The gym equipment is ok, but they got these young people in here that haven't quite been the friendliest, I'm sorry to say

It's better then most gyms, but this annual fee gotta go! It's cheaper to workout at home if you want to.

Ever since new manager came in the place has made a huge turn around not only is he out on the floor checking all the machines and making sure it is clean but he actually has the staff doing their job and not just sitting there on their phones looking so miserable and bothered when someone walks in…. Amazing job to the new manager! Makes you want to walk through the doors! Thank you!

I just wish that the staff had something else to do other than watch ppl come in and out. All it takes is a light to let me know if i need to scan my card again.

Facilities are clean, and equipments are in good condition in a very friendly environment.

I've had fine interactions with staff, luckily you don't really have to talk to anyone if you don't want to. A little more space on the weights section would be nice. But the main reason I'm taking off a star is that I've had a couple sketchy, for lack of a better word, encounters with people outside the gym at night. So some lights and maybe cameras would make me feel more comfortable working out at night.

If I could have left a half a star I would. Lady at the front desk is so rude rolling her eyes in front of customers.

Its nice to get back in the gym. Staff is helpful. They keep things clean. Its a fairly new place so everything is new. Hopefully as pads or things start to show wear it will get replaced promptly.

I love this planet fitness they are real professional. The young man name Jarvis that work for this planet fitness is very Humorous and respectful. And he’s professional. He works 3rd shift, he definitely enjoy what he does and he knows how to treat people.

The daytime manager is not friendly whatsoever, she never makes contact with you nor does she greet you when you walk in…. I even held the door for her once and she did not even acknowledge me. Very unfriendly. I would think being in that position she would have more people skills. Makes it very uninviting, almost like you are not welcomed there when she stands at the front desk, very uncomfortable walking in. The rest of the staff always with a smile and enjoyable to be around….

Joined Planet Fitness in Camden 3 weeks ago. I go the same days, same times and the staff is always nice. It's the little things like being told "have a nice workout" coming in and "same time tomorrow? " when I leave. If you're considering joining here, just do it. You won't regret it. Can't speak for the Black Card amenities, but the gym floor and locker rooms are always clean. It's never too crowded, which to me says a lot, since I go in the evenings. $10 for a basic membership is worth every penny.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are also attentive. I love the 30 minute express total body workout. The hybrid tanning, the hydro massage chair and being able to bring a guest every time I go makes the Black Card membership worth every penny! Go work out and have fun!

Had a decent experience didn't get my free t-shirt I was supposed to get with the black card and also after buying the black card subscription after my workout I tried to buy a shake and I was told that they don't accept cash so I wasn't able to buy a shake I told the lady the easiest way to lose money is to not accept money and walked out I think I'll get a membership at a corporation that allows me to buy a drink with cash rather than die of thirst

I started working out as a New Year's resolution love this place so much that I continue to do it. Here it is almost April.the staff get to know you by name

I Didn’t want to give this a gym a 1 star rateing, but just was informed as a planet fitness worker from another state. I have to abide by the 10 limit check in or have to pay a 5 dollar franchise fee. Like I’m a regular memeber.the staff well GM was so nice about it I couldn’t get upset but then leaving them gym it got to me. I understand this is a franchise and not corporate and it’s written that a remote check in has 10 visit before offering the to transfer there membership which I cannot do being a “employee”. But I think this location should take it to consideration I’m a employee still and not tell me to wait 2 days or pay 5$ to come in next day. They also called my place of work to ensure I’m still a working employee and was told the “area”manager was the one who relayed the message. Great gym btw all new equiepment, friendly staff always & clean. But this just ruined my overall experience with visiting this gym on vacation and w not return.: (

I Planet Fitness. I am old, fat and smell funny. I needed to get in shape and I'm not a big fan of healthy people. So, at 330am, I go to the gym and workout ALL BY MYSELF. There is staff there, and they do their thing and I do mine. Hi Brittany, Marcus and Shay! (Shay is ripped. Clearly, she was fit before she started. She probably took the job just for the benefits. I would not fight her) Anyhow, it's a pandemic and the machines are all wiped down. Sometimes I have to drive around the dead to get there. It's all good. I'm immunized.

Nice staff! Madison and James were a pleasure! Adam, a co-owner, visited with us and was very helpful as well. Directed us to machines to accommodate our needs! New machines, clean, disinfectant and paper towels to wipe machines available, and hand sanitizer available. Lockers for keeping property readily available as well. The gym is reasonably priced. We're glad we joined!

This is a new gym and the staff is friendly. The massage chairs only go for 4 min before resetting and you have to go back to the desk and ask to have them come back and start it. The tv sound doesn't play through the cardio equipment. Otherwise this gym has all the standard machines.
