been there my life. The Management refused to do
Anything about it. They claimed to have cancelled my memberships again. I giess I’ll see if they try to continue the fraudulent charges next month.

You have to wear a mask for the 40 feet you walk through to get to the lobby. But you can see the staff not wearing one at the desk anyways nor enforcing it when there's groups of people.

It was my first time in a gym in years! The staff was very friendly and helpful, even when I lost my water bottle. The gym was clean and organized. Looking forward to my next visit!

Please put camera system in your parking lot. My truck fell victim to a hit and run Monday night 8/9 between 915pm-10pm. Very friendly Cayce officer assisted with my report and informed me of several other "hit and runs" in the same lot. Hopefully you take my request into consideration to help protect your members vehicles/possessions. Thanks.

The gym is fine, but the customer service by the management is severely lacking. You can only cancel in 2 ways, in person or through mail. It is intentionally difficult. However, you can transfer your gym online very easily, which could lead to theft.

They did not charge me for several months after I requested a cancellation over email and then did not communicate when they began charging me again. The store and regional manager would not refund me for those charges. They simply repeated the agreement/policy. I think the policy takes advantage of the customer and is wrong. The policy should change or they should be up-front with the customers about the policy when they sign on so members do not accidentally accrue months worth of charges for services they have zero access to.

They also repeated that they did communicate but they would not send me any records of those communications.

After managing to cancel my membership by transferring to a nearby gym and going in person, the regional manager cut off all conversation and would not answer my questions regarding the supposed communications and reasonable accommodations they consistently referred to.

These actions/policies outline that this company is only interested in member money, not member satisfaction, and certainly not interested in creating a repeat customer.

Great place to get in a quick pump and shower between jobs. The 24 hour schedule makes being a member even more convenient. Great people and staff really makes for a good atmosphere to workout. I've really enjoyed my time there. Virus or no I really hope PF is here to stay.

Never went due to medical. Cancelled 6/10 knowing k had surgery coming up. They continued to try to charge me even after cancellation and stop payment. After my surgery I even had to send documentation. Then they changed name to push the charge through my bank. I’m done with these people. All about the numbers. “No commitment”, my ….

Of the several dozen PF's I've been to, this one is the most swanky. Maybe because it is a university area? It's huge, clean, energetic, great looking spa, full of college students, and in a decent location. What's not to love? The locker rooms are also above average. Definitely happy to find this one 30 minutes walking away from my hotel.

I love this place specifically because of the employee Kirsten Workman. She is such a smiling face no matter what time of the day!

I, prefer to go towards night time. The staff including Tristen are very friendly, informative on new or returning customers, and knowledgeable on equipment. Great place to work out with a friend or a family member!

I just started back working out. Haven't lifted weights since 2007 lol, now at 44 I decided to get into it. The gym has everything you need for beginners and advanced folks. Cheap monthly membership too.

I was able to use the massage bed before I purchased my membership. I was planning to get the $10 a month deal but I need a massage bed in my life so I chose the black card membership and I can go to any Planet Fitness with the black card. My goodness that heat felt so good on my lower back and shoulders. I did not understand how to download the app.the salesperson was kind enough to walk me through it. Great customer service!

Never been a gym guy but I really like the way planet fitness goes about setting up a more relaxed fitness journey. Nothing too crazy or over the top and you see people from different walks of life all working out together with their own goals in mind. Very glad my wife and I signed up for Planet Fitness! The staff are super friendly and make you feel welcome. And so far I have had a fantastic experience!

It's a clean gym with good equipment and friendly staff. The price is right and although it gets a bit crowded at peak times, it is well worth the money if you use the facilities.

Get the black card, totally worth it. My only (not really a) complaint is the lack of barbells. I get it, but I disagree with it. Exercise machines are designed for men, so us women aren't getting the full benefit.

Friendly Staff & Atmosphere! Offers many services & great equipment, Very clean environment (Always was.even before Covid!) Very knowledgeable Staff/trainers, willing to help with concerns of customers! Highly recommend!
