The staff is polite. The area is clean. The parking lot is 90 percent full at 5 p.m. The shower is very clean, dry and odorless.

Friends, if you are on this Truck stop, then pay attention not far, literally 5 minutes walk there is a restaurant Smak Deli Cafe delicious food dumplings borsch pilaf samsa chebureks and many types of salads

Great service great showers one of the best. Wish they were all this good. Parking is medium but enough

My wife and I stopped here to be close to our drop point. Exterior was decent. But going in looking for hot food to grab and go there was none. Was told that the manager didn't want to put anything out to bring the waste down. I've worked convenat stores. I was a manager of one and I understand trying to limit waste, but the stores I've worked at still had something out. There was nothing on the roller grill nor was there anything in the hot box. My wife was told they could make something for her or she could go to Arby's. My wife has been a professional driver and part of the rewards program for many years and has never seen a pilot ran like that. Bathroom was dirty and the staff acted like it was trouble to do their job. I asked the attendant to change the coffee creamer and ended up having to do it for myself. In fairness the attendant had a line of people when she came back out with the creamer. After several people came in afterwards I told her I'd change it for her. This place isn't a very busy truck stop. So there shouldn't be any excuses not to be on top of their jobs.

This Pilot has exceeded my expectations it’s clean friendly and all of the above. Keep it up!

Clean shower, towel smells and looks very clean, good shower pressure I really like this track stop. The staff is friendly. Now it is very rare

I stopped and eat at Arby's drive through and they didn't give me what I asked for I can't eat seeds and told her no seeds / seedless bun and I got a seeded bun so had to go back but got what I wanted some people just don't listen

Since the pandemic the arby's has been closed late at night its terrible because truck drivers that support the trucks stops can't get anything decent to eat

Showers are very clean with great water pressure very clean store, I gave them 3 stars because the WIFI is out and apparently stays out, I pay for th annual premium WIFI and kinda expect it to work, as an OTR driver WIFI and showers are 2 features that make our life better while we sleep in our Trucks.you should do better Pilot corporation.you've went down while since you got into the NFL buisness

Wow, the water pressure in the showers is great! If you're O/O, get fuel next door at QT. I park at QT, too.
But the showers are real nice. Water gets really hot and pressure is killer.
There's a waffle house across the street and a Starbucks down the road. Great location. Only thing that sucks is getting out of the parking lot.

Arby's is closed right now inside Pilot. They are remodeling. The staff of Pilot are friendly and helpful. They always greet me when I come in. The store is clean. Bathrooms are spotless. They are periodically driving around to empty trash cans and pick up random junk in the parking lot.

Nice place. Plenty of parking and easy (for the most part) backing. Food selection is limited, they have an Arby's and snacks but no hotcase. Employees were very friendly and helpful.

The manager on duty at 5: 20pm on November 12th, 2020 is rude. If he's having a bad day then he needs to learn how to hide it when he's at work. The look on his face, his body language, and his demeanor all SCREAM that he would rather be somewhere else. It does not matter how many times you encounter an issue, when you're in customer service, you deal with it in an acceptable manner. He was rude to my manager as well. Every other time I've been here has been a pleasant experience but then again, this is my first encounter with this manager.

Very dirty location. Lot and bathrooms. Staff doesn’t seem to care because when I entered location, there was no customers, just staff joking and laughing. No hot food even though pilot has deal on food this location doesn’t have

This store amazed me today and yesterday the lady at the afternoon shift and the gentleman in the morning exactly at 8 am on July 15 they all went above and beyond to help the customers especially me. Overall nice store excellent customer service friendly and attentive staff! Thanks pilot! I wish all the pilots are like this one

Aa gas prices go, the attraction to this place was great! And i will give them credit for a spacious floor plan, and for having extremely friendly staff. Unfortunately, these two great features were offset by other not-so-great circumstances. The gas pumps, for instance, did not function properly. We didn't get to a working pump until our 3rd try. In addition, there was a fowl odor exuding throughout the building, so bathroom trips, and shopping for beverages became a bit unpleasant. Last bust not least, their product selection seemed extensive, but there were many things missing from drink coolers and snack shelves making it tough to find what we were looking for. I think maybe all of these things are temporary "one offs" that just happened to be going on that day.but still. The experience could have been better.

The ladies at this Pilot were very friendly and had a helpful deportment. I requested an extra towel (shared shower) and was given a not-so customer friendly response from the one male customer service rep. Overall the experience wasn't bad.

Manager Joe and Sierra are great. Outgoing personality kind of people. They truly represent outstanding customer service.

Husband and I are semidrivers and stayed overnite here. Woke up in middle of nite to an attempted gas theft and our gas cap stolen! Also all air lines for tires were cut 2 nites prior. Please be careful! Customer complaint filed.

Had to pay $1.89 for a cup of hot water on styrofoam cup. Lady says that's for the cup! Other pilot locations is like $. 50cts. Am like really. That's more than the coffee and cup combined. Other than that place is good.
